I want you to understand, and you need to understand how important the present moment truly is because we talk about it so much on this podcast, but yet we never fully dive into it. And in this podcast, this brand new episode on traveling to consciousness with your host, as always me Clay and you, Terry, we are going to dive into time management because something that the elite know, the elite understand that has never been taught to us, that has never been explained to us. One sec, let me adjust my mic here. Cause I really got to, sorry for any squeaking. really got to get into this one because what you have to understand is the elite understand time better than you do. And I know right now you're sitting there thinking Clayton, well, one second is one second. Everyone knows that there's nothing they could possibly know about time that I don't. And that's where you're wrong. time can be the greatest gift, but can also be the cruelest mistress in your entire life. How your relationship with time exists, it will form and create your entire reality for you. And you need to become a master of your time. If you want to escape from being a slave in this current system, because that's how we were all raised. Yes, there's a few off examples, but the majority of us were raised to be slaves in this society and the entire construct, the entire media presence has convinced you that you are free to do whatever you wish, but they have not given you the true knowledge so that you can be free within yourself. So in this podcast, we are talking about time. We are going to talk about how you can capture the present moment and understand time in a way that will set you free. in creating the life that you desire. Now, again, we talk about being in the present moment and yes, this is true. We do need to be in the present moment, but you have to understand. You have to understand how you can be deeper into the present moment because your thoughts, your mind and your past actions will dictate how present you can truly be in this moment and what has occurred. And if you're at a certain stage in your evolution, cause I know I was, is you can be present, but that doesn't mean that you're maximizing the amount of effort that you have put in with your time. It does not mean that you are truly maximizing your potential in the present moment. And quite frankly, and I'll get into this later, I think there is a very strong correlation with depression and anxiety that is deeply linked, deeply linked to our ability to be great time managers. I'm going to get to that in a second because nobody talks about that either. in order. For you to become powerful, you have to realize this. And this will amplify my point. Think how many hours do you have in a day? It's not a trick question. Just literally think about it. How many hours do you have in a day? Let's say 24, right? Sometimes I ask people this question and they'll say 16 because they sleep for eight, but let's just say 24. Everyone gets 24 hours in a day. You get 24 hours in a day. Donald Trump gets 24 hours in a day. Elon Musk gets 24 hours in a day. Vladimir Putin gets 24 hours in a day. Every single person on this planet. gets 24 hours in a single day. And yet some of them have used that time to become multi billionaires and others have spent their entire life in a corporate setting, wasting away their life. And that's fine. Listen, if that's what your, your goal is in life, I'm not here to knock it, but there is somebody sitting in a cubicle right now who wants to become a billionaire, who wants to leave a massive impact on the world. And instead, because of their education has them trapped in their cubicle without knowing what to do. without knowing how to change their current situation because they want to. And the fact of the matter is, is that person that slowly gets out of bed, measles his way over to his car, gets in his car, goes to his office that he hates, doesn't know how to change his life will spend all of his time, all of his time being depressed and anxious because he is wasting his potential. And he knows this, his soul knows this. This isn't something that is taught, but it is inherently known within the fabric of our DNA that whenever you doom scroll on Instagram, you are wasting your life away. Literally their, their entire business model, social media, has been wrapped around your attention, wrapped around your time, trying to capture as much of your attention as possible. How can we keep this person on the platform longer? What are they going to like? Let's give them what they like. Let's create an echo chamber for them. This creates division. This serves another goal. Let's distract them while we're running around making a shit ton of money off of their backs because they do not understand the power of time. Yes, you have to live in the present moment, but what you do in the present moment, what you do with that time is what is most important. And what you will notice is once you start becoming powerful, everybody will start wanting your time because they intrinsically know that it is the most valuable thing that you have. And if they get it, then they get value. This is why so many greats have talked about locking themselves in a room for 24 hours or for several weeks and come up with the greatest things in the entire world because they have dedicated themselves to a vision into a focus. while everyone else sits there and just thinks, that's great. Or, that's bad. You have to be diligent with your time. You have to be a dictator with your time. Because time is the only thing, literally the only thing in the entire universe that you can never get back. You can lose money. You can lose houses. You can lose cars. You can use lose relationships. You can lose whatever you want in this life. You can lose your favorite cup. You can get those back though. You can literally get back every single one of those things. The only thing you will never get back is another second, another time. It's literally gone forever. And you know this at a soul level and it is exactly why it is exactly why whenever you wake up late, you roll out of bed, you're groggy, you don't push yourself to do something. You then sit on your phone for three hours a day, just looking at someone else's life. And then you look up at the clock and you realize that all that time, all of that time has gone by and you get depressed. think, my gosh, that was three hours. I could have been doing something else. And you have now just destroyed the next present moment. You have absolutely destroyed the present moment because of your past actions. And you know this. but you're not conscious of it. And this podcast is to make you conscious of it, to have you become consciously and intimately aware worth with where your attention is going at every single moment of the day. In this moment, am I, what am I pursuing? What am I going for? And I uh but I guarantee you that you will miss out on other beautiful things within the world. And you are only going to be able to capture those beautiful things. Once you have done the things that allow you to enjoy it, you don't get to just go outside and enjoy nature or the life or the world. If you haven't put in the hard work because the value, the potency of that time is valueless on you. You have to become absolutely diligent because if you decide to just go outside, you haven't done any work. You haven't done any action to creating a better future, to leaving your imprint on the world. And you just go outside. I'm just going to enjoy outside. Your brain will start thinking, why haven't you been doing this? You should be doing that. Why aren't you working on this? You should be working on that. And you will not even be able to enjoy that. So you have to become absolutely ruthless with your time. Diligent. And let me put this in perspective for you. Let me explain to you how time works. Because when we start talking about time, you have to realize the impact that it has on your entire life. And the best way to do this is with math. And this technique, this it's, it's, I guess it's a technique. It's not really a technique, but it's just like a inventory. It's an auditing system of your life. You need to audit your life. Because here's what you'll find on average, the average person on social media spends about two and a half hours per day, two and a half hours per day on social media. Over the course of a year, that is 876 hours or roughly 36.5 days, which means every single year is wasted by a human being. Sorry. That means every single year, 1.2 months is wasted by every single human being doom scrolling and wasting their time. So one month is gone from your entire life. You think you have 12 months in a year? Nope. You only have 1.2 months. 1.2 and this isn't even accounting for sleeping. because if you account for sleeping, will very quickly realize that you need to sleep eight hours a day. So if you are sleeping eight hours a day, that is 2,900 hours per year. That is 121 days every single year. And that equates to four months just on sleeping. And again, you have to do that. I'm not telling you to cut your sleep, but if you're sleeping eight hours a day, you have already locked away four hours. So you're done four hours gone. from your entire year just on sleep. So you are now down to eight hours, to eight months. You are down to eight months every single year to actually execute on your vision. And for those of you who are spending three hours, two and a half hours, maybe you're spending more, you should check your phone. There's an app in your phone that checks your watch time on different platforms. You should look at it. If you are spending over two, if you're spending two and a half hours, you've just removed another month. So every single year, somebody who's not spending that time is out, is beating you. They are out there creating the reality that they desire. And because they are so ruthlessly attentive to their time, everybody else wants it because they understand the value that exists within their time. This is why you have to cut out distractions, people who are holding you back thoughts and ideas and actions that are not propelling you into the future and the reality that you desire. And look, this is where it comes in. This is where the anxiety and depression comes in. And if, and if you're one of those people, you're probably already feeling it right now. As I've been talking, you've been feeling that angst, that itch of the truth that I have been speaking to you right now about how you have wasted a month of your life every single year. So that might be over the last five years. So you've wasted five months. Imagine if you put five months of dedicated work into something, maybe it's a side project. Maybe it's your side hustle. You could be making millions of dollars on it right now, but instead you decide to spend it on social media. And I don't need to tell you this for you to know it. I'm just making it conscious to you. You already know this knowledge to be true. That's why you feel anxious. That's why you feel depressed. It is that feeling of powerlessness. because you cannot go back in time to fix it, to change it. But there's good news. There's very good news. The good news is that once you start becoming super diligent with your time, once you start becoming intimately aware with your time, once you start being an active participant in the present moment and every single second of your day, time starts to reward you. Time will say, thank you for finally paying attention to me. Thank you for realizing how important I am. Think about time as a person. And we do this. We actually already do this. We call it father time. You can personify it and you can treat it as a living being. How many hours of the day do you give to paying attention to time? Very little. Now think about a person. If you gave them very little of their time, of your time, and they're just giving to you to think about it that way. They're just effortlessly giving to you. which is what the masculine archetype does, right? Is they just give without expectance back. If they're just effortlessly giving to you. And you're not appreciating it. You're not acknowledging it. Do you really think that they're going to empower you with it? But if you decide, if you decide in this moment and the next moment, if you decide that you are going to capture the time and you're going to appreciate it, you're going to say thank you father time for every single second that you have bestowed upon me. I have been, I have been in the past. I have neglected you and I am sorry for that. And I have decided now that I want to learn and teach me how I can maximize. the amount of time that you have given me on this planet. And you become intimate with that energy. You tell Father Time that you literally can speak to him because he's right here. He's just ticking away. You can say it in this moment right now. Listen, look, I've messed up. but I understand that this will cure my depression. This will cure my anxiety, my anxiety. I will no longer feel depressed. will no longer feel anxiety. Once I become intimately aware with you and align with the actions that will help me propel myself into my future reality, my future desires in life. And father time, because again, he's a parent because parents will give anything for their children. He will start to help you. He will say, I completely understand. I'm going to keep giving you time. Eventually I'll stop, but I'm going to keep giving you time and I will teach you. will show you how to become ruthlessly diligent with your time. Maybe he'll start showing you or reminding you that you can set up certain apps to cancel. Maybe you can set timers. Here's a little piece right now. Set a timer for one hour. Put your phone away, put everything else away and diligently focus on one task for an hour. I'm telling you, it's going to be difficult. I'm not saying at all that it'll be easy because you've just been mindlessly scrolling with your brain flicking through every single possible reality, a different dimension every three seconds as you flick up on your phone, seeing a different video. So no focusing on one dimension for an hour is going to be difficult, but you have to start there. You have to start to recalibrate your mind around time and how important it is. Otherwise, you will continue to feel and experience this dimension of anxiety and depression because your entire life is fading in front of your eyes and you have never been taught to capture it, to embody it. And once you are immersed, once you have decided on that thing, you're going to do for an hour. need to become intimately immersed in it. You need to become actively present and engaged in that item. because you know, you know that this is the truth. Your soul knows your anxiety and depression will fight back against this and that's fine. Let them fight, but you have to realize that you must become the master of your reality. If you want to escape the slave system that has been instilled in your brain. like a worm festering and creating a different reality in all of it. You have to break free. You must break free. or become a Go watch The Matrix. The system of social media just feeds on your attention as you lie dormant sleeping. And it's not only until you come up for air briefly that you realize that you have been, your energy has been being sucked and transmuted and used for the evils that exist in this world. If we want to create world peace, everlasting change, have to actively be participants in it. No more can we sit around and just wait for other people to do things. Why do you think I'm running for Congress? Why do you think that my vision is to become a political leader in this country? It's because I don't see anyone else doing it. Yeah, there's people doing it in air quotes, but are they? How often, when was the last time we had a political leader talking about world peace? I say it in every single podcast episode and yet majority of these politicians never talk about it. And it really has me questioning if they actually want world peace. It seriously does. I don't think enough people are actually focusing on how we get there. And that step one is thinking about it, incepting it in our minds so we can create that reality. And it all starts in this present moment. You want to understand how you can become the master of your time. Here's another thing you can do is you can create a vision that is bigger than yourself. Why am I doing this? Why am I becoming intimately focused on time? For me, it's because of world peace. If I'm not intimately focused on my time in this present moment, that means that every second that goes by, I am not creating a potential reality where world peace exists on this earth, on this planet. And it creates pressure. It absolutely does create pressure and it creates stress. But here's what you have to realize is that success and stress, stress are directly proportional to each other. The amount of success you will experience in life is directly proportional to the amount of stress that your mind and your body and your soul can handle in this life. Everyone thinks once you become a billionaire, once you get to this state, once you get this, you'll have, you'll be there. It'll, it'll be fine and dandy, but that's not the case at all. When you're broke, you're stressed because you can't pay your bills. Once you get to $10,000 a month, there will be stress created because there's a bigger vision that you want to get to. I want to get to. So in order for me to go from 10 K a month to 20 K per month, the universe will test me. It will create stressful situations to test, to see if I am capable. God will put in his ways. Nature will put in the ways that make it tough. Because it wants someone who is worthy of that responsibility. And you have to realize that in order to do this, you have to become extremely diligent with your time, with your focus and with your energy. Because when stress comes, if you're not responsible, if you're not capable, if you're not focused on what you can do with your time, it will crush you. It will destroy you. It'll have no mercy for you. You can do a little exercise right now and look up what happens to million dollar billion dollar jackpot winners a year after they win the lottery. 99 % of them are in worse financial situations than whenever they had won it before they won it. Why is that? I gave you the answer already. The answer is because they were not ready for the amount of energy, the amount of stress that comes with that money. They're not financially responsible. They're not sure how money works. They don't know how taxes work and they end up blowing it all without understanding the amount of energy that they have consumed. And so the universe has crushed them because it gave them something too soon before they were ready for it. And I don't know why it happened in those situations. There's probably reasons, but the point is, is that you need to be grateful for the fact that you have not gotten to where you are yet, because it means you're doing stuff right now that it means you're not doing stuff right now that you need to be doing. And I guarantee you that one of those things is time management. Look up one of those apps on your phone. If you have an iPhone, I know it's there in the system settings. See where your time is going. Because when you wake up in a year, two from now, maybe even it's tomorrow, you will sit there with crippling anxiety and depression because of who you could have been. The reason that that exists is because you are, you know, your soul knows who you could have been. And that will create so much pressure, so much anxiety in your life. So you get to choose. Do you want the stress of becoming more successful? Or do you want the stress and anxiety of being less than your best? And the world will test you and it needs to test you because you deserve to be tested. You want to enter the kingdom and the glory and heaven of God and nature in the Supreme. But yet you're not willing to become diligent with your time. You're not willing to become intimate with the present moment to be an active participant. who becomes the king or the queen of their reality. So stop sitting there scrolling for two and a half hours every day thinking you deserve something sitting online. it's not fair that the rich get all the money. No, it's completely fair. It's actually completely fair. If you're sitting there for two and a half hours on your phone, on social media, you cannot complain about the system that is occurring. You just can't. You literally cannot. You have no authority. You literally have no authority to complain if you're wasting your life. doing nothing, literally doing nothing, providing air chatter to the realm of, of social media for people to give you thumbs up or thumbs down. And you're wasting your energy bantering with people like me online. You have no authority to do it. become rich, become powerful, and then you can have an authority to say something. That is the only way this world works. The sooner you realize that the sooner that spiritual people who care about the future, who care about our children realize that the quicker that we will all ascend into the kingdom of heaven. The sooner we will bring the new world and the new earth down here onto planet earth. because that is the reality that is being created right now, whether you see it or not. And I think more people are starting to see it from what I have seen, because I do go on social media. So whenever I do go on social media, first of all, I don't doom scroll. You can set a timer, which is super convenient. Okay. 30 minutes. I'm going to search, research, do stuff, blah, blah, engage content, because that's necessary for what I'm trying to do in my life. I'm not trying to just bash social media. I'm trying to give you an understanding of how much time you have wasted being mindless, being a mindless drone in the cog of reality, in the cog of this system that has sucked your energy and soul and has used it for evil. So when you go on there, be diligent. Why are you on there? What is your purpose? What is your intention? Is this contributing to your future? If the answer is no, you turn it off immediately. If the answer is yes, fine, do it. Go for it. Become an absolute tyrant with your time because the future and your future depends on it. And with that being said, if you become super lazy with your time, if you let your time slip through, if you let your time become your master, if you let time be in control of your life, then we're going to have a talk about it whenever I see you in the sixth dimension.
