But first, before we get into that, I'm gonna tell you guys, some of just like the hands throw up WTF is going on with our government. Moments in case you missed it, because you know, hopefully this space, this podcast that we're creating here can at least be like uplifting, because we gotta talk about the bad stuff that's going on in the world if we wanna change it. I know there's a lot of people who will kind of just bury their heads. I have these conversations with people and sometimes it gets to a point where they'll throw their hands up and say, I don't want to think about it. And we can't do that anymore. We've just gotten to a place where we literally have to look at how dark, how evil things have gotten in our world if we're going to change them. And it's no longer an option to just say, well, I don't want to look at it because if we want to change it, if we want things to be heaven and peaceful, we have to look at it. And the problem is if we don't look at it too soon, then it's only going to get worse. So what is it that is so evil? that's happening right now. Well, lame duck president Joe Biden has told Ukraine and gave them permission to fire missiles into Russia. Russia said if this happened, it would be an act of war and that they would consider nuclear retaliation. So Ukraine did it. They'd shot off a missile. Luckily Russia shot it down in midair. But like to me, like, like why can anyone just answer that question of like, why, why do we need to create these? Why do we need to test other countries and creating nuclear war? Because I have Russian friends, great people. I know people from Ukraine as well. Great people. So why is it that we're flirting with this idea of nuclear war? Why is it that all of these world leaders want to just flex and say, well, I'll destroy the world. You think I won't do it? It's some sort of like mad king disease of this is not good for anyone. Literally, we all lose. So why are we even playing with this fire? a big part of the American Congress party, is nuclear disarmament. because have to push towards that direction as a world. Because to play these silly games is just that. It's silly. It's ridiculous. We have children essentially playing with nuclear weapons. Think about that. And maybe it's ego, maybe it's, I don't even know. I mean, I have my guesses. Of course I have my guesses. To say I don't know is maybe a little bit of a, you know, inaccurate statement. But the facts, we don't need to know why they're doing it. It's just the fact that they are doing it. Doing things that the American people never asked for. Did anyone ever elect Joe Biden because he said he would tell Ukraine to shoot missiles into Russia? That's not a concern of the American people. We have so many issues at home here. And yet our goal is to fire missiles into Russia. to tell Ukraine, who clearly is now a puppet state, clearly they must be a puppet state. If they were waiting for Biden to tell them that they could fire missiles into Russia, that must mean that they're a puppet state of the United States. So all of this talk of how we have to defend democracy in Ukraine, we have to defend democracy in Ukraine, even though Zelensky basically created a state run media. He's the only de facto, he's essentially an authoritarian leader at this point in Ukraine. You can look into that if you like, but then he's not even the one leading Ukraine. Apparently America is making all of their military decisions. So all of this show about we have to defend their, their democracy is clearly a farce. So red herring. Because on top of that, I know you, I know the American people don't even want to be funding any foreign wars. It's overwhelming. It's like over 80 % of people do not want to be funding foreign wars. And yet that is the prime opera random prime operandum, the modus operandi. I think that's the correct Latin phrase as the modus operandi of our entire government, of our Congress, of our presidency. And we have to break that. We can no longer be putting the killing of innocent people above the innocent of the We can no longer spend money, your taxpayer dollars, my taxpayer dollars on the killing of innocent people that has to stop immediately. And speaking of our taxpayer dollars to make this even worse and to make it even more ironic, you will, Biden's State Department, after this missile fired, a few days later, the Biden State Department told Ukraine, that they can keep $4.65 billion in taxpayer dollars that they were supposed to pay back. So is Ukraine just a puppet state? Is it just a puppet state and it's not even a democracy? And they're just going to keep throwing that in our faces acting like we because we know they're lying and yet they're just going to keep lying to our faces about all of this. So to me, I find it absolutely absurd. Now, I don't know the exact contract. I don't know how this whole 4.65 billion happened, how they're supposed to pay that back. Maybe there was something where we were going to give them stuff and then they were going to pay us it back. Yada yada. I don't know how that was supposed to happen. But for them to sit there and say, yeah, that contract, we don't need that four billion because we're rolling in so much money. It's not like our debt over the last four years doubled for 12 trillion more dollars. You keep the four billion. It's not like it's not like we can keep track of it. which is another headline that we need to jump into here, which is the Pentagon failed its seventh audit. Now, OK, maybe you're thinking like maybe it's small numbers, Clayton, who knows, right? Because I, you know, you fill out your taxes. Maybe you mess up something, you send it back. They're like, no, that's wrong. You fix it. It's a few thousand dollars. The Pentagon failed its seventh audit because they cannot track. You ready for this?$854 billion. They failed their seventh audit because they cannot track over $854 billion. The audacity, the absolute audacity for them to sit there and say, yeah, we'll just, we don't know where it is. And I'd be willing to bet that no one goes to jail from this. No one, no one go to jail for it. It'll get swept under the rug. Nothing will happen. Maybe a slap on the wrist. Maybe they'll have some sort of congressional hearing and some senators and congressmen will yell at them and try to make it seem like they're making a difference. and no one will go to jail for it. There will be no accountability. There will be no responsibility. And it will continue until we put people into government who actually care about where the money is going. and a policy that can be implemented here. And if that mole's listening, listen up, hey, little mole, listen here. I'll get to that mole in a second. We need that open ledger policy that the American Congress party has been promoting. And I'm going to be a bit more stern about talking about it, which is having an entire, I made a video on this so you can check it out on my YouTube channel, Clay and Qutari ACP. We have an entire website and on that website, there's an itemized list of everywhere that we are spending taxed to pay our dollars. every single dollar that ever gets put into these omnibus bills, which are insane, by the way, and we should absolutely stop on the bus bills like yesterday. We create this website and on this website, you have a list of every single department and every single dollar that is being spent because that is your money. And if you are investing in something, if you're investing in a company, you have the right to look at their books. The US government, the United States is owned by the American people. So we have a right to see where every single dollar that they print that they waste and where it is. So we'll create an open ledger. And in this open ledger, if we see anywhere that we don't agree with how money is being spent, we will vote. And anytime a vote gets over, let's say 60%, 70%, something like that. I'm thinking we can either make it like a 60 % system or a percentage system. Or we could do like a star rating. like once it drops below like four stars, something like that, the government will automatically have to come and look at where the money is being spent in regards to this vector, to this sector or to this field. And we should do that. and I want to make very clear this this mole. All right. I was told you guys at the beginning of this, I think there's a mole in the American Congress Party. What did I mean by that? Well, it kind of started whenever I heard Trump talking about no, no income tax. And I've never heard any president, anyone ever talk about the fact of getting rid of the income tax. And to me, I was like, that's funny. That's one of our policies. And then I started getting reels from people of like policies that Trump was rolling out and they were all American Congress party ideas. And so I thought, okay, cool. Like, makes our job easier. And then today I was sent a real and now Trump announced that he is going to create what he calls the American Academy. That will be a world classic education and it will be free for everybody without adding a single dime to our debt and will make all knowledge available and online for free. from finances to trade skills to history classes to everything. Sounds a lot like free education. The American Congress Party was promoting it now. So what I want to do here is talk to that mole. That little spy. I don't know if the CIA is listening to this. I don't know how it's working on the other side, but look, we need a public ledger. OK, whether someone on Elon Musk team, I don't care who it is. We have to get this done. So we need a public ledger. A website where we can see an itemized list of everywhere that our government spending money. I remember seeing somewhere I think that we were spending like a couple million dollars a year on training hamsters to box guys, the stuff, the stuff that I have seen the videos that I've seen of congressmen and women going through the omnibus bills and how we are spending money is absurd. So we need this public ledger. We need this public ledger because it'll take away so much of the waste fraud abuse. because it will hold accountability to those in charge. It will give power back to the American people. We can live time, see everything that is being voted on, how much money is going where, and we can instantaneously force government to address it. The age that we're living in right now, we don't have two years. We don't have four years to vote in new people. And even if we did, none of the people in charge right now are making any sort of difference in my opinion. I mean, and I say that with all due respect, I know they're probably great people. And let me rephrase that. They're not making a positive difference. They're not making a difference that's going to benefit the lives of the American people. And I know that's a crazy thing to say, but if we take a step back and look at inflation, We look at cost of living increases. We look at the fact that the wage has been stagnant for like the last like, I think like 30 years, something like that. I do not believe that there are changes being created in a way that benefits the American people. So we need the public ledger. whoever the mole is, listen up, public ledger. And look, reach out. Maybe you don't want to reach out. Actually, you probably wouldn't want to reach out. That would cause problems. But I don't know. Maybe there is no more. And maybe I'm just I don't know. What would you be going crazy? Not going crazy, but seeing making connections where there's not connections. But I truly see it. And, know, all I'm saying is the next thing we need is a public ledger. It's kind like one of those things where if you say public ledger enough times it happens. What is that? Like if you. you you say someone's name three times in a mirror, they appear public ledger, public ledger, public ledger. Maybe the algorithms feeding it to something but I just think that that that would do such That would restore I think so much faith in our government because Our faith is at an all-time low in so many different sectors the sciences. It's failing media. It's failing the government. It's failing and That's a recipe for disaster 100 % So a way to restore faith in the, in the government is accountability. I mean, you can say the same thing for the sciences and for the media is to restore accountability. And right now there is nothing or no one or any item that's holding them accountable to the population that they serve. So why should you trust them? And it's going to have traumatic it's already. having dramatic issues within our society. If you can't trust the ones giving you the news, if you can't trust the ones who are supposed to be governing you, if you can't trust the ones who are supposed to be medicating you. So we have to have accountability, responsibility for these people. And so I also want to take a step back and like, you know, applaud applaud Trump on this idea of the American Academy. We'll see how it actually gets implemented. You know, let's not. So I take our eye off the prize just because he said he's going to do something. You know, let's see how this actually rolls out. I generally love the idea. I think the only thing is, is it's pretty much YouTube. You're pretty much just click up YouTube and it's pretty much is the American Academy. But, know, it would be nicer for it to be structured and I think he also mentioned something about it will be competing with like four year universities and be like accredited and all that. And I think that's great. Honestly, I think that's great because, you know, we need something that's going to be competing with all of these institutions because it doesn't, you know, that that price, you want to talk about money, those prices just keep increasing. So I'm optimistic in those regards. And I think it's, you know, just insane how much money we're wasting on on on these wars, too. So So if we can just even take some of that money, let's stop killing innocent people. Let's stop building nuclear weapons and let's invest that into the American people. mean, $854 billion, $854 billion. They can't track that. And that reminds me, this is also something that never really gets talked about, but it's probably important knowledge for you as a voter is that there's these things called black programs within the government. And what they are are essentially programs that have zero oversight, absolutely zero oversight. And you might be thinking like Clayton, how is that possible? That's not actually real. So here's how it's real. What they believe in the way they see it is that the president is a temporary position. Congressman and women, they're temporary positions. And so what they do is they'll say, well, this, this black budget program essentially You know, we're doing stuff with national security and you you might not be there in two or four years or six years. So like, don't, you know, essentially don't worry about it because it's, it's, if you get out of, once you leave that office, then you, you know, you become like a security risk essentially is what they say. That's what they claim. And I think it's absolutely insane that these exist. I think this is another thing that moles listening completely ban any black black program. I forget what they call it. Black budget program. I think it's like a black program. I forget exactly what the terminology is, but it's essentially any sort of like a program where if a president even goes and tries to ask like where's this money being spent, what's it being spent on? They'll be like, yeah, you're not allowed to know that. You're not allowed to know that. person that the country collectively decided wants to lead them is not allowed to know something about where the money of those people is going. So again, that's something we need to look at are these black budget programs where there's no accountability, no oversight. I mean, and you know, I question if once they declassify them or at least in a congressional setting, if they would even get oversight because right now, again, this goes back to the lack of trust, the lack of accountability that we have within our government. So I don't know. I really don't know. I guess I'm speaking in terms of what I will do once I get into office, the way that I would govern, will govern the way I will govern once in office. And I think for the time being just have to keep, the accountability going. And I think this, you know, if we wrap this kind of like into a more spiritual place, it's like, have to care about each other. We have to care about the next generation. have to care about our future. And I think like, you know, it's, I always ask people like when they say they're spiritual, it's kind of like a difficult question to answer. Like, what does that mean that you're spiritual? And I think a very important element of it. is like caring about the next generation. I really do. really think that's like a very strong element of being spiritual, caring about the people who you're teaching so that they become more knowledgeable, more powerful than you are. I truly do. I truly think that there's something there about that. And I think, you know, and I think when you're not spiritual, you do stuff like instigate world war three, instigate nuclear bombs with instigate Russia to shoot off nuclear bombs in your backyard. Because you're definitely not caring about the next generation. No matter what you say, you make any sort of move to instigate a World War III scenario. I just I just don't I also just don't understand like why why do we hate Russia so much? Like is that not a valid question? I mean, I think like, you you can look at, you know, Putin's rise to power, you know, what he's done. Journalists have disappeared. And I think that's all very valid. The party is like, it doesn't, it definitely seems very sketchy, you know, so we could argue maybe he's not a pure elected official if you want, but like, If he's that powerful, why are we making him our enemy? We should learn how to work with him. And, and I guess even the spans, even to China at some extent, like, you know, that's obviously like a communistic, you know, controlled region. And we should learn how to work with those people, not instigate killing millions, maybe billions of life forms. because, my democracy. It's like, well, Ukraine isn't a democracy anymore. And even by the slightest fathom of imagination that they are, they're clearly controlled by the, government, at least by Biden's administration, let's say, I don't know what will happen with Trump, but like they're at least controlled. Remember whenever Congress was waving the Ukrainian flag after they approved sending, I don't know, hundreds of billions of dollars over to them to buy military equipment to kill innocent people? So I don't know. Are they both, are we all bought off by each other? Is it just the ruling, like the ruling elites that are just in this? I don't know, bought off nature and they maybe they're all in the same bed together. I mean, I don't know, which then begs the question is if they are. And I guess I'm getting into a pretty weird rabbit hole here, but I'm just like kind of spewing thoughts as they're coming to me, which is like, if they are, then does that mean that Biden and Putin like they're creating this whole show for all of us? which that makes it even more scary. And again, I know, I know very well that it's easy to just turn this away. This is too dark to think about, but if we want to make the change that we want to see in the world, if we want to create the new world, the new heaven, the new earth, Samadhi, the Kali Yuga, whatever word you want to call it, the age of Aquarius. If we want to step into that place of alignment of, of beauty, of peace, of harmony, we have to look at how dark our reality currently is. We have to, and that's probably your spiritual element right there. And I know it's not easy and I'm just asking questions. These questions, the answers could be very well be no, but they're important questions to ask if we really want to uncover the truth of what's going on between all of the governments of the world. What's even going on on this planet, right? We have to be able to ask those questions and we have to have the courage to be able to face whatever the answer might be. We have to have that courage. So with all of that being said, Mr. Mole, please take to the Trump administration, bring it to Elon, tell them about the public ledger. Tell them we need a public ledger. We need that public ledger. Give us the public ledger. Put the American people back in charge. Let them have faith in the government again, because right now that doesn't exist. And with all of that being said, appreciate you guys. And I know for sure that if we do not meet in this dimension, we will for sure meet in the sixth dimension. you
