About Hannah
Hannah is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist who passionately advocates for the consumption of nutrient-dense foods and encourages people to find a healthy balance in their everyday choices.

She has also been taking classes to learn more about quantum biology and how she can grow as a nutritionist.

Hannah would like to add: “…remember that I said the atmosphere trapping in nnEMFs is like a Faraday cage but it’s 100% the opposite and a faraday cage blocks out all frequencies 🤣 FAKE NEWS”

Clayton's Notes
My absolute pleasure having Hannah back on. I can tell that she'll certainly be making more appearances as time goes on. Love the knowledge she shares on this podcast with regards to quantum biology.

We also dive into how utilizing this knowledge will help you on your journey to deeper levels of awareness and consciousness, as well as raising your vibration.

[Unknown5]:

out conscious monkeys welcome back to the show hannah olsen hannah thanks for

conscious monkeys welcome back to the show hannah olson hannah thanks for coming

[Unknown5]:

coming back on

[Unknown6]:

back on thanks for having me on clayton

[Unknown5]:

yeah so i'm

[Unknown6]:

so i'm excited so let's start off with the big question right like what is quantum

[Unknown5]:

excited so let's start off with the big question right like what is quantum biology

[Unknown6]:

that is the best question because i feel like that's the hardest one to answer uh quantum biology is in my opinion everything other than diet and exercise it's basically all of the lifestyle components that affect our health um

[Unknown5]:

nine

[Unknown6]:

one of the major things being our light environment and our electromagnetic environment as well so

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

okay so that would be like any type of light that you're like bringing in or

[Unknown5]:

so that would be like any type of light that you're like bringing in or like just seeing or and does this does this even limit you at the eyes or would it also just

[Unknown6]:

just seeing and does this even limit you at the eyes or would it also just be like

[Unknown5]:

be like your skin pick up light in different ways

[Unknown6]:

your skin pick up light in is absolutely photoreceptors in your skin but so i just recently got into this rabbit hole so i'm learning as well but basically we evolved in the sun right you're going to egypt you're going to the cradle of civilization i'm sure it's going to be a very sunny place there right and we evolved outside animals live outside we're in contact with our environments you know and everybody is into grounding and all of those types of modalities to get back in touch with nature because we're super divorced from nature but the light environment is something that's really interesting to me right now i am inside i'm in my apartment and people are chronically inside you know we're not outside often but i have every single window open in my apartment to let the light in because okay i don't even know where to start with this but basically light matters so much and artificial light is super destructive

[Unknown5]:

well

[Unknown6]:

to

[Unknown5]:

maybe that's somewhere to start is like

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

what like what should

[Unknown6]:

what should your artificial la environment kind of look like because like it

[Unknown5]:

your like artificial light environment kind of look like because like you know i

[Unknown6]:

shouldn't be

[Unknown5]:

have like a there should be no artificial light whatsoever

[Unknown6]:

i mean ideally we're talking ideally right so

[Unknown5]:

the private world

[Unknown6]:

you can talk about yin and yang is a really great way to think of this as well you know you've light and dark and light bulbs were really brought into the mainstream like a hundred years ago so we don't have dark anymore and that's kind of mind blowing if you think about it you know in the last hundred years our bodies just think that it's perpetually light outside and you i'm sure have heard of circadian rhythms and those impact every single layer of your health and well being so you can eat right and you can exercise and but if you're exercising in a gym under fluorescent light bulbs with wi fi routers and tvs everywhere like that's also negatively impacting your well being

[Unknown5]:

and even furthermore cause i know like even just if i think about it myself like

[Unknown6]:

and even furthermore because i know like even just if i think about it myself like

[Unknown5]:

you know before i go to bed i mean i i try to meditate before but you know so

[Unknown6]:

you know before i go to bed i mean i i try to meditate before but you know so

[Unknown5]:

there's maybe

[Unknown6]:

there's maybe

[Unknown5]:

thirty minutes to forty five minutes before bed where like i'm in the complete

[Unknown6]:

thirty minutes to forty five minutes before bed where like i'm in the complete

[Unknown5]:

dark and you know whatnot but even before that right like if the sun goes down

[Unknown6]:

dark what not but even before that right like the sun goes down let's say at you

[Unknown5]:

let's say at you know six i know it changes but let's say it goes down at six

[Unknown6]:

know six years so i know it changes but let's say it goes down at six until like

[Unknown5]:

until like nine nine thirty i still have lights on in my house i still have my

[Unknown6]:

nine nine thirty i still have lights on in my house i'm still have my phone in my

[Unknown5]:

phone in my hand i still have the tv running and so that is that just perpetuating

[Unknown6]:

hand still have the tv running right and so that's is that just perpetuating to me

[Unknown5]:

to me that that it's still daytime that there's no reason to start making sleep

[Unknown6]:

that that it's still daytime that there's no reason to start making sleep

[Unknown5]:

chemicals let's say

[Unknown6]:

chemicals let's say absolutely and so like we have seasons and cycles of nature our bodies are built to be in tune with those cycles and so it's you know right now it's march and so we're thank god moving into spring um the time just changed yesterday so

[Unknown5]:

yesterday yeah

[Unknown6]:

we're gonna have longer days so longer days signals summer right but it's been winter and in the winter time you have really short days you have more periods of darkness at night but so when we have screens and lights going on in the house your body thinks that the days are longer your body thinks that it's summer time on like a on a small quantum level you could say um and then that moves into food what happens in summertime you have access to carbohydrates in nature so people want to binge carbohydrates because in summertime fruits are growing berries are growing you have access to all of these beautiful fruits and veggies in winter time you don't have that unless you live in an equatorial climate so then you can dive into the food rabbit hole with this as well yes

[Unknown5]:

so so then speaking of

[Unknown6]:

speaking

[Unknown5]:

the food rabbit hole would it

[Unknown6]:

mhm

[Unknown5]:

be safe to say like could you adjust your diet almost with regards to what some

[Unknown6]:

to say could you adjust your diet on those with regards to what su what season it

[Unknown5]:

what season it is like during winter eat less carbs and then summer it's like okay

[Unknown6]:

is like during winter you eat less carves and then summer it's like okay there's

[Unknown5]:

there's more energy which makes sense more sun more energy

[Unknown6]:

more energy which makes sense for sun

[Unknown5]:

i have more energy to expand expend there it is that's the word

[Unknown6]:

i want to right will expand in your expansion right

[Unknown5]:

same thing right

[Unknown6]:

right right um but yeah absolutely so if you ideally we would be eating foods that are available to us locally you know um and i've learned quite a lot since i came on last time even to the point that like agriculture is not necessarily normal or natural just because something can grow doesn't mean that it's ne yeah right uh doesn't mean that it can

[Unknown5]:

air quotes

[Unknown6]:

if it's not from your environment like should you be eating it or is the imported papaya from mexico in november like is that is your body in tune to have that no there's so much dissonance happening right now

[Unknown5]:

and it's

[Unknown6]:

ands interesting that you say that because i even know and this is where my mind

[Unknown5]:

interesting that you say that because i even know and this is where my mind kind of went with whole gmo thing like let's let's start labeling things as gmo like my

[Unknown6]:

kind of went with whole gmo thing like let's look our labeling things as g like my

[Unknown5]:

perception was is like well like at what level and maybe there's like a whole like

[Unknown6]:

perception was like well like at what level and maybe there's like a whole like

[Unknown5]:

f p a or what is it f d a um like reason that you can label a g m o but my monkey

[Unknown6]:

fpa what is it fda um like reason that you can label a g m o but my monkey brain

[Unknown5]:

brain it's like everything's g m o like there is no like we've modified everything

[Unknown6]:

it's like everything's g m o like there is no like we've modified everything there

[Unknown5]:

there is no like what what wouldn't be modified in a sense like except for water

[Unknown6]:

is no like what what wouldn't be modified in a sense like except for water like if

[Unknown5]:

like if it's just pure h two o but see like even that we've put chemicals in it to

[Unknown6]:

it's just pure h two zero but see like even that we've put chemicals in it to

[Unknown5]:

clean it and everything so you know for me it's like you couldn't even label water

[Unknown6]:

clean it and everything you know for me it's like you couldn't even label water gmo in this day and age

[Unknown5]:

gmo in this day and age

[Unknown6]:

well absolutely except some water is okay another dip into the rabbit hole is there's different types of water so we all know about the three major phases of water there's a solid a liquid and a gas right there's a fourth phase of discovered by a man named gerald pollock and this fourth phase of water is almost like a gel and it acts as a gel and this gel has a pur just h two l but the molecules align themselves in a way it's like a

[Unknown5]:

and it's just pure as pure h two o

[Unknown6]:

perfect crystalline structure and this

[Unknown5]:

really

[Unknown6]:

carries information

[Unknown5]:

so it's pure h two o and it's just like like what type of joel like silly puddy

[Unknown6]:

so it's pure h two zero and it's just like like what type of gel like silly like

[Unknown5]:

kind of jail

[Unknown6]:

yeah think of like a gel yeah i think of like jello or a gel yeah like yeah i

[Unknown5]:

so

[Unknown6]:

know

[Unknown5]:

i have a basic chemistry understanding break this down to me right

[Unknown6]:

i have a basic chemistry understanding

[Unknown5]:

because is it is there like a certain temperature it needs to be stored at or is

[Unknown6]:

to me right because is there like a certain temperature it needs to be stored at

[Unknown5]:

there like a certain way that the molecules are attached to each other like how

[Unknown6]:

or is there like a certain way that the molecules are attached to each other

[Unknown5]:

does that work

[Unknown6]:

yeah so it's not necessarily a temperature thing because we have it's called exclusion zone water or easy water that is actually the water that is in our bodies um if you go to like a a molecular level we're ninety nine percent water molecules for basically like jellyfish except we're

[Unknown5]:

really

[Unknown6]:

conscious monkeys on this podcast

[Unknown5]:

love a great reference

[Unknown6]:

but so i would love to show you a photo but i don't have one

[Unknown5]:

i could probably look one up

[Unknown6]:

basically the molecules yeah search up

[Unknown5]:

what would i type in

[Unknown6]:

easy water

[Unknown5]:

that's pretty

[Unknown6]:

so

[Unknown5]:

easy

[Unknown6]:

easy right easy exclusion zone so what the exclusion zone means is that the water molecules it's positive and negative charges right everything has

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

a polarity and so easy water is negatively charged and then it pushes out an exclusion zone of ions

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

are you finding anything

[Unknown5]:

so how does i'm finding some video pictures but they're not like

[Unknown6]:

pictures with no like

[Unknown5]:

and it

[Unknown6]:

and it looks like oh it looks like it's like almost the best example i can kind of

[Unknown5]:

looks like oh it looks like it's like almost the best example i could kind of describe is how like milk would separate like the cream rises to the top kind of

[Unknown6]:

describe is how like milk would separate like a

[Unknown5]:

thing it's almost like you're just skimming off like aa section of the water

[Unknown6]:

absolutely like you're just skimming off like a section of the water yes but you're forcing out the positive ions or electrons

[Unknown5]:

oh okay

[Unknown6]:

oh okay to my understanding

[Unknown5]:

so it says it's a hide there's a hydro

[Unknown6]:

so it says it's a h there's a hydro

[Unknown5]:

hydrophilic hydrophilic material that then you place next to the water and then it

[Unknown6]:

hydrophobic hydrophilic material that then you place next to the water and then it

[Unknown5]:

would bring the negatively charged ions towards that material and then you would

[Unknown6]:

would bring the negatively charred diamonds towards that material and then you

[Unknown5]:

just like take a section of that

[Unknown6]:

would just like take a section of that in the lab setting yeah yeah

[Unknown5]:

in a lab setting

[Unknown6]:

but in our bodies that happens naturally um which is extremely interesting and then that gets into like i mentioned earlier your electromagnetic environment emf non native emfs deplete the exclusions on water in your body

[Unknown5]:

okay so

[Unknown6]:

okay so let's

[Unknown5]:

let's take a quick step back

[Unknown6]:

yeah totally so if i drink water right it's just going and charged

[Unknown5]:

so if i drink water right it's just going to have the positive and the negatively charged elements of the water going into me

[Unknown6]:

yeah drink water right

[Unknown5]:

just standing water and then inside my body it's really only taken the negatively

[Unknown6]:

and then inside my body it's really only taking the negative the charged ions and

[Unknown5]:

charged ions and using those

[Unknown6]:

using those

[Unknown5]:

for energy and then am i like kind of peeing out the positive islands

[Unknown6]:

for energy and then am i like kind of peeing out the positive nope nope

[Unknown5]:

no

[Unknown6]:

so i uh okay when we drink water obviously we're absorbing those molecules and that you know we're absorbing the water but in ourselves i'm sure you remember from like seventh grade biology there's the mitochondria n sl

[Unknown5]:

the powerhouse

[Unknown6]:

and the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell exactly um and so mitochondria when they're working properly can produce they produce metabolic water they produce exclusion zone water and if your mitochondria are functioning optimally they will produce i think it's like up to seventeen liters of water a day

[Unknown5]:

they'll produce seventeen liters

[Unknown6]:

so your body the mitochondria produces its own water produces water within ourselves and within our bodies

[Unknown5]:

and and so it's producing the exclusions there in water

[Unknown6]:

and so it's producing the exclusions in water yes

[Unknown5]:

and so what is it taking to transformed into exclusion son water just normal water

[Unknown6]:

and so what is it taking to transform into exclusions water just normal water it is in there's like a five step process where at we all know about a t p you know uh

[Unknown5]:

enlighten me just in case

[Unknown6]:

well ap basically is what they think gives us energy at p is a

[Unknown5]:

the

[Unknown6]:

byproduct of mitochondria but there's a five step process and the fourth step of this process they produce h two o

[Unknown5]:

the mitochondrial produces

[Unknown6]:

the mitochondria

[Unknown5]:

h two o in the fourth step of this process

[Unknown6]:

this process yeah

[Unknown5]:

so then would it would it be harmful or beneficial to drink easy exclusions own

[Unknown6]:

so then would it would it be harmful or beneficial to drink easy exclusions and

[Unknown5]:

water

[Unknown6]:

water i honestly am not sure about that but my personal opinion and again i know nothing but uh i think i don't know i don't know if it would matter

[Unknown5]:

not sure haven't gotten to that part of it yet

[Unknown6]:

yeah so your body when it's exposed to sunlight red light therapy things of that nature um that expands the exclusion zone of the water in your body and

[Unknown5]:

and roke real quick i

[Unknown6]:

umhum

[Unknown5]:

want you to give yourself some credit here i don't i don't want you going around saying you know nothing

[Unknown6]:

well the but you know what i mean

[Unknown5]:

you take some classes right i mean you're not just pulling all this information

[Unknown6]:

some classes right i mean you're not just putting all this information totally

[Unknown5]:

out of thin air

[Unknown6]:

yeah i'm not channeling it

[Unknown5]:

you know channeling that's very different podcast

[Unknown6]:

yeah right i mean i yeah not my podcast

[Unknown5]:

yeah we've

[Unknown6]:

we've got those on

[Unknown5]:

got those on coming in the future weeks

[Unknown6]:

heck yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah so a little teaser for everybody

[Unknown6]:

mhm

[Unknown5]:

um okay so

[Unknown6]:

okay so

[Unknown5]:

alright so it feels like we kind of hit the bottom of that easy water

[Unknown6]:

all right so it feels like we kind of hit the bottom of that easy water

[Unknown5]:

hole the bottom of the easy watering hole

[Unknown6]:

hole the bottom of the easy watering hole um

[Unknown5]:

so if we

[Unknown6]:

just just a taste of the easy hole

[Unknown5]:

just a taste i i feel like i want to get my hands on it now d have you tasted is

[Unknown6]:

that's to my hands on it now have you tasted is it like readily available anywhere

[Unknown5]:

it like readily available anywhere can you buy it

[Unknown6]:

can you buy it i no i i have not no

[Unknown5]:

no

[Unknown6]:

not at all um i'm just personally working to expand

[Unknown5]:

you

[Unknown6]:

and optimize my mitochondria to just keep producing my own water but i feel like i'm chronically dehydrated

[Unknown5]:

i have that same feeling sometimes

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

as well so what do you what are

[Unknown6]:

so what are

[Unknown5]:

maybe quantum biology things that we can do to

[Unknown6]:

maybe quantum biology things that we can do to

[Unknown5]:

have our mitochondria at optimal performance

[Unknown6]:

have our mitochondria so that really is the crux of this whole thing you know is how do we optimize our mitochondria so that they can continue to you know help us because biologically speaking i've heard people say that my i mean mitochondria are like basically their own little species you know and we kind of like co evolved with them and so yeah right but they're not necessarily human they're like its own little thing

[Unknown5]:

what does that mean

[Unknown6]:

that mean like there's other little

[Unknown5]:

like there's other little things living inside us or they

[Unknown6]:

umhum basically

[Unknown5]:

do can they live on their own then

[Unknown6]:

on their own that's a great question i don't know

[Unknown5]:

like outside of the human no you're not sure

[Unknown6]:

yeah i don't know but it's like we co evolved with the mitochondria because they obviously do so much for us but so getting back to your question with the quantum biology stuff it's really important to get your light environment correct that is getting proper sunlight avoiding artificial lights at night um and we can go into some hacks around that because obviously we can't all be going to sleep at six o'clock at night um grounding getting in touch with the earth spending as much time outside as possible and ideally as much time outside away from the power grid and away from you know power lines and wi fi routers and all of that kind of stuff because that disrupts the it it creates interference you know from the sun and the things that we are absorbing in our atmosphere it's all very woo and fantastic and my favorite part about

[Unknown5]:

but

[Unknown6]:

it is that it's based in science um

[Unknown5]:

that's the best part

[Unknown6]:

and yeah right and i know that you have an appreciation for that as well you

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

appreciate the woo as well but

[Unknown5]:

um

[Unknown6]:

um yeah i honestly i keep saying like if i would look back on my life you know two

[Unknown5]:

yeah and honestly i keep saying like if i would look back on my life you know two years agogo i'd be like dude clayton what the are you talking about man like

[Unknown6]:

years ago i be like to play what the fuck can be talking about man

[Unknown5]:

you're going off the deep end yeah

[Unknown6]:

right

[Unknown5]:

but it's such a but it's such a it's such an element right like cause there is the

[Unknown6]:

like are you it's such a it's such an element right like is there is the you know

[Unknown5]:

you know it's kind of like where the placebo effect lies it's like well the po

[Unknown6]:

it's kind of like where the placebo effect lies it's like well the pu placebo

[Unknown5]:

placebo effect is a very woo thing but it is very real at the same time like

[Unknown6]:

effect is a very w thing but it is very real at the same time and it's scientifically proven yeah

[Unknown5]:

right

[Unknown6]:

right

[Unknown5]:

um

[Unknown6]:

um and i kind of well a couple things i want to get to here

[Unknown5]:

and i kind of well a couple things i want to get to here but what let's go back

[Unknown6]:

let's go back let's finish up with the light what was like some of the life hacks

[Unknown5]:

and let's let's finish up with the light what was like some of the life hacks that we could we could do because i know for me like

[Unknown6]:

that we could we could do because i know for me like

[Unknown5]:

you know if

[Unknown6]:

you know if you know sometimes i wake up before the sun even gets up and i do my

[Unknown5]:

you know sometimes i wake up before the sun even gets up and i do my best to not

[Unknown6]:

best to not even look at my phone

[Unknown5]:

even look at my phone um you know in the morning to just you know just to let the sun wait until at least the sun's

[Unknown6]:

you know in the morning to just you know just to let the sun wait until at least the sun's up to look at my phone especially if i'm early

[Unknown5]:

up to look at my phone especially if i'm like waking up early um sometimes i'll

[Unknown6]:

um sometimes i'll like candles would a candle kind of fall into that light

[Unknown5]:

like candles would a candle kind of fall into that light spectrum of it

[Unknown6]:

spectrum candle is fantastic yeah and if you think primary you know um every time i say that word i think of liver king what up primal do you follow liver king

[Unknown5]:

get your organs in

[Unknown6]:

do you follow liver king i think

[Unknown5]:

na

[Unknown6]:

he's ridiculous oh you

[Unknown5]:

uh na i'll to check it out

[Unknown6]:

don't okay well don't forget who put you on so candles are great our ancestors would have had you know access to fire did they have fire all the time no a a quick pack on your phone um so do you do you have an iphone you got you

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

an iphone so you can set it so that your phone is in night mode i have it set from five from six p m to five fifty nine p m so there's one minute in the day where it it's just a blue light screen but other than that it takes the tones out and then also you can go on your phone and if i click my side button three times

[Unknown5]:

i what you want

[Unknown6]:

it takes all the blue light out of the screen

[Unknown5]:

oh

[Unknown6]:

so i would love to show you like how to do that because then there's literally no blue light coming from my device it's just straight red for those of you who aren't watching it is red it's completely red

[Unknown5]:

it looks red so so i have a black and white filter i guess that's or what is it gray scale

[Unknown6]:

i guess that's her what is it gray scale like my he button three times it scale

[Unknown5]:

whenever i click my home button three times it will do gray scale is that

[Unknown6]:

yeah i don't think that that's the same because

[Unknown5]:

not the same

[Unknown6]:

there still might be blue coming

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

through so this is like a red tint to the phone

[Unknown5]:

okay well honestly i think that'd be super helpful for me and so i think it might be helpful

[Unknown6]:

okay well honestly i think that'd be super helpful for me and so totally help sure

[Unknown5]:

for everybody do we wanna just walk through and so anybody that's listening can

[Unknown6]:

let's just do it yes

[Unknown5]:

pick up their phone

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

and do this with us so we press so this only works for iphones

[Unknown6]:

absolutely i'm sorry if it's clunky yeah sorry joy you guys get on board get on board iphone trigger warning

[Unknown5]:

iphone warding we need someone to balance it out i think we need somebody to balance it out we can't have

[Unknown6]:

yeah right

[Unknown5]:

monopolies right

[Unknown6]:

that's what they want you to think g

[Unknown5]:

that's what they allow me to think

[Unknown6]:

what they want you to think okay

[Unknown5]:

i'm still trying to figure out what i should be thinking

[Unknown6]:

yeah yeah

[Unknown5]:

all right so we got settings up what's the next step

[Unknown6]:

okay we go to our settings we're gonna go all the way down to accessibility

[Unknown5]:

how far down is that oh there it it's not too far down it's like in the third

[Unknown6]:

hm i said all the way but i didn't mean it yeah

[Unknown5]:

section yeah it was like

[Unknown6]:

okay and so now you're gonna go all the way down to the bottom

[Unknown5]:

all the way down okay

[Unknown6]:

to accessibility shortcut and it should have a color

[Unknown5]:

ah

[Unknown6]:

filters option i've got it

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

up on the screen right there okay

[Unknown5]:

yeah okay

[Unknown6]:

so you click color color filters

[Unknown5]:

mine's checked

[Unknown6]:

some we're gonna go back and then we're gonna go to display and text size

[Unknown5]:

now is this on the front is this on the front page the display in brightness

[Unknown6]:

on the front page you're still under accessibility sorry

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

so under accessibility display and text size

[Unknown5]:

displaying text size oh i see

[Unknown6]:

mm

[Unknown5]:

it's at the top

[Unknown6]:

yep and then

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

down to color filters

[Unknown5]:

ah okay

[Unknown6]:

so you want to put color filters on and you said that you have the gray scale

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

so i have it

[Unknown5]:

would it

[Unknown6]:

think it's

[Unknown5]:

be the red green

[Unknown6]:

no mine's under color tint

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

and then you should

[Unknown5]:

oh you can

[Unknown6]:

be able to play around with that and then at the bottom the intensity in hu

[Unknown5]:

ah you can like change the intensity okay and so you just have intensity all the way up

[Unknown6]:

and so you want the intensity all the way up and the hue all the way up and

[Unknown5]:

whoa

[Unknown6]:

his ears red

[Unknown5]:

yeah it's red now got it red

[Unknown6]:

so now double click

[Unknown5]:

and that's

[Unknown6]:

your side button three times

[Unknown5]:

and what's weird about it

[Unknown6]:

and then it turns it off

[Unknown5]:

yep and it turns it back on

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

and what's weird about that is like

[Unknown6]:

so every night before bed

[Unknown5]:

oh my gosh

[Unknown6]:

my gosh

[Unknown5]:

it's kinda hard to see the notifications but what's so cool about that is like i can feel like that

[Unknown6]:

kind of hard to see the notifications but what's so cool about that is like i can

[Unknown5]:

there's less strain on my eyes like instantly i don't know if anyone else

[Unknown6]:

feel like that there's less strain on my eyes like instantly it's pretty rad else

[Unknown5]:

listening feels that but that's like i literally could feel like there's like i

[Unknown6]:

listening feels that but that's like i literally could feel like there's

[Unknown5]:

can look at it and there's literally less strain on my eyes now

[Unknown6]:

it's like a softer feeling yeah like you don't yeah a thousand percent it's super

[Unknown5]:

they're so cool thought the gray scale i i thought it was so

[Unknown6]:

cool

[Unknown5]:

cool with the gray scale i was like oh you know the colors they're trying to like

[Unknown6]:

i thought it was so cool with the gray ski i was like oh you know the colors they're

[Unknown5]:

you know use these

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

colors to get your dopamine rushes going but no it's in there yeah that's another element to it yeah

[Unknown6]:

true though umm true yeah well and so um for those of us that don't want to look at the red all the time obviously we have our night shifts so you caning into your settings and just manipulate the times for your night shift and i have it from six pm until five fifty nine pm

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

so that there's one minute of it not um another thing another hack for the iphones because while we're on it

[Unknown5]:

well we're on it

[Unknown6]:

you always want your brightness to be turned all the way up at all times

[Unknown5]:

all the way up

[Unknown6]:

some people will dim all the way up because it

[Unknown5]:

all the way up

[Unknown6]:

reduces the flicker it reduces the flicker rate of your screen when you dim things it just has like a it increases the flicker rate to make it seem more dim i guess same with led light bulbs which is why we don't fuck with us

[Unknown5]:

and that's what you can always see on my screen you could probably see it flickering i don't know

[Unknown6]:

and that's you can my screen you could probably see the yeah so a yeah so a great way to test this

[Unknown5]:

if you can see that or not oh

[Unknown6]:

is you can get the slow motion on your phone your slow motion video and just videotape whatever you're questioning and you'll see a flicker rate on it like i bought this

[Unknown5]:

you can videotape you can videotape

[Unknown6]:

sorry

[Unknown5]:

how do you how do you do that you videotape

[Unknown6]:

how do you do you do that video tape so great example i bought a red light panel i did not buy a juve or like the name brand ones coz it's like a thousand dollars right so i thought that i could like cut some corners spend three hundred bucks on this red light panel and i was talking to my friend dr coy gazi who is who i've learned all of this stuff from so everyone who's listening his instagram is at optimal light doc optimal light doc on instagram he is just the craziest wealth of information and a really great friend so shout out to you corey thank you for changing my life

[Unknown5]:

you're saying about the

[Unknown6]:

where was i going

[Unknown5]:

red light panel and you wanted to save money on it

[Unknown6]:

mm yeah so i asked corey i'm like hey what's the uh what's the deal with this is this okay he's like take a slow motion video and send it to me and the flicker on this thing was absolutely disgusting he's like honestly that's gonna do way more harm than good and you need to get rid of that thing like it cause the flicker rate confuses your body it's like what's going on you know

[Unknown5]:

so break this down help me break this down at like a subatomic level is it like

[Unknown6]:

so breakf this now help me break this down at like a subatomic level like that is

[Unknown5]:

that is it so it's like that the

[Unknown6]:

it so it's like that the

[Unknown5]:

okay so light emitting diodes leds the way that works is through a signal getting

[Unknown6]:

okay so light emitting diodes leds the way that works is through a signal getting

[Unknown5]:

processed through it and because everything's like on ac it's that sinusoidal

[Unknown6]:

processed through it and because everything's like on ac it's that sinusoidal

[Unknown5]:

function of it that is propagating the light bouncing out and so it sounds like

[Unknown6]:

function of it that is propagating the light bouncing out and so it sounds like

[Unknown5]:

what's happening with this is that the slow motion camera is able to pick up those

[Unknown6]:

what's happening with this is that the slow motion camera is able to pick up those

[Unknown5]:

instances when it's on and when it's off and so our eyes are able to actually see

[Unknown6]:

instances when it's on and when it's off exactly and so our eyes are able to actually see that black space

[Unknown5]:

that black space as opposed to

[Unknown6]:

as opposed to

[Unknown5]:

it's able to see that black space

[Unknown6]:

like our bodies can pick up on that on

[Unknown5]:

he

[Unknown6]:

the frequency even though we can't see it and our eyes you know just see light you know that there's like it's like a strobe light or something but just

[Unknown5]:

right

[Unknown6]:

way faster and that's how led lights you know save energy is cause they just turn on and off a whole lot but it's

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

extremely confusing to your biology i don't really know the deep science about it you should have cory on to talk in depth about this stuff because he's just fantastic but so what

[Unknown5]:

i'll have to do that i guess

[Unknown6]:

i use is incandescent bulbs incandescent bulbs are like the

[Unknown5]:

incandescent yeah yeah

[Unknown6]:

what are they look the edison bulbs

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

um where they have like a it's a little tiny spark that's

[Unknown5]:

my

[Unknown6]:

actually in there so it's like a little tiny fire in your light so that's better cause it's ex way lower on the flicker rate and is like less disruptive to your system

[Unknown5]:

and so

[Unknown6]:

and so what i'm thinking about now is with the i i love this conversation but i

[Unknown5]:

what i'm thinking about now is with the i i love this conversation but i feel like we need to try to at least push it in a way towards like

[Unknown6]:

feel like we need to try to totally

[Unknown5]:

consciousness and spirituality

[Unknown6]:

like consciousness thousand percent

[Unknown5]:

this comes down to essentially like making sure that you're i guess aligned with

[Unknown6]:

this comes down to essentially like making sure that you're i guess aligned with

[Unknown5]:

like almost the natural world and you're not getting all this artificial input so

[Unknown6]:

like almost the natural world and you're not getting all this artificial input so

[Unknown5]:

then you're able to be more aligned and possibly even it sounds like to me what

[Unknown6]:

then you're able to be more aligned and possibly even it sounds like to me what

[Unknown5]:

resonates with me is to be able to even get to like deeper spots in meditation

[Unknown6]:

resonates with me is to be able to even get to like deeper spots in meditation

[Unknown5]:

because you're not having all of this

[Unknown6]:

because you're not having all of this let's say noise

[Unknown5]:

let's say noise you know coming in to your body

[Unknown6]:

umhum yeah it absolutely will decrease the static of information

[Unknown5]:

oh

[Unknown6]:

coming in and it will kind of like it just smooths it out and gives it's what we were evolved to be

[Unknown5]:

well you can sleep without you dr if you e

[Unknown6]:

in is a natural environment so you know not having your air conditioning on being in your proper temperature and having all of these things in place not having artificial light getting proper sleep you know eight to ten hours sounds like a long time and it is but that's what our bodies are designed to do you know some people would argue that you only need six hours and i'm not here for

[Unknown5]:

yeah and it flowed whenever i was

[Unknown6]:

that conversation but you know when you get in touch and and aligned with like the natural processes of the natural world only then in

[Unknown5]:

what i do

[Unknown6]:

my opinion can you actually like air quotes

[Unknown5]:

white

[Unknown6]:

transcend and access the deeper levels of consciousness you know that we are absolutely capable of tapping into but i think that so many

[Unknown5]:

i

[Unknown6]:

people are inflamed and tired and you know just screwed up from the natural well the unnatural world you know and just divorced from nature so

[Unknown5]:

yeah and a way

[Unknown6]:

yeah and the way i'm of thinking about it is there's this idea of like different

[Unknown5]:

i'm kind of thinking about it is there's this idea of like different density objects like there's first density second de so first density would be like rocks

[Unknown6]:

density objects like there's first density se second deck so first density would be like rocks trees plants second density would be like animals third density

[Unknown5]:

trees plants second density would be like animals third density would be like humans and then fourth density is like arguably i think they say like buddha and

[Unknown6]:

would be like humans and then fourth density is like arguably i think they say like buddha and jesus where it's for density but it's like that element of love

[Unknown5]:

jesus were fourth density but it's like that element of love and and so it's that

[Unknown6]:

and

[Unknown5]:

transcending part you can go up from there

[Unknown6]:

transcending part you can go from there

[Unknown5]:

but so

[Unknown6]:

but so with that being said like you know it's it's almost like these are elements

[Unknown5]:

with that being said like you know it's it's almost like these are elements that keep us trapped in third density where it's like your body kind of needs to fight

[Unknown6]:

that keep us trapped in third density where it's like your body kind of needs to

[Unknown5]:

against these elements of this like material world that kind of our

[Unknown6]:

fight against these elements of this material world kind of art

[Unknown5]:

you know it's like

[Unknown6]:

you know it's like if you're let's say a sending it literally can c trying to

[Unknown5]:

if you're let's say ascending like literally think about somebody trying to ascend or go upward but yet it's all this like frequency

[Unknown6]:

ascend to worry but yet energy

[Unknown5]:

or noise is coming into

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

that yeah into that energy it's destabilizing and you can't like go straight up you have to like go to the right

[Unknown6]:

it's destabilizing it straight up

[Unknown5]:

and fix this and you have to go to the left and take this out but if you're being

[Unknown6]:

to the right and fix this i need to go to the left and take this out but if you're

[Unknown5]:

bombarded with it twenty two four seven in your daily life whether it's sugary

[Unknown6]:

being bombarded with it two four seven in your daily life whether it's sugary food

[Unknown5]:

food whether it's this light issue that we're talking about you're not getting

[Unknown6]:

whether it's this light issue that we're talking about you're not getting enough

[Unknown5]:

enough water it almost makes it impossible to transcend

[Unknown6]:

water it almost makes it impossible to transit one thousand percent and you know it's instead of spending time focusing on meditation or reading books or not reading which is something

[Unknown5]:

so

[Unknown6]:

that's an interesting thought that came across came into my life recently was to stop reading to stop taking in information and to actually put out information write talk like you are doing a great job of creating stuff instead of just taking in information all the time

[Unknown5]:

thank you

[Unknown6]:

but so you know we our bodies and our you know our energy is being scattered in so many directions trying to pacify all of these things that are bombarding us and we don't even know about them you know but these studies have been done for a really long time there's a book called um going somewhere the author escapes me but this he wrote that book i think in like the sixties or seventy seconds about electromagnetic fields and he was just talking about power lines he wasn't talking about your wi fi

[Unknown5]:

right

[Unknown6]:

router and your cell phone and your bluetooth speaker and your air pods and all of these things that are messing with your frequency truly like on an actual scientifically studied level and so i think that until we are able to uh correct these things in our environments we can't really go up

[Unknown5]:

what do you think

[Unknown6]:

what do you think

[Unknown5]:

do you think there's like this i don't know why i'm going to a conspiracy kind of point of this

[Unknown6]:

do you think there's like this i don't know why conspiracy i love them it's hard

[Unknown5]:

i'm just you're on it maybe that's why i am just feeling it i feel that energy

[Unknown6]:

to not be all that energy

[Unknown5]:

so do you think that

[Unknown6]:

so do you think that

[Unknown5]:

i i guess it's like our you know you you say things like air pods like lights is

[Unknown6]:

i i guess it's like our you know you you say things like air pods like lights is

[Unknown5]:

it just a byproduct of like our evolution that

[Unknown6]:

it just a byproduct of like our evolution that

[Unknown5]:

we have found a way to integrate these things into society and like okay well this

[Unknown6]:

we have found a way to integrate these things into society and like okay well this

[Unknown5]:

how electricity works are okay this is the best way you figured out to do light or

[Unknown6]:

how electricity works or okay this is the best way you figured out to do lights or

[Unknown5]:

you know air pood for instance which i've seen they've put up like emf meters and

[Unknown6]:

you know air pood for instance which i've seen they put up like e m f meters and

[Unknown5]:

they go off the charts it's like you know i guess the conspiracy side of it is

[Unknown6]:

they go off the charts it's like you know i guess the conspiracy side of it is

[Unknown5]:

like well people are doing this on purpose so that other people can't transcend

[Unknown6]:

like well people are doing do this on purpose so that other people can't transcend

[Unknown5]:

but then is it it do you like where do you do you feel like you fall in line do

[Unknown6]:

but then is it it do you like where do you do you feel like you fall in line do

[Unknown5]:

you feel like it's purposely done to hold back the population from transcending or

[Unknown6]:

you feel like it's purposely done to hold back the population from transcending or

[Unknown5]:

is it more of allowing the lines of just like this is a byproduct of like the

[Unknown6]:

is it more along the lines of just like this is a byproduct of like the products

[Unknown5]:

products that we've created

[Unknown6]:

that we've created i love to think that people are true and good and moral and you know air pods are convenient like i have woree air pods i think in our last podcast together and then i learned all of this stuff and i was like oh no and so i bought myself a new pair of wired headphones on amazon and i've bought the little dongle to put it on my phone and that's how i go on runs now and it's not convenient you have a wire but you just so i think convenience is really the reason why all of these products have you know come to market and why they're so popular i mean people don't buy stuff unless it works and makes your life easier right that's basically like how you sell a product is does it make your life easier is it better but i also am extremely you know i question a lot of things and i think that yeah this stuff is absolutely kind of pushed on us a little more because it does lower the frequency and does lower the vibration and that brings me to you know we okay emfs

[Unknown5]:

you don't want that science

[Unknown6]:

right the non native emfs i call my sister's air pods for microwaves right

[Unknown5]:

so so

[Unknown6]:

because what does a microwave do it's basically the same thing you know it just makes molecules vibrate really fast and that's how it heats up food and when i was wearing my air pods i would feel like my ears were hot and i didn't know if i was like having like a placebo kind of thing because i knew that they were bad for me or not but like my ears would feel hot and then you've seen these studies and stuff on online where people have the readers and they're just off the charts for these things because they are basically producing microwaves that's what it is

[Unknown5]:

get you get those es that why

[Unknown6]:

so we have cell phone towers we have satellites we have five g towers going up which i don't really know if that's good or bad um we have all of this stuff and the atmosphere of the earth keeps trapping it in so they're just bouncing up and down so we're basically like creating a microwave so that is one explanation for what's actually happening with the global warming situation not

[Unknown5]:

who

[Unknown6]:

animal agriculture

[Unknown5]:

whoa

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

i never thought about it at that level

[Unknown6]:

never thought about it at that level but it makes sense doesn't it

[Unknown5]:

it i'll i'll say i

[Unknown6]:

it creates like a faraday cage

[Unknown5]:

i'll say i don't fully understand that science right is so

[Unknown6]:

i'll say i don't fully understand that right so

[Unknown5]:

right if we're producing certain frequencies

[Unknown6]:

right if we're producing certain frequencies

[Unknown5]:

that are meshing with

[Unknown6]:

that are meshing with

[Unknown5]:

the

[Unknown6]:

the i guess it would be

[Unknown5]:

i guess it would be the eye on a sphere or like a certain

[Unknown6]:

mhm of the

[Unknown5]:

layer of the earth's atmosphere if it's hitting it at an incorrect frequency then it would just repel it back down onto

[Unknown6]:

if it's hitting it at an incorrect frequency then it would just repel it back down onto earth like for example like that sphere the ionosphere

[Unknown5]:

earth like for example like that that sphere the ionosphere i i believe that's the correct terminology but i know there's a layer as at it where it repels like

[Unknown6]:

it yeah i believe you're right where repels like majority of the sun's rays

[Unknown5]:

majority of the sun's rays that is essentially what keeps us safe it's why we

[Unknown6]:

essential exact yeah the solar radiation

[Unknown5]:

don't just burn up

[Unknown6]:

exactly right it

[Unknown5]:

right right it solar radiation wow so if it's roughly in that same holy shit i never thought about this yeah

[Unknown6]:

solar radiation wow so if it's roughly in that same holy shit i never thought about this

[Unknown5]:

because if it's if it's roughly at that same frequency right if it's a radiation frequency it's not going to leave

[Unknown6]:

it's roughly at that same frequency right radiation frequency it's not going to

[Unknown5]:

our atmosphere like even the whole nuclear thing that i guess happened

[Unknown6]:

leave our atmosphere exactly and that happened at

[Unknown5]:

at chernov it would be my assumption that that would still be somewhere and maybe

[Unknown6]:

would be my assumption that that would still be somewhere and maybe it's like

[Unknown5]:

it's like residue is like left majority

[Unknown6]:

residue is like less majority

[Unknown5]:

but if the ionosphere has been made in order to repel radiation from the sun

[Unknown6]:

but if the ionosphere has been made in order to repel radiation from the sun

[Unknown5]:

i assume that it's going to be a two way protection system where it's also not

[Unknown6]:

i assume that it's going to be a two way protection absolutely

[Unknown5]:

letting things out

[Unknown6]:

yeah right and so we just have more technology more of these things going up and we're just creating more and more and more of this non native emf and it's truly changing the frequency of like the planet you know it's

[Unknown5]:

right

[Unknown6]:

really really nuts and so they're saying you know eat your beyond burgers and stop eating meat and eat your soy and animal agriculture is bad and for those of you who um aren't familiar with me um i'm very big into animal based foods and big into like animal based diets and regenerative agriculture and those kinds of healing practices for the land so that is where i get really annoyed especially when these people are saying this with air pods on the internet you know what i mean

[Unknown5]:

now this now

[Unknown6]:

yes

[Unknown5]:

this comes back to the hold

[Unknown6]:

whole do you think it the conspiracy right is it is it one of those look

[Unknown5]:

do you think it the conspiracy right is it is it one of those look at look over here at the food

[Unknown6]:

the food

[Unknown5]:

industry with meat

[Unknown6]:

totally

[Unknown5]:

and plants or is it or is it just ignorance do they just not think of it at this

[Unknown6]:

or is it just ignorance do they not think of it at this like electromagnetic level

[Unknown5]:

like electromagnetic level or do they you know what i mean like are they just

[Unknown6]:

or do they you know what i mean like are they just capitalizing on because i know

[Unknown5]:

capitalizing on because i know and here's what's crazy for me is i know there's so

[Unknown6]:

here's what's crazy for me is i know there's so many different like vegan like

[Unknown5]:

many different like vegan like people who push veganism and then they own their

[Unknown6]:

people who push veganism and then they own their own like p protein plant it's

[Unknown5]:

own like p protein plant and to me it's just like okay like i'm all for it like i

[Unknown6]:

just like okay like i'm all for it i if it works for you like by all means go for

[Unknown5]:

if it works for you like by all means go for it but for me it's like i'm not going

[Unknown6]:

it but for me it's like i'm not going to listen to someone who's also making money

[Unknown5]:

to listen to someone who's also making money off of pea protein if they're you

[Unknown6]:

off of pea protein if they're you know telling me i need to eat it

[Unknown5]:

know telling me i need to eat it so to me it's like alright are they capitalizing on this whole global warming

[Unknown6]:

so to me it's like all right are they capitalizing on this whole global warming

[Unknown5]:

thing and trying to diverge attention from the technology whenever it's actually

[Unknown6]:

thing and trying to diverge attention from the technology whenever it's actually

[Unknown5]:

the technology or do you think it's pure ignorance that they don't really know and

[Unknown6]:

the technology or do you think it's pure ignorance that they don't really know and

[Unknown5]:

it's just like well let's trying to make money off the food industry right now

[Unknown6]:

it's just like well let's try to make money off the food industry right now well i'm completely deep in the conspiracy rabbit hole and i definitely think that there's like a depopulation agenda going on um you know you can look into bill gates and who he's funded by and his lineage and the people that he is associated with so yeah i think that if i know about this stuff like why would the most elite powerful smart people in the world not know about this stuff you know because i'm just a girl with a laptop in san diego california you know and i just kind of stumbled into this and there's people that do deep science on this kind of stuff and i do believe that there is an agenda you know which is why they're pushing the beyond burger and they're pushing people eating bugs and they're pushing you know yeah

[Unknown5]:

well before we

[Unknown6]:

you will have nothing and you will be happy

[Unknown5]:

before we talk too much she on books i've heard a lot of good things about like

[Unknown6]:

too much hi on bugs i've heard a lot of good things about like the idea of protein

[Unknown5]:

the idea of cricket protein and that it's like a complete protein yeah

[Unknown6]:

oh i've eaten it it's delicious's called exo protein yeah because it's like the exoskeleton

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

and it's actually very sanitary because the bugs are grown in like a lab however that's not natural um

[Unknown5]:

oh well there you go well and that's so there's a a couple of things here that i

[Unknown6]:

well thats so there's a couple of things here that i don't wanna touch on i know

[Unknown5]:

want to touch on number one i know when like

[Unknown6]:

and like

[Unknown5]:

maybe cause this is a great way to link back to consciousness

[Unknown6]:

maybe because this is a great way to link back to consciousness

[Unknown5]:

so all animals all plants like have a form of consciousness right like i find it

[Unknown6]:

so all animals all plants like have a form of consciousness right like i find it

[Unknown5]:

interesting how people want to absorb the idea of like plants not being conscious

[Unknown6]:

interesting how people want to absolve the idea of like plants not being conscious

[Unknown5]:

and yet it's like okay well don't kill a cow because it's more conscious almost

[Unknown6]:

and yet it's like okay well don't kill a cow because it's more conscious almost

[Unknown5]:

right

[Unknown6]:

right

[Unknown5]:

there's been a

[Unknown6]:

there's been plenty of studies that have shown like where

[Unknown5]:

plenty of studies that have shown like where uh they put like plant a plant next

[Unknown6]:

they put like plant a plant next to a boiling pot of water and pumped up like ek g

[Unknown5]:

to a boiling pot of water and hooked up like ek g ek g i think to the plant and

[Unknown6]:

uh ek g i think to the plant and dropped in shrimp like live shrimp and the plant

[Unknown5]:

dropped in shrimp like live shrimp and the plant had like a negative reaction to

[Unknown6]:

had like a negative reaction to the shrimp going into like the boiling water

[Unknown5]:

the shrimp going into like the boiling water

[Unknown6]:

that's crazy

[Unknown5]:

have you see you haven't seen that oh it's

[Unknown6]:

no that's fucking crazy

[Unknown5]:

there's like a whole book about like the way like inflicting pain on people around

[Unknown6]:

about like the way inflicting pain on people around plants and they pick up on

[Unknown5]:

plants and they pick up on that consciousness like it like they they feel those

[Unknown6]:

that consciousness totally they feel those vibrations

[Unknown5]:

vibrations and so this transitions into my next thing with like crickets for instance right

[Unknown6]:

and so this transitions into my next thing with like crickets for instance right

[Unknown5]:

if we kill let's say one cow and it gives us

[Unknown6]:

if we kill let's say one cow and it gives us

[Unknown5]:

i don't know let's say a thousand grams of protein roughly speaking that's one

[Unknown6]:

i don't know let's say a thousand grams of protein roughly to speaking that's one

[Unknown5]:

instance of consciousness let's say that we are taking out or killing in order to

[Unknown6]:

instance of consciousness let's say that we are taking out or killing supply a

[Unknown5]:

supply a thousand grams of protein

[Unknown6]:

thousand grams of protein well then the question becomes is like well how many

[Unknown5]:

then the question becomes is like well how many crickets do you have to kill in

[Unknown6]:

crickets do you have to kill in order to supply that same amount of protein plant

[Unknown5]:

order to supply that same amount of protein or even plants for that matter right

[Unknown6]:

matter

[Unknown5]:

because arguably

[Unknown6]:

well plants would be exponentially more than crickets exactly

[Unknown5]:

right exactly oh which crickets are going to be a huge number in the first place too like it's it's got

[Unknown6]:

the crickets are going to be a huge number in the first place yeah it's gotta be

[Unknown5]:

to be at least like i don't know a couple thousand crickets and i know them it's

[Unknown6]:

at least like i don't know a couple thousand crickets and i know it's

[Unknown5]:

hypothesising here but it's far more than one right and so then you you can

[Unknown6]:

hypothesising here but it's far more than one right so then you can transcend that idea and it's like well you know how are we

[Unknown5]:

transcend that idea and it's like well you know how are we like picking our

[Unknown6]:

like picking our judgment of where we get our protein from and yet saying it's in

[Unknown5]:

judgment of you know where we get our protein from and yet saying it's in the best interest of like not killing one thing right because then you're killing thousands

[Unknown6]:

the best interest of like not killing one thing right because then you're killing

[Unknown5]:

of things

[Unknown6]:

thousands of things totally i mean and i understand the moral ground for the vegan argument you know i was a vegetarian for a long time when i first started learning about buddhism and those kinds of philosophies but when you get into the reality of how these vegetables are grown on these giant mono cropped fields and it's just you know almond trees for miles and miles and miles and there's no biodiversity in this land there's no wildlife the giant turbines that come and harvest these things kill everything in their paths so the bunnies and the crickets and the doggies and everything that's in there goes you know gets ground up with everything else so i think that we as a society have gotten what a society in america have gotten extremely soft when it comes to the reality of life and that's that you know there's a cycle and there's a circle of it and when we are divorcing ourselves from nature as we now are and

[Unknown5]:

i

[Unknown6]:

you go and pick up a beyond burger at the grocery store and you you know have your little badge of virtue on that's cool but like there's major implications and there's a lot more to that than someone that grows and harvests their own animals

[Unknown5]:

i know this is something that you've probably posted before but my big thing is

[Unknown6]:

i know this is something that you've probably posted before but my big thing is

[Unknown5]:

looking at ingredients like what's in it right

[Unknown6]:

looking at ingredients what's in it right

[Unknown5]:

and i think you i know you had you have posted something like this before where if

[Unknown6]:

and i think you i know you had to have posted something like this before where if

[Unknown5]:

you take a picture of like the ingredients of something like you know beef it's

[Unknown6]:

you take a picture of like the ingredients of something like you know beef it's

[Unknown5]:

just beef but if you take a picture of an impossible burger you know that's a

[Unknown6]:

just beef beef but if you take a picture of an impossible burger you know that's a

[Unknown5]:

paragraph long of ingredients it's just like

[Unknown6]:

paragraph ingredient like yeah

[Unknown5]:

alright well what

[Unknown6]:

wheat gluten soy protein things i can't even pronounce like fla natural flavors whatever that means

[Unknown5]:

chemicals to make it look like protein

[Unknown6]:

i recently yeah i recently stopped even eating natural flavors like i just by plain lu roy i don't ingest any i'm trying to get as away from the synthetic food as possible but it's difficult sometimes

[Unknown5]:

how is

[Unknown6]:

how is is there a way to tell cause i know like against fact

[Unknown5]:

is there a way to tell because i know like super against like factory farming and all that stuff is there is there a way to tell if beef has been like factory

[Unknown6]:

totally is there if been like factory farmed or even

[Unknown5]:

farmed or even um

[Unknown6]:

um

[Unknown5]:

you know

[Unknown6]:

you know given at least some amount of love while it was being you know taken care

[Unknown5]:

given at least some amount of love while it was being you know taken care of in

[Unknown6]:

of in some way

[Unknown5]:

some way shape or form

[Unknown6]:

on a label no and

[Unknown5]:

no

[Unknown6]:

so that's when it becomes important you know if that's important to you to find a farmer and connect with somebody or you know get meat from a from a source like white oak pastures is a really great one i know that dr paul saladino carnivore md

[Unknown5]:

yeah that

[Unknown6]:

on instagram he gets a lot of stuff from there and those are cows on grass in the sunshine they have one bad day versus a cow and feed lot lives in health every single day um but if you want to go strictly on labels like for the grocery store you want to look for a one hundred percent grass fed grass finished because you can say that beef is grass fed 'cause youd them one blade of grass you know they're not lying but it's just cheaper for them

[Unknown5]:

of course

[Unknown6]:

and that's what people do

[Unknown5]:

that's wild

[Unknown6]:

so one hundred percent grass fat gross finish is what we want because

[Unknown5]:

what

[Unknown6]:

most cows actually are fed grass

[Unknown5]:

what is grass finished man

[Unknown6]:

so some people will feed their cat they'll have their cows on pasture for like eighty percent of the time and then the last like two or three weeks they'll feed them a bunch of grain to fatten him up

[Unknown5]:

so

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

grass fin so they can be one hundred

[Unknown6]:

they finished on grass as well mhm

[Unknown5]:

percentage grass fed so they can be a hundred percent grass fed but still get all that grain at the end of it

[Unknown6]:

yeah and that grain is not

[Unknown5]:

oh my gosh

[Unknown6]:

organic it has glyphosate in there which we can talk about glyphosate that's a major chemical

[Unknown5]:

is that what in plastic is that s plastic

[Unknown6]:

glyphosate is a pesticide

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

um that is produced by monsanto and glyphosate is really bad for you because uh it gets it it it makes its way into the collagen fibers of your body and collagen is one of the big conductors of information throughout your body so avoiding non organic things because glyphosate is not allowed in organic foods but so my point with that being that those animals are fed corn and soy are sprayed with glyphosate so if it's in their tissues it's going to make its way to yours yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah i know there's like a what is it is it called collagen m c t or something is

[Unknown6]:

was it was it called collage mc t or something is that the i know there's like a

[Unknown5]:

that the i know there's like a costco branded collagen

[Unknown6]:

costco branded college in

[Unknown5]:

and it seems like it's just it's i think it's called just protein collagen is that

[Unknown6]:

it seems like it's just it's i think it's called just protein collagen essentially

[Unknown5]:

essentially what you're talking about like as a supplement

[Unknown6]:

we were talking about as a su yeah so there's a bunch of different kinds of collagen collagen it's found in you know that's the word that i'm looking for like cartilage and bones and you know all that kind of stuff so bone broth is a great source of collagen collagen found like in tendons and ligaments and stuff in meat um so collagen is a source of protein it's not extremely dense in protein it usually has like ten grams of protein per serving uh but it's just really really great for your body because it's full of really beneficial amino acids

[Unknown5]:

co

[Unknown6]:

mhm so what's like another i kind of want to get back to the quantum biology

[Unknown5]:

so what's like another i kind of want to get back to the quantum biology and so what's like another element of quantum biology that we could use to help elevate

[Unknown6]:

so what's like another element of quantum biology that we could use to help

[Unknown5]:

us or transcend to a higher frequency

[Unknown6]:

elevate us or transcend to a higher frequency

[Unknown5]:

is that a big

[Unknown6]:

is that a big question

[Unknown5]:

question is that loaded

[Unknown6]:

you know i don't think that there's just one thing that you can do i think that if you're going to get into the rabbit hole you just have to totally jump in with two feet because it all kind of works together uh i would say that getting in the sunlight is extremely important uh getting in the morning sunlight is very very important so waking up with the sun and exposing yourself to the sunrise that is with no glasses no contacts no sunglasses i i recently stopped wearing my contact lenses altogether and i only really wear my eyeglasses when i'm driving at night my vision is not fantastic uh it's horrible but i think i'm like a negative one and a half to put into perspective for people that have classes um so signs are kind of blurry and things are blurry so i do wear my glasses when i'm driving because i don't want to injure people but your eyes are a major key of understanding the sunlight understanding meaning like on like a physiological level because when your eyes are exposed to the sun you have a thing in your brain called the super chiastic nucleus and that talks directly with your uh your hormone system you under your endocrine system so i'm currently reading a book called health and light by john ott ott and uh this book is just blowing my mind and he did a lot of experiments based around light obviously health and light and he had an anecdotal study where his

[Unknown5]:

you

[Unknown6]:

arthritis was absolutely horrible and then he lost his glasses and he start feeling better and he was like wait the light that's going into my eyes has been being manipulated by this glass which is why every window in my house is open because the l the windows block part of the the spectrum of light so same thing with sunglasses like that's a chronic issue it's stylish and i miss them sometimes but i don't wear sunglasses don't wear contacts and i don't wear glasses so that my eyes get the full exposure to the su yeah i tried to stop wearing like

[Unknown5]:

i've yeah i tried to stop wearing like sunglasses coz i felt like it was like eye

[Unknown6]:

sunglasses cause i felt like it was like eye contact was important

[Unknown5]:

contact was important to me so i was like if i'm wearing sunglasses can't see people's eyes

[Unknown6]:

true on a conscious level absolutely yeah yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah to connect with people it's like if i if you

[Unknown6]:

like if you don't see my eyes

[Unknown5]:

don't see my eyes it's like you know it's like this level

[Unknown6]:

like this level of like trying to be cool or like

[Unknown5]:

of like trying to be cool or like in almost i guess almost insecurity at a level

[Unknown6]:

almost i guess almost insecurity at a level and maybe i'm projecting myself here

[Unknown5]:

and maybe i'm projecting myself here but you know insecure to be able to like make

[Unknown6]:

but you know insecure to be able to like make solid eye contact with somebody else

[Unknown5]:

solid eye contact with somebody else

[Unknown6]:

earlier i was walking i would go for a walk every morning and i was walking and i was passing somebody the road and i like looked at them and i like looked on the ground and i was like i wish i'd have had on like i don't wanna look at that right now and then i had thought about it i was like that's kind of weird like that's interesting that i just felt that

[Unknown5]:

yeah yeah

[Unknown6]:

noted

[Unknown5]:

yeah that's exactly what i'm talking about

[Unknown6]:

yeah but there's actually really interesting this is actually crazy this is a

[Unknown5]:

but there's actually really interesting and this is actually probably crazy and this is a great way we can tie in this whole eye thing into what consciousness i

[Unknown6]:

great way we can tie in this whole eye into point consciousness i was reading

[Unknown5]:

was reading a book called letting go the pathway to surrender have you seen that

[Unknown6]:

about letting go

[Unknown5]:

one

[Unknown6]:

no

[Unknown5]:

very good um it's just core concept uh i mean he's got like you know it's a pretty

[Unknown6]:

it's just sept uh i mean he's got its like you know it's a pretty fake book with

[Unknown5]:

fick book but the core concept that you pull from it is just like letting go just

[Unknown6]:

poor concept that you pull from it it's just like let it go just observing

[Unknown5]:

observing feelings as they come up not like labeling them whether it's pain in

[Unknown6]:

feelings as they come up not like labeling them whether it's pain in your body

[Unknown5]:

your body whether it's an emotional feeling of a situation and just kind of just

[Unknown6]:

whether it's an emotional feeling situation and just kind of just being in that

[Unknown5]:

being in that state of pure present this

[Unknown6]:

state of pure presents

[Unknown5]:

well

[Unknown6]:

well i read like probably ninety five percent of the book but the last five

[Unknown5]:

i read like probably ninety five percent of the book but the last five percent i

[Unknown6]:

percent i like just recently came back to it was like oh i should probably finish

[Unknown5]:

like just recently came back to it was like oh i should probably finish this up who knows you know this little spark of di vi divination came to me and i was like

[Unknown6]:

this up doing you know this little spark of divination came in okay read this

[Unknown5]:

hey read this well at the end he talks about how he was like giving this lecture

[Unknown6]:

well at the end he talks about how he was like giving this lecture on stage and

[Unknown5]:

on stage and it's all about healing right it's all about healing with your mind

[Unknown6]:

it's all about healing right it's all about healing with your mind and letting go

[Unknown5]:

and letting go and someone from the audience said well if you're able to heal so

[Unknown6]:

and someone from the audience said well if you're able to heal so much and just

[Unknown5]:

much and just let go then why do you still wear glasses

[Unknown6]:

let go then why do you still wear glasses

[Unknown5]:

and he was like

[Unknown6]:

and he was like

[Unknown5]:

shit

[Unknown6]:

call him out

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

seven

[Unknown5]:

he did oh my gosh and he's just like he's like you know what you're right

[Unknown6]:

oh my gosh and he's just like he's like you know what you're right

[Unknown5]:

and so what he did was is he took his glasses off and this is what he wrote down

[Unknown6]:

and so what he did was is he took his glasses off it this is what he wro down and

[Unknown5]:

and what he claimed took his glasses off and said okay i'm not gonna use glasses

[Unknown6]:

what he claim took his glasses off and said okay i'm not going to use glasses

[Unknown5]:

anymore and his whole core concept was okay i'll be i'll see things when i need to

[Unknown6]:

anymore and his whole core concept was is okay i'll be i'll see things when i need

[Unknown5]:

see them right if they're blurring too far away then i don't need to see them yet

[Unknown6]:

to see them right if they're blurring too far away then i don't need to see them who

[Unknown5]:

that's a deep thought too

[Unknown6]:

that's powerful i love that for myself

[Unknown5]:

he then goes into the idea of like driving he talks about that where it's like

[Unknown6]:

he then goes into the idea of like driving talks about that where it's like okay

[Unknown5]:

okay yeah you're going to have to go slower at first like you know you can't like

[Unknown6]:

yeah you're gonna have to go slower at first to like you know you can't like go

[Unknown5]:

go fast and again it goes into just being present you don't have to be in a rush

[Unknown6]:

fast and again it goes into just being present you don't have to be in a rush like

[Unknown5]:

like i'm like alright i vibe with this and he says that he has told this to

[Unknown6]:

all right i vibe with this and he says that he has told this to countless people i

[Unknown5]:

countless people i didn't get a number but essentially within six weeks without

[Unknown6]:

didn't get a number but essentially within six weeks without using your devices

[Unknown5]:

using your glasses vision completely returned to people and they were able to see

[Unknown6]:

vision completely returns to people and they're able to see

[Unknown5]:

again

[Unknown6]:

i believe that i have a book called better eyesight without eyeglasses and it is called the bates method and that philosophy is that basically people's the muscles in our eyes is not on point and so you can do specific exercises so in stigmatism

[Unknown5]:

in the morning

[Unknown6]:

you have a long eye but so are the muscles and your eyes contracting too hard and making them long you know and so that's a really interesting concept as well it's like that's so sick those six weeks that's

[Unknown5]:

so sad

[Unknown6]:

cool i've been doing this for a couple of months in my eyesight honestly i don't think it has gotten much better but i've gotten used to it being not sharp

[Unknown5]:

do you feel like you've been like squinting or

[Unknown6]:

which i don't like squin totally a thousand percent

[Unknown5]:

see okay so so i think that's a huge part of it because i know whenever i before i

[Unknown6]:

but i'm also sorry that' a huge part of it because i know whenever before i got

[Unknown5]:

got glasses like when i was in grade school like you know middle school maybe like

[Unknown6]:

glasses like when i was in grade school you know middle school maybe like i would

[Unknown5]:

i would always squint really hard to see things and the strain that puts on your

[Unknown6]:

always squint really hard to see things and the strain that puts on your eyes

[Unknown5]:

eyes actually can cause like headaches like i was getting really bad headaches

[Unknown6]:

actually can cause like headaches like i was getting headaches just from squinting

[Unknown5]:

just from squinting for the majority of the day so i think and i would challenge

[Unknown6]:

for the majority of the day so i think and i would challenge you to do this is to

[Unknown5]:

you to do this is to let go and just don't squint it's just like oh

[Unknown6]:

let go and just just to let go if i need to see it i'll see it if

[Unknown5]:

exactly

[Unknown6]:

i was meant to see this then i'll see it

[Unknown5]:

exactly

[Unknown6]:

that's insane that book kind of sounds like the untethered soul which you and i have

[Unknown5]:

similar

[Unknown6]:

talked about that we we're both reading where

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

it's just kind of like your thoughts are your thoughts they're not who you are you know it's not part of your identity that's your ego trying to label that that book

[Unknown5]:

yeah yeah i feel like

[Unknown6]:

is sick i feel like it also ties in kind of the power of now a little bit

[Unknown5]:

it also ties in kind of the power of now a little bit like like power now feels like it's a little bit more about like the fact that times an illusion i would say then

[Unknown6]:

feels like it's a little bit

[Unknown5]:

untethered soul is a little bit more about like your journey through life and how

[Unknown6]:

say then untethered soul is a little bit more about like your journey through life

[Unknown5]:

to use these practices throughout your life and then letting go is almost like

[Unknown6]:

and how to use this practices your life and then like

[Unknown5]:

pretty much

[Unknown6]:

pretty much just dis identifying

[Unknown5]:

dis identifying with like yourself

[Unknown6]:

yourself dis identify with anything that you like hold

[Unknown5]:

dis identifying with anything that you like hold on to i guess

[Unknown6]:

and that's the hard work right the dissolving of the self and the ego like i've been going through some life shit lately as we all are always and it's just like who am i like what do i want like trying to just channel it and so that's also where this quantum biology comes in for me i'm just trying to shake off the dust and clear out all the external stuff so that i can properly receive the messages that i meant to you know

[Unknown5]:

that's hard to do i

[Unknown6]:

it's really hard

[Unknown5]:

just had like a hypnotherapy session i forget who i was telling oh maybe i was talking about on oh it was

[Unknown6]:

knowth session i go to maybe talking about on oh it was pretty cool

[Unknown5]:

pretty cool um actually the girl i just released today it was the lady who did it

[Unknown6]:

actually the girl i just released today uh it was the lady who did itol yeah su

[Unknown5]:

yeah so so first of all she has a super dope story in and of that itself uh doctor

[Unknown6]:

first of all she has a super dope story in an event so dr ann bakony i don't

[Unknown5]:

anne ball konki i don't remember if it's b konki or bolkonsky sorry

[Unknown6]:

remember it's bolkonsky or volkan

[Unknown5]:

sorry anne i know she's listening uh

[Unknown6]:

sorry sorry ann

[Unknown5]:

and uh

[Unknown6]:

and yeah but that was like a huge thing that i like kind of went through was like

[Unknown5]:

yeah but that was like a huge thing that i like kind of went through was like you know in in my current situation like i know i'm doing what i need to do with like

[Unknown6]:

you know in in my current situation like i know i'm doing what i need to do with

[Unknown5]:

the podcast and everything but like there's this level of

[Unknown6]:

like the podcast and everything there's this level of

[Unknown5]:

comparison with other people there's this level of like well they're younger and

[Unknown6]:

comparison with other people there's this level of like well they're younger and

[Unknown5]:

they've done this or i see someone who has uploaded five hundred podcast episodes

[Unknown6]:

they've done this or i see someone who has uploaded five hundred podcast episodes

[Unknown5]:

and i feel like mentally i should be at the same place as them even though i'm met

[Unknown6]:

and i feel like mentally i should be at the same place even though i'm at fifty

[Unknown5]:

fifty and what came from that was like really identifying like where this energy

[Unknown6]:

and what came from that was like really identifying like where this energy of

[Unknown5]:

of societal pressure i was putting on myself versus just trusting the process and

[Unknown6]:

societal pressure i was putting on myself versus just trusting the process and

[Unknown5]:

it's like no this is like you know you're doing what you need to do you're

[Unknown6]:

it's like no this is like you know you're doing what you need you're following

[Unknown5]:

following your highest self your guide whatever and like all this other noise is

[Unknown6]:

your highest self your guide whatever and like all this other noise is just a

[Unknown5]:

just society you could kind of relate it back to to the frequency of the emfs

[Unknown6]:

society you could kind of relate it back to the frequency of the emfs well totally and i've i was just talking with somebody today cause i one of my friends i was saying all my things that i was doing today they're like what are you up to i was like oh this this this and they're like do you ever just like chill and i was like honestly no because i put too much pressure on myself to just hyper perform and then i feel like i'm just i never have a time to just have a breath you know coz it's just probably comparison and being unhappy with where i currently am you know like

[Unknown5]:

i mean but you met it do you meditate you met it

[Unknown6]:

in my career and my life and at school i do meditate yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah i

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

i i mean this is me projecting again so take it or leave it

[Unknown6]:

throw it on me

[Unknown5]:

um yeah but it i i it's a combination for me it was a combination of like the societal pressure of

[Unknown6]:

i think it's a combination for me it was a combination of like the societal pressure i should

[Unknown5]:

like i should be further i should be doing more like that

[Unknown6]:

totally yeah

[Unknown5]:

which becomes this internal pressure as

[Unknown6]:

pressure as well

[Unknown5]:

well um but then another element is like you know being easy on your i i need to

[Unknown6]:

but then another element is like you know being easy on your i need to bring

[Unknown5]:

bring somebody on

[Unknown6]:

somebody on um who actually was like a software engineer created a startup company

[Unknown5]:

who actually was like a software engineer create a startup company and he's now in

[Unknown6]:

and that

[Unknown5]:

this whole like consciousness realm

[Unknown6]:

consciousness cool and something i really want to ask him because i'm still trying

[Unknown5]:

and it's something i really want to ask him because i'm still trying to figure

[Unknown6]:

to do

[Unknown5]:

this out is the idea of hustle culture

[Unknown6]:

culture

[Unknown5]:

like to me i i i feel like and it's hard for me to confirm this because i have yet

[Unknown6]:

it's hard for me to confirm this because i have yet to like i don't have a on

[Unknown5]:

to like i don't have like on paper i don't have like a million dollar business to

[Unknown6]:

paper i don't have like a million dollar business to my name but to me it feels

[Unknown5]:

my name but to me it feels like hustle culture just it it doesn't feel aligned at

[Unknown6]:

like hustle culture just it doesn't feel mind at least to me it doesn't feel like

[Unknown5]:

least to me it doesn't feel like something that's like okay this it doesn't make

[Unknown6]:

something that's like okay this it doesn't make sense to me that if all of this is

[Unknown5]:

sense to me that if all of this is just a game in a sense like i i kind of see

[Unknown6]:

just a game in a sense like i i kind of see like as a game anymore like it's just

[Unknown5]:

life as a game anymore like it's just fun it's a game it doesn't make sense to me

[Unknown6]:

fun it's a game it doesn't make sense to me that we should be spending

[Unknown5]:

that we should be spending like what you you look at all these people like elon mus gary v it's like well you

[Unknown6]:

what like what you you look at all these people like elon mus gary b it's like

[Unknown5]:

should be working every single second of the day to make your life happen and this

[Unknown6]:

well you should be working every single second of the day to make your life happen

[Unknown5]:

is every motivational speaker is like yeah if you're not putting in a hundred hour

[Unknown6]:

and this is every motivational speaker like yeah if you're not putting in a hundred hour you know work weeks then you're not gonna make it happen to me it's

[Unknown5]:

you know work weeks then you're not going to make it happen and to me it's just like

[Unknown6]:

just like

[Unknown5]:

it's just like too much it just feels overwhelming

[Unknown6]:

it's just like too much would you say that gary v is a definition of wholes household culture i've never even heard that term before

[Unknown5]:

i think

[Unknown6]:

i think so or grading fan

[Unknown5]:

so i need to h well something that's popping into my head is that he

[Unknown6]:

something that's pro popping into my head is that he

[Unknown5]:

a video he did where he's like in the big picture like years he's patient but then

[Unknown6]:

a video he did where he's like in the big picture like years he's patient but then

[Unknown5]:

he says day to day he feels like he needs to get everything done like everything

[Unknown6]:

he says day to day he feels like he needs to get everything done like everything

[Unknown5]:

needs to happen he needs to be able to do as much as he can in a day and to me

[Unknown6]:

needs to happen he needs to be able to do as much as he can in debt and to me like

[Unknown5]:

like i i get it but like

[Unknown6]:

i i get it but like

[Unknown5]:

i don't know

[Unknown6]:

i don't know like and so and so it's hard for me right to say he's wrong because

[Unknown5]:

like and so so it's hard for me right to say he's wrong because look at him like

[Unknown6]:

look at him like he's got millions of followers he's you know ten dollars is

[Unknown5]:

he's got millions of followers he's you know made businesses yeah exactly yeah exactly

[Unknown6]:

so

[Unknown5]:

but to me it's just like especially from like a creative place if i was to just

[Unknown6]:

but to me it's just like and especially from like a creative place if i was to just record a podcast every single day i mean i kind of want to but if it's not

[Unknown5]:

record a podcast every single day i mean i kind of want to but if it's not coming from a place of like love and enjoyment then like am i just like waste i i feel

[Unknown6]:

coming from a place of like love and enjoyment like am i just like a waste i i

[Unknown5]:

like i'm almost wasting time or wasting energy

[Unknown6]:

feel like i'm almost wasting time and wasting energy

[Unknown5]:

and then that's gonna compound itself because you're just building up all this

[Unknown6]:

and then that's going to compound itself because you're just building up all this

[Unknown5]:

like

[Unknown6]:

like

[Unknown5]:

i don't know i don't know to me there's something wrong with hustle culture in a

[Unknown6]:

i don't know i don't know to me there's something wrong with household culture

[Unknown5]:

sense

[Unknown6]:

i was just thinking that like maybe they do get enjoyment out of that and so that that is aligned for them but for people like i mean i'm totally with you like if i'm gonna hustle like i want to grind for you know a a little while and then i wanna take a break and like go to the islands but like maybe gary via really does enjoy the hustle but that message isn't for everyone and i think that that's a big thing that needs to be maybe just like a dress in our

[Unknown5]:

what

[Unknown6]:

culture is that like it's not a one size fits all for anything or anybody you know so with food there's no one size fits all diet

[Unknown5]:

we

[Unknown6]:

if you feel great on vegan then do that cool but like if you feel great working your os off all day every day do that awesome but like that that message of you know that everybody should be doing that is i think where the dissonance comes in and where the impostor syndrome kind of happens too of just like what am i even doing i'm nobody and i i don't belong here or not doing enough

[Unknown5]:

it's very wise it's very wise of vi hanna

[Unknown6]:

yeah thank you

[Unknown5]:

well because it and i guess maybe a corollary of it is it makes it feel to me as if that's the

[Unknown6]:

well because it and i guess maybe a corollary of it is it makes it feel to me as if that's the only way to be successful and i think that's probably where and i'm

[Unknown5]:

only way to be successful and i think that's probably where and i'm going to project this on to you just because of this is how this conversation started

[Unknown6]:

going to project this onto you just because of this tell started is that it's like if we're not you know doing something every minute of

[Unknown5]:

is that it's like if we're not you know doing something every minute of every day

[Unknown6]:

every day that of our waking day then it's like you're you're losing that time so

[Unknown5]:

that of our waking day then it's like you're you're losing that time it's like you lost that time like you're never gonna get it back like

[Unknown6]:

if you lost that time well you have to define success too

[Unknown5]:

it's important

[Unknown6]:

you know that's i hear jordan peterson in my mind you know it depends on what you mean by success just because like

[Unknown5]:

that was a great person

[Unknown6]:

thank you but seriously though like what is your idea of success because for me it's i just want to feel happy i want to have enough money i want to like have a great

[Unknown5]:

what last

[Unknown6]:

community i wanna have loving relationships and close friendships but for some people success is that they want a freaking yacht and that'd be cool but that's not my benchmark you know success for me is being able to teach people and impact lives in a way that you know transforms other people's ability to be and the way that they perceive this world cause we're only here for a little while so

[Unknown5]:

only what is it it's like i actually just did the math the other day it's like

[Unknown6]:

what is it it's like i actually just did the math the other day's like ninety

[Unknown5]:

ninety years is like thirty six

[Unknown6]:

years is like thirty six

[Unknown5]:

thousand it's probably a little bit less but it's about thirty five thousand days

[Unknown6]:

thousand it's probably a little bit less but it's about thirty five thousand days

[Unknown5]:

ninety years is about thirty five thousand days

[Unknown6]:

ninety years it's about thirty five that's crazy

[Unknown5]:

right i push

[Unknown6]:

that's crazy

[Unknown5]:

it in perspective

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

and so that's why for me i feel like i'm just i just try and be hyper productive cause it's like man i only got thirty five thousand of these but my

[Unknown5]:

but but my mindset yeah but my mindset is is like it does but don't you want to be

[Unknown6]:

mind like but don't you want to be enjoying every minute

[Unknown5]:

enjoying every minute like if you're just sitting there grinding grinding grinding it's like you're just in

[Unknown6]:

stressing yeah just and stress is probably some something you could talk about at a quantum

[Unknown5]:

stress is probably something we could talk about at a quantum biology level right

[Unknown6]:

biology level yeah like it's like stress in itself is just gonna

[Unknown5]:

like it's like stress in itself is just gonna well it's gonna do some pretty

[Unknown6]:

well it's going to do some pretty gnarly shit to your internal you know stress can

[Unknown5]:

gnarly to your internal you know physiological makeup

[Unknown6]:

make people diabetic yeah

[Unknown5]:

probably give some cancer i wouldn't

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

i wouldn't be surprised if that was the cause of cancer

[Unknown6]:

yeah because it just the high cortisol just really messes with everything as far as your hormones go and your hormones are basically your existence you know as a woman and for any women listening you know just as much as i do that we've got great hormonal fluctuations and it really does affect the way that you perceive the world and your mood and how you feel and think like your hormones are everything so yeah stress is a big one

[Unknown5]:

and then you're bringing up hormones and this is something that resonated with me

[Unknown6]:

then you bring in a fors and this is something that resonate with me because i

[Unknown5]:

because i wanted to bring it up um the soy soy increases estrogen levels is that

[Unknown6]:

wanted to bring it up um the soy soy increases estrogen levels is that true

[Unknown5]:

true

[Unknown6]:

yeah yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

i think so

[Unknown5]:

so

[Unknown6]:

it it mimics estrogen in the body

[Unknown5]:

it mimics estrogen

[Unknown6]:

and so that can be really great for uh menopausal women because their estrogen levels are getting

[Unknown5]:

how many you go

[Unknown6]:

weird and tapering off and whatever but i think that for young adults such as ourselves it's best to avoid these things i do think that fermented soy so things like uh na nato nato i don't know how to pronounce it and tepee those are like fermented soy products i think the fermentation kind of helps to cut some of that out but honestly i'm not a big soy person i

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

have soy jack in my head ba meme

[Unknown5]:

soy jack i don't know that one

[Unknown6]:

okay well

[Unknown5]:

i'll just save it for another day

[Unknown6]:

book mark that

[Unknown5]:

because then the thing that also comes to mind is like so is it lichen lichen i feel like

[Unknown6]:

because then the thing that also comes to mind is like soy is it lichen

[Unknown5]:

that's in everything

[Unknown6]:

let it then

[Unknown5]:

letch then is that how you pronounce it yeah does that kind of

[Unknown6]:

something yeah

[Unknown5]:

fall into the same realm

[Unknown6]:

i think it's soil um that is a chemical laboratory derivative of a whole food so

[Unknown5]:

say no more

[Unknown6]:

i don't yeah yeah

[Unknown5]:

i i don't think you need to say anything else about it

[Unknown6]:

yeah i don't think that that aligns

[Unknown5]:

let's avoid that um but yes or then if we get back to quantum biology

[Unknown6]:

but yes sir then we get back to quanta biology

[Unknown5]:

you started off by saying quantum biology was everything except for what would you say

[Unknown6]:

you started off by saying quantum biology was everything except for what would you say diet and exercise yeah pretty much in my

[Unknown5]:

diet and exercise

[Unknown6]:

opinion obviously food and exercise play a great role in the healthy optimal life but

[Unknown5]:

eight so then is quantum biology like a a new subsection

[Unknown6]:

them is quantum biology like a a new subsection

[Unknown5]:

of health or something like how did how did it kind of start maybe

[Unknown6]:

health or something like how did how did they kind of start how did it start i have no idea like the field of it in general

[Unknown5]:

ma

[Unknown6]:

yeah i'm honestly not sure but i do know that uh it so it's basically your environment so it's like the environmental piece of the wellness puzzle you know you have diet exercise emotional well being community all that stuff but then you also have your environment so your light environment your lack of light environment you know john ott in that book health and light

[Unknown5]:

two

[Unknown6]:

he said a term the other day that i wrote down called mal illumination

[Unknown5]:

malin

[Unknown6]:

like people mal illumination so like people getting bad light artificial light fluorescent light led light tv screens cell phones badly and then also like lack of sunlight because you need sunlight obviously we all heard about vitamin d but there's also nitric oxide that's produced in your skin which is beneficial for metabolizing carbohydrates and deuterium deuterium is a heavy hyd hydrogen isotope which i would love to be able to go into but i honestly am still understanding what it is

[Unknown5]:

we'll

[Unknown6]:

but

[Unknown5]:

save that for the next time

[Unknown6]:

yeah exactly

[Unknown5]:

wells what's interesting about all this light stuff and like your environment is especially now

[Unknown6]:

what's interesting about all this light stuff and like your environment is

[Unknown5]:

that i'm on like this traveling you know binge i've been in san diego

[Unknown6]:

especially now traveling i've been in san diego

[Unknown5]:

what

[Unknown6]:

what

[Unknown5]:

two times in the last

[Unknown6]:

two times in the last

[Unknown5]:

like five months and the other five months i've been

[Unknown6]:

like five months yeah and the other five months i've been

[Unknown5]:

um either in pittsburgh or in jacksonville wyoming which both have been cold and don't get as

[Unknown6]:

either in pittsburgh or in jacksonville wyoming which both have been cold and don't get as much sunlight and what i noticed was is that when i've been in san

[Unknown5]:

much sunlight and what i noticed was is that when i've been in san diego like i've

[Unknown6]:

diego like i've had the energy to work out two or three times a week but whenever

[Unknown5]:

had the energy to work out two or three times a week but whenever i'm in pittsburgh or jackson hill well jackson was a little bit different because of

[Unknown6]:

i'm in pittsburgh or jacksonville well jackson was a little bit different cause i

[Unknown5]:

skiing but in pittsburgh like if i work out three times a week like going to

[Unknown6]:

was skiing but in pittsburgh like if i work out three times a week like going to

[Unknown5]:

jujitsu and stuff like that's like good like for me to get like stuff done like

[Unknown6]:

jujitsu and stuff like that's like good like for me to get like stuff done like

[Unknown5]:

you know i'll work out a little bit but the amount that i work out in pittsburgh

[Unknown6]:

you know i'll work out a little bit but the amount that i work out in pittsburgh

[Unknown5]:

is like drastically lower than in san diego oh

[Unknown6]:

is like drastically lower really

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

well in san diego you also like go for walks outside and near by the ocean and being at the beach is really fantastic because there's less electrical interference and there's less emfs there's no wi fi routers in the ocean you

[Unknown5]:

oh

[Unknown6]:

know so that's a really great way to like ground and

[Unknown5]:

i didn't even think about that

[Unknown6]:

get in touch with yeah like get in touch with like actual nature and pittsburgh i've never been but i'm it's a big city and i'm sure you're just kind of in concrete jungle land

[Unknown5]:

yeah i

[Unknown6]:

and it's cold so

[Unknown5]:

mean more than more than san diego yeah so it's like

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

all those elements go against you

[Unknown6]:

yeah and you're probably inside more with more artificial light and less exposure to the the natural world so that would explain

[Unknown5]:

i mean yeah right now i've got a bunch of bunch of lights and then these l ds i didn't even realize how bad they were for me yeah

[Unknown6]:

sorry to bug you out man well that's cool just buy some medicine bulbs um on amazon i bought a six pack i think it was like thirty bucks and i only needed two but

[Unknown5]:

medicine bulbs

[Unknown6]:

i i actually edison

[Unknown5]:

edison edison bobs

[Unknown6]:

edison bulbs yeah

[Unknown5]:

is there

[Unknown6]:

incandescent edison bulbs are in a situation where you like have to for some reason you have to be

[Unknown5]:

so if you're in a situation where you have to for some reason you have to be around leds you have to be on artificial light is there a way to kind of like

[Unknown6]:

around leds have to be in an art official light is there a way to kind of like

[Unknown5]:

purge that energy like out of your system

[Unknown6]:

purge that energy out of your system yeah so the best way to mitigate that would just be to spend time outside after for as long as possible and expose yourself to earth so take off your shoes be in the sun no sunglasses no contacts um but that's really like the best and only way um you can also get red light so like a juve or something or like a red light uh therapy device kind of thing and the red light will help to balance out the spectrum of the lights that are in your environment so like if you had a red light in with those led blue lights it would kind of help to balance out the color spectrum of the lights coming into your environment versus you just having the blue you

[Unknown5]:

yet yeah you mentioned

[Unknown6]:

know and without looking like sorry

[Unknown5]:

i was just going to

[Unknown6]:

i was just going say that you mentioned the red light earlier is they guess i

[Unknown5]:

say that you mentioned the red light earlier is that and i guess i didn't really know what it was but is that just literally a light that is red that is just kind

[Unknown6]:

didn't really know what it was but is that just uh literally a light is red is just kind of

[Unknown5]:

of off balancing the blue light that's from majority of these things that we can barely see or

[Unknown6]:

so the red light therapy devices are um red light and then near infrared light devices so these okay great example is if you put your finger over a flash lighter your hand over fs like you can see the light through your finger right

[Unknown5]:

right

[Unknown6]:

meaning that's proof that light goes through your body so the different wavelengths of light hit different parts of your body blue light i think is one like goes the deepest um red light really just kind of stays towards the top

[Unknown5]:

oh

[Unknown6]:

but it increases blood flow and it's just generally really really great uh for well

[Unknown5]:

what

[Unknown6]:

being and for healing like injuries scar tissue will decrease with the use of red lights

[Unknown5]:

oh really

[Unknown6]:

ju yeah j o v v that is like one of the best companies

[Unknown5]:

i gotta like this up

[Unknown6]:

but i think that there's yeah i think that their smallest light is like nine hundred and something bucks uh yeah right

[Unknown5]:

always gonna put a price on health right

[Unknown6]:

so it's worth it if yeah exactly right but i honestly so the sunrise and the sunset has red light it's mainly red light that's why you can look at them because there's no uv and there's

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

less blue light so you can think about light as like a spectrum and the blue light is the highest at solar noon is the strongest blue light that you get from the sun

[Unknown5]:

ah

[Unknown6]:

because the sun obviously contains the full spectrum of light so the other there is blue light in the sun but it's not just blue and uh that has a peak and then it goes down and then that's why at night incandescent bulbs red lights red phone screens i have blue light blocking glasses that are actually the lenses are red i look like a psychopath but i don't care because it helps to truly like so street lights are

[Unknown5]:

cis

[Unknown6]:

all led now um so when i'm driving at night or if i go out sometimes i'll wear my red ones in the bar even

[Unknown5]:

it could look kind of cool especially in san diego

[Unknown6]:

you know if i'm out mingling with friends i do look sick yeah right exactly it totally fits the vibe i fit in right in ocean beach

[Unknown5]:

all right

[Unknown6]:

but yeah so redd lens blue light blockers go on at sunset you know

[Unknown5]:

at sunset

[Unknown6]:

so that my natural circadian rhythms of my body know what time it is

[Unknown5]:

i like that idea i mean even if you're just walking around the house that feels like that could help protect you from you

[Unknown6]:

the house that could yep

[Unknown5]:

know all these things

[Unknown6]:

a thousand percentage and they have blue light blocking screen protectors that you can get like for your tv for your computer i think it blocks like fifty percent of the blue light that comes through that so that's also another cool hack for like the modern lifestyle because you know i watched a movie last night but i just had my my red ones on and i fall asleep within the first ten minutes so

[Unknown5]:

just have the reg glasses on classic and then this

[Unknown6]:

and then this brings up the idea and this is an idea that i'm very new to home but

[Unknown5]:

brings up the idea and this is an idea that i'm very new to but i actually asked

[Unknown6]:

i actually asked my instagram followers it seemed like a majority of people have

[Unknown5]:

my instagram followers it seemed like majority people have heard about it but the

[Unknown6]:

heard about it but the idea of

[Unknown5]:

idea of sun gazing

[Unknown6]:

hm

[Unknown5]:

um what can you tell us about that

[Unknown6]:

um what can you tell us about that um gaze into the sunrise

[Unknown5]:

you

[Unknown6]:

and the sunset i think that it is probably very not good for you to gaze that the high noon sun

[Unknown5]:

and and eyes are open

[Unknown6]:

eyes are open whenever your sun

[Unknown5]:

whenever your son gas in or they're closed like

[Unknown6]:

um i mean two gaze is to look at something right i would think that it would be eyes open um i don't know i'm not a sun gezer so

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

if any sun gazes are listening get on here so i can hear you talk about that

[Unknown5]:

all right we'll find somebody well

[Unknown6]:

yeah but

[Unknown5]:

because there was yeah go ahead

[Unknown6]:

no continue

[Unknown5]:

well i just gonna say that i got introduced to it because i read somewhere that

[Unknown6]:

i just gonna say that i got introduced to it because i read somewhere that some

[Unknown5]:

some guy like

[Unknown6]:

guy like for he got studied for like a hundred and twenty

[Unknown5]:

for he got studied for like a hundred and twenty some days people followed him for

[Unknown6]:

people followed him for twenty four hours

[Unknown5]:

twenty four hours and he like didn't eat at all barely drank water and all got all of his energy literally just

[Unknown6]:

and he like didn't eat at all barely drank water got all of his energy literally

[Unknown5]:

from sun gazing and you'd like look at the sun i couldn't find too much

[Unknown6]:

just from the sun game he's like look at the sun i couldn't find too much

[Unknown5]:

information about the process of it um like if he's

[Unknown6]:

information about the process of it like if he is closing his eyes like how long

[Unknown5]:

closing his eyes like how long is he looking at the sun but sounds like

[Unknown6]:

it sounds like he was probably in like a deep ketosis and his mitochondria over on point producing that metabolic water you know and your mitochondria get their information from the sun so he probably had like a sweet exclusion zone in his water like a big exclusion

[Unknown5]:

he

[Unknown6]:

zone and his mitochondria are on point producing metabolic water for him and again like deep in ketosis

[Unknown5]:

oh so then with being a ketosis

[Unknown6]:

but a hundred and twenty days is a long time

[Unknown5]:

well he said he's done it for a longer than that like thats just how long they tracked him for that's how long

[Unknown6]:

he's done it for longer than that

[Unknown5]:

they were watching him

[Unknown6]:

wow just like the next jesus

[Unknown5]:

yeah i don't know maybe i'll have to find them

[Unknown6]:

four d vibes

[Unknown5]:

and send you a link sun

[Unknown6]:

sun

[Unknown5]:

bobs that literally right jesus the son he's the son i yeah i mean

[Unknown6]:

the sun i know dude yeah the bible is sick that book is a cool book

[Unknown5]:

yeah oh it's yeah that that thing's wild on different levels

[Unknown6]:

yeah it's sick

[Unknown5]:

yeah and then then the church came in was like no we're going to use it as a mode of control but

[Unknown6]:

then then the church came in was like no we yeah absolutely and i think that you know that's actually something that i never talk about is my spiritual practices and the

[Unknown5]:

let's do it

[Unknown6]:

fact that i do enjoy the bible and i think the jesus rocks you know and the other day somebody uh so i work at a bar at night and so that's like one of the toxic things in my life that i'm really needing to like switch up because i can't keep doing that knowing what i know about quantum biology but it's crazy how like the bills just don't stop whenever your life changes and you get new information so so working in the restaurant but um somebody was saying

[Unknown5]:

oh

[Unknown6]:

oh if you could have three people on a couch to talk to what three people would you have like from history they could be real or fake um dead or alive like

[Unknown5]:

t

[Unknown6]:

who would you have on your couch and so my first one i said mulan cause

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

mulan is like that's my favorite disney movie i'm not a weird disney person but i just think that she was just like a bad ass and that's just what came to me in that moment i was like mulan would be sick to have on there and then i said jesus and they were like okay like you're weird

[Unknown5]:

you're in a bar you can't say that

[Unknown6]:

you know you're weird yeah and then i said like i would like to wanna meet like one of my dead grandparents cause whatever yeah but point of that being is like i said that i would want jesus on my couch of people to ask questions to then they were just like oh whoa okay

[Unknown5]:

we thought we knew you

[Unknown6]:

i'm like well it doesn't have to be weird doesn't have to be weird man

[Unknown5]:

it doesn't have to be weird no but i'm um we can definitely jump into that because i feel like there's a conscious

[Unknown6]:

no but i'm um we can definitely jump into that 'cause i feel like there's a

[Unknown5]:

element i don't know if i've really talked about it that much on this podcast but

[Unknown6]:

conscious element i don't know if i've really talked about it that much on the podcast but there's definitely a lot of metaphysical truths that are like mhm

[Unknown5]:

there's definitely a lot of metaphysical truths that are like within the bible and bringing up the person you brought up earlier jordan peterson like that's where my mind kind of got just ripped apart like i

[Unknown6]:

him earlier toward peterson like that's what my mind kind of got she ripped apart

[Unknown5]:

think twenty seventeen twenty eighteen i started watching just like all of his

[Unknown6]:

of like i think twenty seventeen twenty i started watching just like all of his

[Unknown5]:

lectures and i was like dude

[Unknown6]:

lectures dude

[Unknown5]:

i was like damn like so the bible is like legit like there's a lot of deep truth

[Unknown6]:

i was like damn like so the bible is like legit like there's a lot of deep truth

[Unknown5]:

in it that we

[Unknown6]:

in it that we

[Unknown5]:

ha have somehow tried to make as being like oh well this didn't literally happen

[Unknown6]:

have somehow tried to make as being like oh well this didn't literally happen like

[Unknown5]:

like the universe wasn't literally made in seven days and it's just like now

[Unknown6]:

the universe wasn't literally made in seven days and it's just like now looking

[Unknown5]:

looking back it's like how did we get here like science almost tried to like

[Unknown6]:

back it's like how did it get you like science almost tried to change the bible in

[Unknown5]:

change the bible in a sense

[Unknown6]:

well i think that people are taking this book very literally and i don't think that it's a literal book at all you know i mean people say that jesus turned water into wine do i think that he literally made something clear purple no but i think that being in his presence was just so fantastic that water felt like wine i think that it's like more you know it's not literal i think that it's very up to like you know the spiritual interpretation it the spiritual text

[Unknown5]:

and that's actually a really good point that i don't think i've thought of it in

[Unknown6]:

so that's actually a really good point that i don't think i've thought of it in

[Unknown5]:

that sense before because

[Unknown6]:

that sense before because

[Unknown5]:

you know when you

[Unknown6]:

you know when you are around people that are more let's say enlightened or

[Unknown5]:

are around people that are more let's say enlightened or more transcendent like

[Unknown6]:

transcendent like you can feel their energy like you become in this uplifted state

[Unknown5]:

you can feel their energy like you become in this uplifted state like yourself as

[Unknown6]:

like yours yeah right

[Unknown5]:

well which is fascinating in its own rights

[Unknown6]:

well yeah and so it's just like just drinking water felt like wine because it was just so fantastic to be around this person but you know i know you are um into drctor joe defensa

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

as am i and he's done a lot of work with the heart math institute and you know they've measured the heart field goes six feet around your body in some instances and when i'm really like tapped in tuned in turned on i really feel it in my heart you know and i can feel my heart feel and so that probably was it as well because if you're within somebody's electromagnetic field that're producing from their heart like that would absolutely have an effect on yours as well

[Unknown5]:

yeah i mean that's just pure and you can look at that a negative light right

[Unknown6]:

i mean just pure you can

[Unknown5]:

majority of us are surrounded by negative people and even take your maybe your bar

[Unknown6]:

life right the majority of us are surrounded by negative people thousand percent

[Unknown5]:

friends for instance where they're casting that projection of like who's this

[Unknown6]:

your friends for instance they're casting that projection of like who's this

[Unknown5]:

weirdo and then you take that on like it becomes a part of you and it's not you

[Unknown6]:

weirdo and then you take that on yeah comes the part of you and it's not you know

[Unknown5]:

know the

[Unknown6]:

the

[Unknown5]:

i guess healthiest right to be in this state or in an environment where you feel

[Unknown6]:

i guess healthiest right to be in the state or in an environment where you feel

[Unknown5]:

judged or criticized or you know like

[Unknown6]:

judged or criticized or yeah you know

[Unknown5]:

de normalized

[Unknown6]:

well but that that's where dropping the ego comes in where it's like okay yeah you think that i'm weird but i think that i'm cool so i'm sorry that you know like not

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

i'm sorry but it's just like cool like i'm just gonna let that one roll off my back because jesus would definitely still be on my couch whether you think it's weird or not and if you wanted to talk to me about it i'd love

[Unknown5]:

my couch isn't changing

[Unknown6]:

to but we probably just aren't on the same level my couch stays okay

[Unknown5]:

the couch stays this is my panel

[Unknown6]:

my yeah right this is my panel

[Unknown5]:

no and i mean what's interesting too is i

[Unknown6]:

not and i mean what's interesting too is i

[Unknown5]:

you alluded to it but maybe it would be interesting to see like the differences

[Unknown6]:

you alluded it to it but maybe it would be interesting to see like the differences

[Unknown5]:

between somebody who's like maybe in more of like a victim consciousness or more

[Unknown6]:

between somebody who's like maybe in more of like a victim consciousness or more

[Unknown5]:

of a fear based reality and then somebody may be at the level of judas benza or

[Unknown6]:

of a fear based reality and then somebody may be at the level of joas penza or

[Unknown5]:

even jesus for that matter and being able to like sit them down and you know test

[Unknown6]:

even jesus for that matter and being able to like sit them down and you know test

[Unknown5]:

the the strength i guess of their heart or the energy of that tourist that's being

[Unknown6]:

that the the strength i guess if they harder the energy of that tourist that's

[Unknown5]:

expanded from there

[Unknown6]:

being expanded from absolutely there have been tests that have been done on water kind of circling back to that i forget what his name was but i believe it was a japanese scientist

[Unknown5]:

yes

[Unknown6]:

there's a book called the shape of water yeah you do you know

[Unknown5]:

was it was it hidden messages in water

[Unknown6]:

maybe

[Unknown5]:

maybe he too he might have had multiple

[Unknown6]:

yeah there's definitely one called the shape of water um basically they take water purified water just from all from the same source and they speak blessings over it they pray over it they speak kind words over it and then they flash freeze it and the things that had positive positivity on it frozen like beautiful like snowflake looking like sacred geometrical patterns and then ones that were exposed to like you know damnation and curse words and low vibrational things frozen these like really gnarly like kind of scary looking patterns and so going back to you know if our bodies are ninety nine percent water the thoughts that you think are shaping that water in your body and so that's where you know positive affirmations and good vibes like that stuff is getting really kind of played out but it truly i feel like does matter your thoughts truly do create your reality and that's in a

[Unknown5]:

oh

[Unknown6]:

physical way as well as far as the shape of your water goes

[Unknown5]:

yeah and i yeah i mean that book tells you the same thing like it's cloudy and

[Unknown6]:

and i yeah that tells you the same thing and murky yeah and that's even like kind

[Unknown5]:

murky and that's even like kind of the weird thing about it too is like

[Unknown6]:

of the weird thing about it too is like

[Unknown5]:

and maybe that's something they should have also measured is like their energy

[Unknown6]:

and maybe that's something they should have also measured is like their energy

[Unknown5]:

associated with like i guess the words would have brought out the association in

[Unknown6]:

associated with i guess the words would have brought out the association water

[Unknown5]:

water though too

[Unknown6]:

though too

[Unknown5]:

because like you know just placing the label because i i'm thinking about they put place a

[Unknown6]:

because like you know just placing the label cause i i'm thinking about they put

[Unknown5]:

label of like love or a label of uh you know hate

[Unknown6]:

in place a label of like love i have loving gratitude on my water

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

that i just wrote you know why not it's worth a try

[Unknown5]:

i should probably get a sticker and put that online

[Unknown6]:

right i know yeah yeah

[Unknown5]:

it's on that water bottle cause that was cause it just

[Unknown6]:

and increases your frequency

[Unknown5]:

increases your frequency and you're seeing it more and it's like a nice reminder

[Unknown6]:

absolutely and just having gratitude and that circles back into like a common practice with christianity is people praying before they eat food and just having a moment of being thankful and grateful and you know whenever

[Unknown5]:

like

[Unknown6]:

i've done that especially if i do that with friends it like the food just tastes better and i feel like it assimilate better you know

[Unknown5]:

well

[Unknown6]:

being grateful is a big deal yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah and i think there's gotta be

[Unknown6]:

there's gotta be something here with like yeah i mean being grateful for your food

[Unknown5]:

something here with like you i mean being grateful for your food i i'm all on board i've actually like the first thing i do when i wake up now is like list off

[Unknown6]:

i'm all on board i've actually like the first thing i do when i wake up now is like

[Unknown5]:

like things i'm grateful for before i even like get out of it oh nice nice and how how have you seen your life change

[Unknown6]:

just started doing that recently too yeah yes and how how you see yours for it just is a great perspective shift you know i just

[Unknown5]:

from doing that

[Unknown6]:

started writing in my journal just three things that i'm grateful for whether it's my body or my home or my ability to learn or whatever comes to me the sun i wrote the other day and just all of that beautiful information that my body downloads effortlessly you know from it and so i i just feel like it really it sets the day right it's better than opening up instagram and getting caught in the scroll hole first thing

[Unknown5]:

i mean that's really like and it's actually funny you say that right because i

[Unknown6]:

mean that's really like and that's actually funny to say that right because i know

[Unknown5]:

know maybe about

[Unknown6]:

maybe about five years ago that would have been the first thing i would do is grab

[Unknown5]:

five years ago that would have been me the first thing i would do is grab my phone

[Unknown6]:

my phone make up an instagram pick up whatever and look at it but now it's like

[Unknown5]:

pick up instagram pick up whatever and look at it but now it's like the shift is

[Unknown6]:

theft is now okay i wake up say what i'm grateful for meditate maybe stretch try

[Unknown5]:

now okay i wake up say what i'm grateful for meditate maybe stretch try to avoid

[Unknown6]:

to avoid all light at this point you know and then for y comes up it it's so crazy

[Unknown5]:

all light at this point you know and then it's like wait until the sun comes up and it's so crazy like just that i guess that shift of like how many little things

[Unknown6]:

like just that i guess that shift of like how many little things go into changing

[Unknown5]:

go into changing like this you know that could be just a thirty minute process at

[Unknown6]:

like this you know that could be just a thirty minute process at the beginning of

[Unknown5]:

the beginning of your day forty five minutes but that sets the tone for everything

[Unknown6]:

your day forty five minutes but that's just the tone for everything totally

[Unknown5]:

like that changes the entire day

[Unknown6]:

the entire day

[Unknown5]:

even though there's only you know about thirty five thousand of them but that changes your

[Unknown6]:

even though there's only you know about thirty five thousand of them

[Unknown5]:

entire life you know

[Unknown6]:

yeah absolutely i mean and i sleep with my phone in airplane mode coz i don't want this cell phone to be going off i unplug my wi fi router every night but so keeping my phone an airplane mode has been a really huge thing for me too uh just to like not check it first thing in the morning because i don't have any notifications to look at you don't have any at all we were actually just talking about that before you started recording about how you just don't have any notifications on your phone whatsoever which is so sick

[Unknown5]:

do not disturb baby yeah yeah you

[Unknown6]:

yeah you just like make an effort like you know you have to for me to see

[Unknown5]:

have to like make an effort like you know you have to for me to see notifications i have to unlock it what swipe up press in the pin code and then swipe down to

[Unknown6]:

notifications i have to unlock it when swipe up press in the pin code and then swipe down

[Unknown5]:

bring up like the whole notification screen which is just a process

[Unknown6]:

do you not do face id either

[Unknown5]:

no no

[Unknown6]:

me neither

[Unknown5]:

it's the easiest stuff to buy a hack

[Unknown6]:

yeah yeah

[Unknown5]:

people don't realize that and it's like

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah you can just

[Unknown6]:

yeah you

[Unknown5]:

like take someone's phone and just put it up to their face it's like alright what was the point of that

[Unknown6]:

phone and just put it up to the face it's like yeah

[Unknown5]:

and i'm sure there's a bunch of

[Unknown6]:

right you'll never guess my four digit password

[Unknown5]:

i would never

[Unknown6]:

no i'm just kidding cause it's like a four digit thing i'm sure people will guess credit card numbers and get them right you know

[Unknown5]:

yeah i mean but like i mean i think there's also an element if you want to take this to a place of

[Unknown6]:

i mean but like i mean i think there's also an element if you want to take this to a place of

[Unknown5]:

conspiracy theories like i just don't i i don't know to me it's like i don't want

[Unknown6]:

conspiracy theories like i just don't i don't know to me it's like i don't want to

[Unknown5]:

to set up things with like my fingerprint or my face like

[Unknown6]:

set up things with like my fingerprint or my face like yeah it' like i mean if i just saw this video about like you know the chinese surveillance systems you know that they have in place in china and they know where everybody is at all times and they're doing the social credit score thing they're beta that and some of

[Unknown5]:

are they really

[Unknown6]:

the bigger bigger small cities yeah i saw this whole thing

[Unknown5]:

gosh

[Unknown6]:

and this one man was a journalist who was you know not for the communist government and he has a shitty social credit score so he can't even get on the train

[Unknown5]:

that's so

[Unknown6]:

and

[Unknown5]:

fucked up

[Unknown6]:

you know like that's literally happening so

[Unknown5]:

ah

[Unknown6]:

it's not even a conspiracy theory like that's just a fact and so yeah

[Unknown5]:

alright well i'm gonna take a second i don't remember which episode it

[Unknown6]:

episode it is but there's a black mirror episode that talks about that the social

[Unknown5]:

is but there's a black mirror episode that talks about that the social credit score if you're listening and haven't seen that go watch it right now

[Unknown6]:

credit score if you're listening and haven't seen i can't do that show dude i cannot it freaks me out but i will watch this episode

[Unknown5]:

well you should watch the social credit i kind of wanna take a second to even just

[Unknown6]:

the

[Unknown5]:

look

[Unknown6]:

umhum

[Unknown5]:

up which episode

[Unknown6]:

do it

[Unknown5]:

it's so wild because it's about this chick who its like out of five stars every

[Unknown6]:

it's so wild because it's about this chick who it's like out of five stars every

[Unknown5]:

interaction you have you like rate it on a star system

[Unknown6]:

interaction you have like oh yeah and then she goes crazy and like tries to crash the wedding or whatever

[Unknown5]:

yeah yeah exactly because she gets invited to her friend's wedding and sh her

[Unknown6]:

yeah yeah exactly okay wedding and her friends like a four point eight and she's a

[Unknown5]:

friend's like a four for point eight and she's a four point three and like uh it

[Unknown6]:

four point three and we'll say less about that

[Unknown5]:

is okay

[Unknown6]:

that's so crazy

[Unknown5]:

while the first article black mire predicted a social credit system

[Unknown6]:

wow you the first article black me predicted a social credit system

[Unknown5]:

but

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

what episode was it sorry guys for the bad radio but

[Unknown6]:

sorry guess for the bad radio but it

[Unknown5]:

which episode was it all right well

[Unknown6]:

i well

[Unknown5]:

i don't wanna give you guys too much bad radio so

[Unknown6]:

it's in the first season

[Unknown5]:

yes

[Unknown6]:

it's like yeah it's in the first season

[Unknown5]:

whoa coming soon america's own social credit system all right guys let's

[Unknown6]:

well coming soon america's on social really

[Unknown5]:

let's make a pact right now to not do this

[Unknown6]:

hold on that's crazy

[Unknown5]:

let's see here uh the new quote unquote war on domestic war on terror kicked off

[Unknown6]:

see here uh the new quote unquote war on domestic war on terror kicked off by the

[Unknown5]:

by the riot on january sixth has oh this was probably from whenever trump was

[Unknown6]:

riot on january sixth because oh this was probably from whenever trump was leaving

[Unknown5]:

leaving office i assume

[Unknown6]:

office i saw yeah when all of those people were led into the white house

[Unknown5]:

yet the channels social

[Unknown6]:

do channel social credit system is a combination of government and business

[Unknown5]:

credit system is a combination of government and business surveillance that give

[Unknown6]:

surveillance that give citizens a quote unquote scores that can restrict the

[Unknown5]:

citizens a quote unquote score that can restrict the ability of individuals to

[Unknown6]:

ability of individuals to take actions actions such as purchasing plane tickets

[Unknown5]:

take actions actions such as purchasing plane tickets acquiring property or taking

[Unknown6]:

acquiring property or taking loan sounds like a covid passport

[Unknown5]:

loans because of their behaviors oh my gosh dude

[Unknown6]:

is that not a vaccine passport

[Unknown5]:

it's it's probably worse i mean this is probably even worse than that right

[Unknown6]:

its probably worse i mean this is probably even worse than that that's already

[Unknown5]:

because

[Unknown6]:

happening in china

[Unknown5]:

yeah which

[Unknown6]:

which

[Unknown5]:

oh let me see here

[Unknown6]:

uh let me see here

[Unknown5]:

oh my gosh paypal what are you doing last week paypal announced a partnership with

[Unknown6]:

oh my gosh paypal what are you doing last week paypal announced a partnership with

[Unknown5]:

the left wing southern poverty law center to investigate the role of quote wife

[Unknown6]:

the left wing southern poverty law center to quote investigate the role of life

[Unknown5]:

supremacist

[Unknown6]:

supremacists propagators and like oh this is still about the whole

[Unknown5]:

of anti oh this is still about the whole january sixth thing

[Unknown6]:

are there any like recent ones

[Unknown5]:

i'm trying yeah maybe i should maybe they

[Unknown6]:

i mean i guess that's pretty recent maybe they got too much back

[Unknown5]:

got too much backlash from this and people were like oh america's not ready yet got too much backlash from this and people were like oh america's not ready yet

[Unknown6]:

yeah well for me with those things like it's kind of like boston dynamics with those uh the ai robot kind of things

[Unknown5]:

oh yeah

[Unknown6]:

like what they show you is definitely just the tip of the iceberg based on like what's actually going on so

[Unknown5]:

well what's interesting in its own rights is like robot consciousness like

[Unknown6]:

that's interesting in sound rights is like robot consciousness

[Unknown5]:

like

[Unknown6]:

miss me with that that's terrifying

[Unknown5]:

a wall

[Unknown6]:

well

[Unknown5]:

yeah i mean

[Unknown6]:

yeah i mean and even more so right like as we were kind of just describing at the

[Unknown5]:

in even more so right like as as we were kind of just describing at the beginning of with this right the first like one dimensional consciousness is like you know

[Unknown6]:

beginning of this right the first like one dimensional consciousness is like you

[Unknown5]:

inanimate objects like rocks or like i guess trees technically but those might be

[Unknown6]:

know inanimate objects like rocks or like i guess trees technically but those

[Unknown5]:

like on the bridge of two d consciousness but like even like a water ball or a

[Unknown6]:

might be like on the bridge of twod consciousness but like even like a water bottle or a microphone or you know your your phone that

[Unknown5]:

microphone or you know your h your phone that you have in your hand like isn't

[Unknown6]:

you have in hand like isn't there a level of consciousness associated with even

[Unknown5]:

there a level of consciousness associated with even just those things where you

[Unknown6]:

just those things where you know the fact that it's a material matter that we're

[Unknown5]:

know the fact that it's a material matter that we're able to consciously observe

[Unknown6]:

able to consciously observe

[Unknown5]:

does it not not make like it a

[Unknown6]:

i don't think so

[Unknown5]:

no that doesn't count

[Unknown6]:

in my opinion i would say no because it is fabricated so like yeah there is like a quartz crystal in my phone to like write that's like what the chips are made out of isn't it quartz um so i guess

[Unknown5]:

yeah i

[Unknown6]:

is it course

[Unknown5]:

say yeah i know silicon is used for like the chips

[Unknown6]:

i know silicon used for oh yeah yeah yeah

[Unknown5]:

but there there might be courts in there somewhere

[Unknown6]:

either way like minerals harvested from the from the earth

[Unknown5]:

sure

[Unknown6]:

so i guess you could say that there is like technically a consciousness to it but i don't know i just don't feel like it's the same as like something that's actually alive and like you know like a blade of grass or a butterfly or something that isn't touched and in tune with nature and has a cycle because this phone if i you know i have an old phone in my drawer and it's just still there it doesn't need anything you know doesn't need water sunlight or even a charge to like exist so i don't know if that can really like yeah

[Unknown5]:

well i mean at

[Unknown6]:

a

[Unknown5]:

one point at some point do you feel like we there's going to be like

[Unknown6]:

at some point there's gonna be like

[Unknown5]:

rights for w there was a really good movie that was in this realm it had

[Unknown6]:

rights for there was a really good movie that was in this round it had a

[Unknown5]:

ah who was the osmo kid it had chris chris tucker was in it it had the osmo kid um

[Unknown6]:

ah it was the osmo kid it had chris chris tucker was in it he had the osmo kid

[Unknown5]:

um butchering it but there was some movie that was like about like you know is

[Unknown6]:

um but train it but there was some movie that was like about like you know is

[Unknown5]:

there at any level that we give like rights to you know ai or artificial

[Unknown6]:

there at any level that we give like rights to you know ai orifice is able to

[Unknown5]:

intelligence because if it's able to let's say replicate human behavior and

[Unknown6]:

let's say replicate human behavior and emotions like at some level it might become

[Unknown5]:

emotions like at some level it might become indiscernible from humans like from

[Unknown6]:

indiscernible from humans like from people so like at some place on the ballad

[Unknown5]:

people so like at some place on the ballot there's probably going to be people

[Unknown6]:

there's probably gonna be people arguing that like robots should it should get

[Unknown5]:

arguing that like robots should it should get like rights in some sense right

[Unknown6]:

like rights in some sense right i mean yeah but that you know humans don't even have rights in some places in the world like we're kind of putting the cart before the horse in my opinion with that whole thing i mean it's

[Unknown5]:

that's true

[Unknown6]:

absolutely i'm sure going to happen because if you can think about it it's absolutely a possibility um but yeah like there's yeah people are fighting over that stuff right now

[Unknown5]:

i think we need to be the main one here i'm looking at is this whole credit system

[Unknown6]:

i think we need to be the main one here i'm am looking at is this whole credit system we need to yeah right we want to talk about robot rights when somebody

[Unknown5]:

we need to we need to fight this

[Unknown6]:

can't even buy

[Unknown5]:

we're losing our own rights we you give robot

[Unknown6]:

yeah ray is the robot gonna buy the land before me probably does no wrong

[Unknown5]:

uh here i finally got it um the first episode of the third season in netflix uh

[Unknown6]:

oh here i only got it um the first episode of the third season in netflix first episode of the third

[Unknown5]:

yeah stars a woman who has fallen victims to the evils of a social credit score yeah so

[Unknown6]:

cool stars a woman who has fallen victims of the evils of social mhm

[Unknown5]:

season three episode one is what i'm

[Unknown6]:

yeah it even has like some delicious commentary on instagram and like how fake everything is on there like in like the very first scene i think that

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

episode is fantastic and if you guys haven't seen it then you guys should watch it

[Unknown5]:

which one are you talking about this one oh this one oh okay

[Unknown6]:

that one that you're talking about yeah

[Unknown5]:

man i wanna tell you the ending the ending is so like ah so perfect too it makes

[Unknown6]:

and i want to tell you the ending the ending is so like uh so perfect too it makes

[Unknown5]:

you realize like

[Unknown6]:

you realize like

[Unknown5]:

ah can i ruin it

[Unknown6]:

oh my goodness i no don't ruin it no spoilers i mean it's your show so actually do whatever you want

[Unknown5]:

all married no it's cool just put me on

[Unknown6]:

um

[Unknown5]:

mute

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

uh

[Unknown6]:

fast forward like thirty seconds it comes ending like it brings it all together and you're like okay this

[Unknown5]:

it it comes all like the ending like it brings it all together and you're like okay this makes sense why we should not go this direction i'll leave it at that

[Unknown6]:

makes sense why we should not go this direction umhum yeah i recently like within

[Unknown5]:

i'll leave it at that

[Unknown6]:

the last year uh read nineteen eighty four for the first time

[Unknown5]:

in it

[Unknown6]:

and that freaking drove me crazy the ending of that

[Unknown5]:

oh really it's surprisingly

[Unknown6]:

surprisingly

[Unknown5]:

you know i i feel a little bit of his fake because i haven't read it yet but i

[Unknown6]:

i feel a little bit of this fake because i haven't read yet i'm so glad i didn't

[Unknown5]:

like no

[Unknown6]:

say what happened because you must read it must

[Unknown5]:

okay all right all right we'll i'll i'll i'll

[Unknown6]:

must

[Unknown5]:

throw that up higher on the list i

[Unknown6]:

on the list

[Unknown5]:

think i have a credit on audible i'll have to use that

[Unknown6]:

it's fantastic and it's not like i liked it because it's a change from what i normally read cause i'm usually

[Unknown5]:

where you

[Unknown6]:

always reading non fiction so it's nice to like read a story you know i'm trying to get more back into reading like for pleasure and not just to always be learning going back into like the hyper productive thing

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

just to read a book not to be learning so i kind of want to pick up the harry potter series again just reread the whole thing because it's a long

[Unknown5]:

and what's crazy about that and we could probably take harry potter and tie it in

[Unknown6]:

one that keep me busy he's crazy about that probably take harry potter tie it in

[Unknown5]:

is like there are so many core truths that you can find about the life like

[Unknown6]:

is like there are so many core truths that you can find about the life like

[Unknown5]:

there's biblical stories that get replicated out through in the harry potter thing

[Unknown6]:

there's biblical stories that get replicated out through in the harry pot that

[Unknown5]:

that it's just like okay these things are real and it's like but there is like

[Unknown6]:

it's just like okay these things real it's like but there is like this level of

[Unknown5]:

this level of not acknowledging that they're real like i remember even reading

[Unknown6]:

not acknowledging that they're real like i remember even reading that jk rolling

[Unknown5]:

that jk rolling like doesn't believe in magic and it's like w what do you mean you

[Unknown6]:

like doesn't believe in magic and it's like what what do you mean you don't

[Unknown5]:

don't believe in magic like

[Unknown6]:

believe in magic like

[Unknown5]:

it's almost like there's like the societal thing where it's like you you shouldn't believe in it

[Unknown6]:

it's almost like there's like this societal thing where it's like you shouldn't believe in it but yet all of our huge like amazing stories that

[Unknown5]:

but yet all of our huge like amazing stories that we have spent billions and

[Unknown6]:

we've spent billions and billions of dollars on look at the marvel series look at

[Unknown5]:

billions of dollars on look at the marvel series look at the harry potter series

[Unknown6]:

the series they're all beast around these core concepts so that the bible mixed in

[Unknown5]:

their old all based around these core concepts of the bible mixed in with magic

[Unknown6]:

with magic yet we're just gonna sit back and be like yeah but it doesn't really

[Unknown5]:

yet we're just gonna sit back and be like yeah but it doesn't really exist

[Unknown6]:

exist well so my conspiracy brain is immediately like of course she said that you know like it's just creating dissonance why would you write basically you seven books like volumes you've written on magic and these deep spiritual con things you know good and evil is the main takeaway in this whole series and i i don't believe that for a second unless it wasn't even written by her cause that actually i've never heard anywhere but who knows you know apparently

[Unknown5]:

should i verify it

[Unknown6]:

she wrote that book on on what bar napkins at a cafe or something she started

[Unknown5]:

really

[Unknown6]:

reading harry potter's the story she was like a struggling poor single mom and then just like became this millionaire author overnight with these deep insightful books

[Unknown5]:

like where does that come from like how do you like how do you not explain that

[Unknown6]:

where it come from like how do you explain that right and if you don't believe in

[Unknown5]:

through magic like oh i just i just randomly

[Unknown6]:

magic or channeling then like how did you download that information into your brain to write

[Unknown5]:

okay so this first quote says that she said i believe in god not magic

[Unknown6]:

because so this first quote says that she said i believe in god not magic

[Unknown5]:

which

[Unknown6]:

hm okay

[Unknown5]:

i mean maybe there's a slight difference there but

[Unknown6]:

same thing

[Unknown5]:

maybe that's just like uh

[Unknown6]:

just like uh

[Unknown5]:

alright now yeah there's just too much weird stuff here i'm not gonna find an

[Unknown6]:

maybe she said that because aventure christian moms weren't letting their kids

[Unknown5]:

answer

[Unknown6]:

read that book because they say it's from the devil

[Unknown5]:

uh well that's another crazy thing there's probably there's a war on books all

[Unknown6]:

thing there's probably there's a war on books all that like perpetually going like

[Unknown5]:

that's like perpetually going on like i wonder i wonder if harry potter's finally

[Unknown6]:

i wonder if i wonder if harry cotter finally made that list where it's like we're

[Unknown5]:

made that list where it's like we're not going to allow this into schools to

[Unknown6]:

not going to allow this of the schools to

[Unknown5]:

you know expand the mind in that right

[Unknown6]:

you know expand the line that w yeah i mean

[Unknown5]:

don't know

[Unknown6]:

i was actually walking on my walk earlier and there's so many little free libraries throughout san diego and if you don't know what those are for those of you listening um because they did not have those in florida basically it's just like a little box with a little door and people just put books in there that they aren't reading anymore and it's just a little free library and i was thinking about how amazing that is that there's just books everywhere there's just always something to learn and read and consume

[Unknown5]:

i saw that in pittsburgh recently i was so shocked i was like oh my gosh like this

[Unknown6]:

cool i was so shocked i was like oh my gosh like this is the coolest thing in the

[Unknown5]:

is the coolest thing in the world like

[Unknown6]:

world yeah i

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

think there's like four in my neighborhood

[Unknown5]:

yeah it's like take one leave one kind of thing it's like

[Unknown6]:

thing mhm

[Unknown5]:

yeah i love it it's such a great idea

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah until the karens of the world burn it down

[Unknown6]:

yeah fahrenheit four fifty one vibes

[Unknown5]:

is that a is that another uh is that another book i've heard of it

[Unknown6]:

oh my goodness you've got to put that on your list ray bradbury yeah

[Unknown5]:

i look it up

[Unknown6]:

it's about burning books basically

[Unknown5]:

there's another for fahrenheit four fifty one

[Unknown6]:

high school

[Unknown5]:

i remember that but there's another book that i read probably the only non fiction

[Unknown6]:

um but there's another book that i read probably the only non fiction book i've

[Unknown5]:

book i read

[Unknown6]:

read

[Unknown5]:

but it like pertained to like spirituality was

[Unknown6]:

but it like pertained it until like spirituality was um

[Unknown5]:

wow i can't believe i'm blanking now

[Unknown6]:

wow i can't believe complain no

[Unknown5]:

it's about this kid who like goes on like this whole journey of self discovery goes to egypt

[Unknown6]:

it's about this kid who like goes on like this whole journey of self discovery the alchemist that's that book rocks

[Unknown5]:

that's it yep the alchemist yeah and that one broke my mind

[Unknown6]:

that book is fantastic

[Unknown5]:

it's one of those books

[Unknown6]:

my mom is reading that book right now and i was like yes that's awesome the win

[Unknown5]:

yeah it's one of those books where you like read these you read like what this kid goes through and you're like

[Unknown6]:

one of those books where you like read these you read like what this kid goes

[Unknown5]:

holy shit like i know like i've experienced something like that and it's so crazy

[Unknown6]:

through and you're like holy shit like i know like i've experienced something like that crazy to me how it's just like there's so many truth in like you know these

[Unknown5]:

to me how it's just like there's so many truth and like you know these nonfiction

[Unknown6]:

nonfiction things and you're just like resonate the so

[Unknown5]:

things and you're just like it resonates at like the sole level of just like

[Unknown6]:

totally

[Unknown5]:

okay this isn't true but it is true you know

[Unknown6]:

oh like the hobbit and the lord of the rings you know it's the classic heroes journey where you go and you're at home and you're not happy so you go on this grand adventure only need to realize that everything you ever wanted was home where you were in the first place

[Unknown5]:

and that's that's the

[Unknown6]:

that's

[Unknown5]:

story of abraham right and the bible

[Unknown6]:

umhum think so and then he like leaves his house at the age of like sixty or

[Unknown5]:

where he like leaves and then you know he he like leaves his house at the age of like sixty or something or eighty and then god like basically throws all the shit

[Unknown6]:

something or eighty and then god like basically put on it like he's like kill his

[Unknown5]:

on him like you know he's like kill his own son or something and then like you

[Unknown6]:

son or something and then like you know he gets attacked his wife like almost gets

[Unknown5]:

know he gets attacked his wife like almost gets raped and then you know like it's

[Unknown6]:

raed

[Unknown5]:

just hell but then he

[Unknown6]:

crazy

[Unknown5]:

realizes like he needed to do that in order to

[Unknown6]:

in order

[Unknown5]:

like like live almost or like to experience

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

the world

[Unknown6]:

yeah and sometimes you just need to go through how to appreciate where you were before and like what you have access to on the daily like you are traveling a lot right now and i'm sure i thought about this when you were talking about your uh your morning routine and i was thinking about like that you are not in like the same place all the time but so you having like these same practices every morning probably gives you like a grounded sense of home just like in yourself of like where you are like some consistency even though like you stay on the road all the time

[Unknown5]:

yeah that's a good point yeah being able to do the same thing it it brings that

[Unknown6]:

thats a good point yeah being able to do the same thing it brings that

[Unknown5]:

level of appreciation yeah i get what you're saying it's hard to articulate

[Unknown6]:

level of appreciation yeah i i get what you're saying it's hard mhm yeah right i just yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

i think that that's interesting that you are consistent with your morning routine you wake up you're grateful you meditate you stretch you do your thing and you know i was thinking like man like i have a hard time doing that and i'm in my same house all the time and then i was just like oh well he's not in the same house all the time so maybe he needs that to have some sense of stability while you're traveling and

[Unknown5]:

it's interesting because and this is reminding me of whenever you were talking

[Unknown6]:

interesting and this is reminded me of whenever you were talking about how

[Unknown5]:

about how sometimes you like won't read like sometimes i won't do it on purpose

[Unknown6]:

sometimes you like w like sometimes i won't do it on purpose it's just like

[Unknown5]:

like it's just like it it feels like i shouldn't do it on the not that i shouldn't do it but

[Unknown6]:

it feels like i shouldn't do it all the not that i shouldn't do it but

[Unknown5]:

i need to not do it to remember that i need to do it almost and it's like yeah

[Unknown6]:

i need to not do it to remember that i need to do it yeah yeah it's like this

[Unknown5]:

it's like this level of

[Unknown6]:

level of

[Unknown5]:

it's like almost stopping before burnout kind of thing

[Unknown6]:

it's like almost stopping before burn out kind of thing

[Unknown5]:

it's like i don't want to push it i i don't wanna get i don't want to be in a place where i'm

[Unknown6]:

it's like i don't wanna push it it kind i want to get it i don't want to be in a

[Unknown5]:

like forcing myself and this kind of touches on that hustle culture conversation

[Unknown6]:

place where i'm like forcing myself this kind of touches on that hustle culture

[Unknown5]:

we had which like i don't

[Unknown6]:

which like i don't want to be in this place where i'm like you have to meditate

[Unknown5]:

want to be in this place where i'm like you have to meditate every single morning

[Unknown6]:

every single

[Unknown5]:

and every single night like before bed it's like

[Unknown6]:

and like have a super regimented structure even if you're not

[Unknown5]:

yeah because i would

[Unknown6]:

feeling it cause then you're not listening to yourself

[Unknown5]:

yeah exactly yeah it's like

[Unknown6]:

ooh continue with what you're gonna say yeah i mean

[Unknown5]:

yeah i mean that was pretty much it

[Unknown6]:

yes i am subscribed to uh her name on instagram slow down farmstead and she rocks she's a canadian homesteader and she just she sends out these like really beautiful essays like once or twice a week and one of them was on um like technology so bio hacking technology and the part that i thought about was the aura ring so i don't know if you're familiar with the aa ring i think it's

[Unknown5]:

i've heard of it but i i know it's a spiritual thing a s oh

[Unknown6]:

yeah it's like a sleep tracker well no no no this is a sleep

[Unknown5]:

oh

[Unknown6]:

tracker it's like or or something it's not like your aura

[Unknown5]:

uh okay

[Unknown6]:

but it's called the aura ring which is funny um but so she was talking about how she was having trouble sleeping and how she was wearing this ora ring at night and so i'm sure that emfs were not great coming from that because it's a bluetooth device and it's whatever but the main takeaway that i got so she was talking about how she would have she would sleep and then she'd wake up and have this ring tell her how she slept and so she said you know she would wake up feeling like she got a great night's sleep and whatever and the ring would be like oh like you slept horribly last night like you should take it easy today and then if she felt like she got really poor sleep you know some days the ring would be like oh like you slept fantastic like you should put in like a you should put in a really hard workout today and she's like i'm literally like outsourcing my intuition to this device and i'm second guessing what i'm actually even feeling and how i how how do i feel you know like i don't need a ring to tell me if i slept well or not like i just need to get in touch with myself and feel it

[Unknown5]:

it is beautiful because that makes me think about

[Unknown6]:

yeah because that makes me think about

[Unknown5]:

how i've always kind of started looking at science i talked about this on my

[Unknown6]:

how i've always started looking at science i talked about this on my episode maybe

[Unknown5]:

episode maybe after you might have been the episode i did right after you were

[Unknown6]:

after you might have been the episode i did right after you first on

[Unknown5]:

first on and

[Unknown6]:

and

[Unknown5]:

i remember like i remember what was it that was the chain of events oh my buddy

[Unknown6]:

i remember like i remember what was it that was a chain of events oh my buddy uh

[Unknown5]:

was telling me how

[Unknown6]:

was telling me how

[Unknown5]:

like he would get a chip placed in him and i was like that's crazy blah blah blah um i would never do

[Unknown6]:

like he would get a chip placed in them and i was like oh that's crazy but

[Unknown5]:

that like know and then i caught myself cause i was like i would never do that but

[Unknown6]:

i would never do that like you know and then i caught myself because i was like i would never do that but then the next thought that came into me was well

[Unknown5]:

then the next thought that came in into me was well i would do that if they were able to tell me like how many proteins grams of carbs

[Unknown6]:

i would do that if they were able to tell me like how many proteins grams of carbs

[Unknown5]:

like i needed to eat at a certain time

[Unknown6]:

like i need to eat at a certain time that's a cool thought

[Unknown5]:

but then it brings it back to what you just said where and this is something that i've actually kind

[Unknown6]:

but then it brings it back to what you just said where and this is something that

[Unknown5]:

of done with my diet recently is take more of an intuitive approach and not to be

[Unknown6]:

i've actually kind of dealt with my diet recently is take more of an intuitive approach and not to be so regimented about like okay only me only this only that

[Unknown5]:

so regimented about like okay only me only this only that it's like just trust

[Unknown6]:

it's like just trust yourself intuitively like

[Unknown5]:

yourself intuitively like what does it feel if you eat ice cream

[Unknown6]:

you eat ice cream oh well that

[Unknown5]:

oh well that feels bad like let's not eat that much you

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

know we can have a little bit

[Unknown6]:

right

[Unknown5]:

but not too much and

[Unknown6]:

mmm hmm

[Unknown5]:

it's like i i i i feel like and this comes back to maybe like the yen and the yang is where if you

[Unknown6]:

i i i feel like this comes back to maybe like beginning the yang is where if you

[Unknown5]:

do too much one way it has a slingshot effect to not want to do it anymore and

[Unknown6]:

do too much one way it has a slingshot effect and not

[Unknown5]:

something that's

[Unknown6]:

totally and like you rebel almost

[Unknown5]:

yeah and and something that's coming to mind is um fasting like i used to be huge

[Unknown6]:

and something that's coming to mind is um fasting like i used to be huge on

[Unknown5]:

on fasting i had the zero app which is great app shout out the zero app

[Unknown6]:

fasting i had the zero app which is a great app shut up

[Unknown5]:

and it got to a point where um i had fasted for

[Unknown6]:

and it got to a point where um i had fasted for

[Unknown5]:

i think like

[Unknown6]:

i think like six hundred and thirty days straight or something but as i was

[Unknown5]:

six hundred and thirty day straight or something but as i was getting to the end of it intermittent yes yes that's key yeah not

[Unknown6]:

getting the intermittently yeah

[Unknown5]:

that's a very important distinction

[Unknown6]:

talk about four d

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

that's hilarious

[Unknown5]:

i only eat the sun intermittent fasting yeah so they were like probably fourteen to sixteen hour fast and i and i did that for like

[Unknown6]:

yes so they were like probably fourteen to sixteen hours fast so good for you

[Unknown5]:

well it became a thing where i was like only doing it because i wanted to get like

[Unknown6]:

well it became a thing where i was like doing it because i wanted to get like to

[Unknown5]:

to the next one like i wanted six hundred and thirty nine i wanted six hundred

[Unknown6]:

the next one like i wanted six hundred and thirty nine one it's six hundred forty

[Unknown5]:

forty it was no longer about the health effects of it and i like yeah

[Unknown6]:

it was no longer about the health effects of it i like yeah

[Unknown5]:

so i came to this

[Unknown6]:

so i came to this point of realization i was like okay i need to stop

[Unknown5]:

point of realization i was like okay i need to stop tracking it and

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

unfortunately and here's how that rubber band happens is like it was probably a year and a half ago that i probably did my

[Unknown6]:

how that rubber band happens and it was probably a year and a half ago that i

[Unknown5]:

last fast you know and i've just not really felt like doing it because of i think

[Unknown6]:

probably did my last fast you know i just felt like doing it yeah because of i

[Unknown5]:

that like and you know i i i think they're great there's so much science that

[Unknown6]:

think that like you know i i i think they're great good there's so much science that proves that

[Unknown5]:

proves that they're beneficial but just intuitively my body's like well i don't

[Unknown6]:

it beneficial but just intuitively my body's like well i don't really want to do

[Unknown5]:

really wanna do it

[Unknown6]:

it yeah i it really is great for your gut to get a reset and to have time to not be digesting food because ideally your gut cells can be turning over every twenty four to seventy two hours the whole lining of your intestinal wall can change over but it can't do that if you're constantly eating food um but i will say that like as far as the intuitive thing goes like you probably don't need that then because you did it for so long you know that your gut is probably

[Unknown5]:

six

[Unknown6]:

in an okay place but as far as like people that have sugar addictions and stuff like sometimes it's not great to be super intuitive with your diet because i mean but ultimately your brain knows like you know that you don't need to eating cookies and ice cream every day but physiologically you're gonna be craving it so just to like find the delicate balance between like your intuition and your physical body craving the garbage that you've been putting in it for so long

[Unknown5]:

and i think that there's

[Unknown6]:

and i think that there's

[Unknown5]:

what i want to say

[Unknown6]:

what i want to say here here's a good parallel here with how we were talking about

[Unknown5]:

here there's a good parallel here with how we were talking about where i was like

[Unknown6]:

where i was like three or four years ago where i was just my phone

[Unknown5]:

three or four years ago where i would just open up my phone and just look at instagram right

[Unknown6]:

um it's like you don't it's like you're in this place of just like bats and work

[Unknown5]:

it's like you don't it's like you're in this place of just like that's normal right like opening up instagram looking at first thing that's normal eating all

[Unknown6]:

right like booking a im looking at first thing that's eating all the sugar and all

[Unknown5]:

the sugar and all these carbs that's just normal so for you

[Unknown6]:

these cars that's just so for you to then like see how you feel it

[Unknown5]:

to then like see how you feel without it and this goes with alcohol as well i know

[Unknown6]:

umhum stop drinking for two weeks you just feel like incredible like there's this

[Unknown5]:

when i stop drinking like for two weeks you just feel like incredible like there's this huge like just burden lifted everything's lighter it's just everything is

[Unknown6]:

huge like just burden lifted lighter it's just everything is more colored there's

[Unknown5]:

more color there's no more fog and it's like this yeah and so like i don't so it's

[Unknown6]:

no more fog and it's like this yeah and so like i don't so it's interesting it's

[Unknown5]:

interesting it's so there there's like this weird like balance that kind of goes

[Unknown6]:

it's so the there's like this weird like balance that kind of goes on of like well

[Unknown5]:

on of like well you need to at least try it without like you maybe you need to do

[Unknown6]:

you need to at least try it without like maybe you need to do something a little

[Unknown5]:

something a little bit extreme so that you can feel like what it's like without it

[Unknown6]:

bit extreme

[Unknown5]:

like

[Unknown6]:

it's like

[Unknown5]:

maybe you need to do like a three day fast like maybe you need to just completely cut something out you know for a

[Unknown6]:

a three day yeah you need to just completely cut something out you know for a

[Unknown5]:

duration of time to see what it's like without it and then

[Unknown6]:

duration time

[Unknown5]:

maybe there's like this like wiggle adjustment where you go back to it now and

[Unknown6]:

it and then maybe there's like this like wiggle adjustment where you go back to it

[Unknown5]:

then and that's kind of what we were talking about with the meditation

[Unknown6]:

now and then that's kind we yeah totally and as far as the food thing goes i am i'm like a dog i'm like a very food oriented individual

[Unknown5]:

chips

[Unknown6]:

you know i can be motivated with food i can be rewarded with food um but so i had a really big resistance to doing this four day reset um there's a book called the woman code by alicia vitti and it's just a really great book all about like your cycle and you know regulating your hormones and stuff and so she's got a four day reset in the book and i had a really huge resistance to doing this four day reset and i was like dude food is like one part of your life there's a probably fifty other things in your life that you can focus on but i was just hyper focused on the food what i wasn't going to be able to eat or what i was gonna be able to eat and i like had to check myself i was like whoa girl like let's pump the brakes like food is seriously just like a tiny part of life but i think that so many people are hyper focused on it because

[Unknown5]:

she was

[Unknown6]:

they either aren't focusing on anything else really or like don't enjoy other hobbies in their life or you know they have like physical addictions but that was a really interesting thing that i experienced was just like being hyper focused on the lack of food so it's important to like let the pendulum swing the other way and get a little bit intense and do fasting for hundred days or you know go on a go on a bender and feel like total from alcohol to the point that you don't even want to drink anymore because then you're going to swing it back the other way and you know you have to kind of reach these points of extremes sometimes i think to actually get a shift

[Unknown5]:

yeah because that's that's certainly something i even experience when i like

[Unknown6]:

because that's something i like let's see start to wean off alcohol i know between the ages of like you

[Unknown5]:

let's say started to wean off alcohol like i know between the ages of like you know when i got to college at eighteen to twenty five i realized i was like oh

[Unknown6]:

know when i got to college at eighteen to twenty five i realized i was like oh

[Unknown5]:

shit like i hadn't gone like a weekend without drinking or a week without drinking

[Unknown6]:

shit like i hadn't gone like a weekend without drinking or a week without drinking

[Unknown5]:

and it's so funny because like internally you're like like you know i'm not

[Unknown6]:

and it's so funny because like internally you're like oh like you know i'm not

[Unknown5]:

addicted i'm not addicted and having that realization i was like all right prove

[Unknown6]:

addicted i'm not addicted and my real i was like alright prove it's like you're

[Unknown5]:

it like if you're not addicted to go thirty days

[Unknown6]:

not yeah yeah

[Unknown5]:

i

[Unknown6]:

well and for the record nobody go on a vendor please

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

that's just an example you to say that they don't might don't want

[Unknown5]:

yeah maybe we don't it might have don't want to discredit all the other great information you've dropped in here

[Unknown6]:

no great yeah please please don't go on a bed yeah she said all this interesting stuff and they told me go get hammer and

[Unknown5]:

yeah she so said all this interesting stuff and then told me to go get hammered

[Unknown6]:

shes get hammered so this chick rocks no i went out recently and i we were all at like this fun tiki bar and i just has the bartender i was like can you just make like a soda water but like can you make it fun you know can you put the umbrellas in it and can you do the gar and they did and it was fun you know so it's just like a participatory thing as well i think

[Unknown5]:

i remember that

[Unknown6]:

when people aren't always on the same level of yeah yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

i posted it on instagram and that's interesting too because it's funny to say that

[Unknown5]:

and and that's interesting too because it's funny to say that actually i'm thinking about this now and i think that that picture actually inspired me to

[Unknown6]:

actually i'm thinking about this now and i think that that picture actually inspired me to actually order soda water more consistently because it s put

[Unknown5]:

actually order soda water more consistently cause it'll still put a lime in it and

[Unknown6]:

alignment yeah and so it like like you're there

[Unknown5]:

so it like looks like you're like still kind of there you're still drinking but it's like this

[Unknown6]:

exactly

[Unknown5]:

is this like subtle like

[Unknown6]:

or even like yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

i mean as a female i love drinking things out of a wine glass so i'll be okay he can you can i get soda water but like in a wine glass i know this is really annoying i get it but non alcoholic beers are a great option too but that's just like a lot of calories and you know just kind of makes me feel full and bloated but oh the athletic

[Unknown5]:

they're starting to get pretty good i i've yeah

[Unknown6]:

brewing has a great one

[Unknown5]:

i love athletic

[Unknown6]:

so good

[Unknown5]:

i'm a big fan i know the uh

[Unknown6]:

i know the sales were

[Unknown5]:

sales rep uh for like the san francisco area

[Unknown6]:

san f oh sick yeah i i was working

[Unknown5]:

yeah he's cool dude

[Unknown6]:

you say he's cool dude yeah um i was working brunch yesterday and there was a two guys and they

[Unknown5]:

yeah cool dude

[Unknown6]:

literally crushed six non alcoholic beers between the two of them and like four mocktails they weren't drinking at all and i was just like yes you can still go out and have fun without alcohol and that was the message you know that me and everybody needed it behind the bar because you know i've definitely been drinking several times a week and so i'm cutting that out

[Unknown5]:

gao

[Unknown6]:

cause i just needed yeah need to cut it out this thing that occurs and this kind

[Unknown5]:

there is this interesting thing that occurs and this kind of ties back to

[Unknown6]:

of t back to consciousness remember you go out with people who are drinking and

[Unknown5]:

consciousness whenever you go out with people who are drinking and you're not drinking there becomes like this level of disconnect at a certain point where like

[Unknown6]:

you're not drinking there becomes like this level of disconnect at a certain point where like either they start to get too drunk or something and you kind of get

[Unknown5]:

either they start to get too drunk or something and you kind of get like this just like this like sluggish feeling yeah like this feeling of like like alright i

[Unknown6]:

like this just like this why am i here feeling yeah

[Unknown5]:

think it's my time to go home

[Unknown6]:

um but there's power in that and you know as we were talking about not drinking and all that kind of stuff like finding friends that don't just wanna drink you know it sounds simple but sometimes it's more difficult said than done but i recently started rock climbing i started i joined a rock climbing gm and i've made like three or four new friends and so we'll text each other and we'll go climb together and it's just like a really healthy fun cool thing

[Unknown5]:

beria

[Unknown6]:

that is yeah just different so it's like putting yourself in different situations so that you can meet people that are aligned with what you want to do even if it means going alone and being kind of nervous

[Unknown5]:

and there's something to be said there for like the consciousness and

[Unknown6]:

something to be said there for like the consciousness and

[Unknown5]:

consciousness

[Unknown6]:

consciousness and perspective because i know whenever i stopped drinking like

[Unknown5]:

and perspective because i know whenever i stopped drinking like there was a level of me that was like wait how am i gonna have friends i was like wait how am i

[Unknown6]:

there was a level of me that was like wait how am i gonna have friends was like wait how are you gonna

[Unknown5]:

gonna like find a girl to you know like date

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

like and

[Unknown6]:

and to me it was like this like whoa like my world around alcohol was just so

[Unknown5]:

to me it was like this like whoa like my world around alcohol was just so shaped around the bars like friends you go like what am i gonna do if i'm not drinking

[Unknown6]:

shaped around the bars like friends you go like what am i gonna do if i'm not drinking

[Unknown5]:

and it's like like that

[Unknown6]:

like that that can be scary for people to stop just because of having that

[Unknown5]:

that can be scary for people to stop just because of having that knowledge of like wait i have identified everything in my life like where my relation like where all

[Unknown6]:

knowledge of like wait i have identified everything in my life like where my rel

[Unknown5]:

my relationships happen where i spend my money where i spend my free time and so

[Unknown6]:

all my relationships happen where i spend my money where spend my free time and so

[Unknown5]:

to like just break that mold and be like wait there's like i'm missing something

[Unknown6]:

to like just break that mo and be like wait there's like

[Unknown5]:

here and one of my buddies uh james yeah oh yeah and one of my buddies james i like he lives in san

[Unknown6]:

yeah and it becomes like a habit jeans yeah yeah and one of my buddies james i

[Unknown5]:

diego and uh i i remembered talking to him about like dude like i need some help

[Unknown6]:

like he lives in san diego and uh i i remember talking to him about it like dude

[Unknown5]:

man i've just realized like have this epiphany cause he doesn't drink and i was

[Unknown6]:

like i need some help man like i've just realized i have this pi she doesn't drink

[Unknown5]:

like dude like what do you do like what do you do when you don't drink

[Unknown6]:

i was like what do you do what do you do

[Unknown5]:

yeah how do you meet people like

[Unknown6]:

great seriously

[Unknown5]:

yeah and so it's it's an interesting

[Unknown6]:

yeah but it's an interesting

[Unknown5]:

perspective perspective shift

[Unknown6]:

yeah totally well and it's he's i'm sure just like you just don't drink

[Unknown5]:

zero

[Unknown6]:

you can still go out you can still be at the bars and still have fun but you just don't drink

[Unknown5]:

you find other stuff to do you got rock climbing

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

yeah exactly

[Unknown5]:

which is crazy in its own rights because i've seen and this comes back to and we can tie this into a

[Unknown6]:

which is crazy in its own rights because i've seen and this comes back to and we can tie this into a consciousness

[Unknown5]:

consciousness perspective where

[Unknown6]:

where you're you know taking that framework of colors and similarities in the

[Unknown5]:

you know taking that framework of how there's these similarities in the bible in

[Unknown6]:

bible in marvel characters harry potter

[Unknown5]:

marvel characters in harry potter and the hobbit i've seen

[Unknown6]:

i've seen so many similarities between jujitsu and rock

[Unknown5]:

so many similarities between jujitsu and rock climbing from like the way you

[Unknown6]:

like the way you place your body you know how you know you need to move things in

[Unknown5]:

place your body you know how you know you need to move things in different areas

[Unknown6]:

different areas

[Unknown5]:

like i i like when i'm with

[Unknown6]:

you have to be aware of so much

[Unknown5]:

yeah yeah when i went with my buddy he would like start saying things like oh you know you do this in this

[Unknown6]:

i went with my buddy he would like start saying things like oh you know you do

[Unknown5]:

situation or that in this situation i'm like damn like there's a parallel there

[Unknown6]:

this in this situation or that in this situation i'm like damn like there's a

[Unknown5]:

with jitsu like it was legit like

[Unknown6]:

parallel there with jujitsu like was legit like the first i think like days we went i was like i probably fifty

[Unknown5]:

the first i think like three days we went i was like i probably fifty times i probably said oh that's similar in jujitsu when blah blah blah

[Unknown6]:

times i probably said oh that's similar in wow that's really interesting yeah like i'm i just recently started and so i'm still learning like you know the proper body positioning but it's just really cool to it's a puzzle first of all and it's like a physical puzzle like you have to figure out how to do it like i did this climb the other day and it was these tey little crimping things and my forearms were just burning because it's movements that i'm not used to making but i recently read this article that was talking about how grip strength is a better indicator for all caused mortality then cardiovascular strength so being able to just like grip something or hold on to something you know being able to hang from a pull up bar for five minutes is a better indicator for overall well being than like running on a treadmill and testing your heart rate which is i think super super interesting i don't know the deep science about it but

[Unknown5]:

yeah that is fascinating

[Unknown6]:

yeah it's cool

[Unknown5]:

so it's

[Unknown6]:

but yeah going back to like the mental puzzle and how's probably similar to dojo it's just

[Unknown5]:

y

[Unknown6]:

yeah it's just super cool analogy with jujitsu is that it's a chest with your body yeah so you're even

[Unknown5]:

the analogy with jujitsu is that it's a chests with your body you know so you're even echoing it right there when you say it's a puzzle with your body

[Unknown6]:

ez with your body oh a thousand percent and it's like you just wanna keep going and get better at it but then your body is just like all right

[Unknown5]:

the

[Unknown6]:

i can't do this anymore like you have to take a day off and it's like but i don't want

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

to i really want to get that climb i really wanna finish my project yeah yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah yeah exactly and it's like there's this physical fatigue and and this is

[Unknown6]:

exactly and it's like there's this physical fatigue and and this is another

[Unknown5]:

another similarity is like you need to figure out the technical ways to do things

[Unknown6]:

similarity is like you need to figure out the technical ways to do things like

[Unknown5]:

like whether it's with climbing or jujitsu because otherwise you're going to exert

[Unknown6]:

whether it's when climbing or you js because otherwise you're going to exert all

[Unknown5]:

all of your energy and not gonna have the energy to train more or to practice

[Unknown6]:

of your energy not have the energy to

[Unknown5]:

rocks climbing more

[Unknown6]:

totally and having you know peers and mentors that have been doing it longer than you that can kind of show you the ropes so that you're not spinning your wheels and having shitty form because it takes way longer to out to train out bad form than it does to just put it in initially you know as far as exercise is going

[Unknown5]:

it takes longer to train out bad form oh yeah

[Unknown6]:

yeah i think it takes like three times more repetitions to correct an improper neurological response so say you like horrible deadlift form you'd have to do like three or four times as many reps of the exercise to imprint in your n in your nervous system uh the correct form then it took you to actually get it in there

[Unknown5]:

really

[Unknown6]:

in the first place yeah

[Unknown5]:

interesting would you have to

[Unknown6]:

would you have to i'm thinking you might be able to just circumvent that though if

[Unknown5]:

i'm thinking you might be able to just circumvent that though if you like mentally

[Unknown6]:

you like mentally imagine

[Unknown5]:

imagine it like would you be able to use the mind to

[Unknown6]:

umhum

[Unknown5]:

circumvent that

[Unknown6]:

yeah totally i mean like in i mean dr joe defensa talks about in the book becoming supernatural like how those people were they like put somebody in a cast and had them envision like doing bicep curls and they had muscular gain

[Unknown5]:

oh right all right

[Unknown6]:

even though they were in a cast

[Unknown5]:

right

[Unknown6]:

i'm pretty sure it was in that book

[Unknown5]:

yeah he'd um

[Unknown6]:

he's um like there was like

[Unknown5]:

like there was like finger exercises or people playing piano yeah yeah

[Unknown6]:

for the piano mm hmm it's so good

[Unknown5]:

uh it's just so c like it oh and this the power of the mind

[Unknown6]:

it's just so like in that in this the power of the mind

[Unknown5]:

okay here's what we're gonna do we're gonna flash back to a conversation we had on

[Unknown6]:

okay here's what we're going to do we're going flash back to a conversation we had

[Unknown5]:

episode zero zero six when we talked about

[Unknown6]:

on episode zero zero six when we talked about

[Unknown5]:

we talked about blueberries and i was telling you about how i was kind of like having neck acne

[Unknown6]:

we talk about blueberries and i was telling you about how throw

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

my throat shocker exactly and there was the correlation and the question was is

[Unknown6]:

and there was the correlation the question was is like how do you none of those

[Unknown5]:

like how do you not know that was placebo and i was like okay like maybe that's

[Unknown6]:

placebo it's like okay like maybe that's valid but then i thought about this a

[Unknown5]:

valid but then i thought about this a little bit deeper and this is where you like

[Unknown6]:

little bit deeper and this is where you like i like taking things to the extreme

[Unknown5]:

i i like taking things to the extreme but why is it that we can't convince ourselves using the placebo fact why is it

[Unknown6]:

but why is it that we can't convince ourselves using the placebo effect why is it

[Unknown5]:

that we can't convince ourselves that like cookies or sugar is good for us why

[Unknown6]:

that we can't convince ourselves that like cookies or sugar is good for us why

[Unknown5]:

can't we say oh well if i eat twenty cookies i can mentally convince myself that

[Unknown6]:

can't we say oh well if i eat twenty cookies i can mentally convince myself that

[Unknown5]:

it's healthy and i'll have six pack abs and i'm gonna do a cookies only diet

[Unknown6]:

it's healthy and i'll have six pack abs and i'm gonna do a cook there is a man that does this his name is matt blackburn and he is in the same campus this other woman named kitty blomfield bloomfield something like that these people are very pro sugar um they are really interesting people but he like advocates for white table sugar he drinks a glass of orange juice he drinks like coconut water with like i don't know he just like they're all about sugar and they're healthy and they're ripped i

[Unknown5]:

really

[Unknown6]:

don't really know exactly yeah its crazy it's crazy it's not blackburn yeah

[Unknown5]:

matt blackburn i gotta look him up because this is

[Unknown6]:

yeah you gotta look him up and he's like a healthy individual and it's just really crazy to me because i think that they like used to do keto and they're like all about sugar so that's funny that you bring them up because like those people absolutely exist and they like seem kind of healthy and so i honestly i'm not a scientist and i'm not a doctor so i don't know what they're doing but it seems like it's working for them i guess

[Unknown5]:

oh my gosh

[Unknown6]:

child

[Unknown5]:

i'm not sure if it it doesn't really talk about it talks about how he's like has a bachelor's

[Unknown6]:

i'm not sure if it it doesn't really talk about he talks about how he's like a

[Unknown5]:

degree in complementary alternative health

[Unknown6]:

bachelor's degree in comple okay yeah and for those of you listening like if you want to go on your instagram and just look them up it's actually i think quite fascinating you know he calls it like his electrolyte mineral cocktail or something and it's literally just coconut water and it sounds delicious you know it sounds like a sugary treat and he uses white table sugar and yeah

[Unknown5]:

because that's what's so crazy to me is that so that

[Unknown6]:

so that

[Unknown5]:

uh fuck

[Unknown6]:

i know are we ever gonna get the right answers

[Unknown5]:

hi maybe the right answer doesn't exist like it's so crazy i gotta find i gotta find these information

[Unknown6]:

maybe the right answer doesn't exist like yeah i got to find these information though

[Unknown5]:

though does he have recipes

[Unknown6]:

see recipes

[Unknown5]:

gummy bear metabolism

[Unknown6]:

meta

[Unknown5]:

boosting gummy bears that's

[Unknown6]:

see what the heck

[Unknown5]:

a recipe

[Unknown6]:

what in the freaking heck

[Unknown5]:

gelatin white sugar like orange fruit

[Unknown6]:

are you on his website

[Unknown5]:

juice yeah

[Unknown6]:

isn't that crazy

[Unknown5]:

i think this just blows my mind because you have people

[Unknown6]:

have people meta bo

[Unknown5]:

metabolic breakfast pancakes let's see what's in it all

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

purpose organic flour baking powder like what

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

like it but oh gosh

[Unknown6]:

he's a freaking genius cause it's just like the the standard american diet and he's just rebranding it and like i don't even i don't i don't understand but honestly i respect it on some level i respect it but you know

[Unknown5]:

but this is what but this is what this is what's so crazy to me is because you know

[Unknown6]:

yeah there's just so many pieces to the puzzle

[Unknown5]:

you have athletes who say that veganism is the answer i went on at only me diet

[Unknown6]:

because you know you have bam is the answer i went on

[Unknown5]:

for i think like four or six months i can't remember felt incredible it was the

[Unknown6]:

only meat diet for i think like four or six months a ca number

[Unknown5]:

like everything just was

[Unknown6]:

were you doing nose to tale

[Unknown5]:

firing all s say again

[Unknown6]:

were you nose to tail

[Unknown5]:

nose to tail uh

[Unknown6]:

nose to tail it was pretty much just it was just red ke it was mostly tri to sick

[Unknown5]:

it was pretty much just um it was just a red meat it mostly tritip i wasn't doing like organs and i love try to yeah you know

[Unknown6]:

try tip king yeah i know

[Unknown5]:

yeah yeah

[Unknown6]:

the best it's so good

[Unknown5]:

he's tasted it

[Unknown6]:

yes the magic clayton's meats

[Unknown5]:

yeah it's a shout out appreciate the

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

shout out you got a lot of shoutouts today gonna need

[Unknown6]:

love it

[Unknown5]:

the list of all of it

[Unknown6]:

i know sorry

[Unknown5]:

no don't apologize it's great information

[Unknown6]:

great information but

[Unknown5]:

but but sh like i find

[Unknown6]:

yeah so

[Unknown5]:

it crazy cause when i was like thinking about this i was like oh and hannah comes back on i'm bringing this up and here you go you're like oh well yeah that exists too you can

[Unknown6]:

just back on and bring themselves and here you go you're oh well that too

[Unknown5]:

just have a sugar only diet and you can be healthy like

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

ah

[Unknown6]:

i mean who knows what it's gonna look like in the long term and i would really love to see you know how how they look in five or ten years but apparently they were down bad from like the current healthy diets but also like they

[Unknown5]:

up

[Unknown6]:

you can do too much like we were just saying but i mean i think that obviously you know me and i think that animal based is the way to go but humans are we're beautiful adopters you know we can really adopt to any environment and our bodies are very resilient until it gets to the point where they can't be and then we have symptoms and those are just signals from your body that something's not working you know so people have chronic headaches and acne and craziness and they just take a pill but they don't get to the cause like the root of it you know

[Unknown5]:

well and and to me what all of the signals from everything you just laid out from everything we've just

[Unknown6]:

into me with all of the signals from everything you just laid out from everything

[Unknown5]:

laid out with the food and nutritious is it just comes to your state of being like

[Unknown6]:

we've just laid out with the food and nutritious is it all just comes to your state of being like your mind if you classify something as bad sugar

[Unknown5]:

your mind like if you classify something as bad sugar you know meat

[Unknown6]:

meat or vegetables whatever you want to classify as bad you have now just a done

[Unknown5]:

vegetables whatever you want to classify as bad you have now just ad' right like

[Unknown6]:

it like you're right like and that that's

[Unknown5]:

and that's i and that's what's like breaking my mind with like science and all

[Unknown6]:

yes

[Unknown5]:

this it is just like

[Unknown6]:

just like if you think it's bad

[Unknown5]:

if you think it's bad and not for you and wrong then then

[Unknown6]:

than it is

[Unknown5]:

avoid it because you're right like it's going to

[Unknown6]:

yeah it's a

[Unknown5]:

have a negative impact on you

[Unknown6]:

um i'm reading this book right now called ask and it is given um by abraham hicks do you do you know who that is

[Unknown5]:

i've heard of her but i haven't heard of the book

[Unknown6]:

okay so yeah basically abraham hicks abraham is channelled by a woman named esther so abraham is like this collective consciousness that she channels um so i'm reading this book written by them in air quotes um and so in this book basically it was talking about how like whatever you believe is true like your beliefs are just ideas that you keep thinking that's all it is and if you think that something's true you're gonna find it you're gonna find evidence of it in your reality so this book asking that is given is basically about like learning to manifest your desires and what you actually want to be true like w what do you want to be true okay cool make it happen and believe in it and then it will be so

[Unknown5]:

i mean in

[Unknown6]:

i mean in that day they i be like i hope that to be so true like this whole sugar

[Unknown5]:

that united i be like i hold that to be so true like this whole sugar conundrum i'm gonna have the deep dive this guys like this is a break in my mind but

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

but is it oh i can contact them we'll bring them on the podcast but

[Unknown6]:

oh my goodness please

[Unknown5]:

let me see oh it was just a newsletter let me see who his instagram is but but to

[Unknown6]:

too as instagram is but it but to your point like

[Unknown5]:

your point like he might be a little he might not reply sometimes people don't reply when they're

[Unknown6]:

he might be a little he might not reply sometimes people don't reply within too

[Unknown5]:

too big of accounts whatever we'll see what happens manifest think

[Unknown6]:

big of accounts yeah how many follows does he have

[Unknown5]:

uh on instagram

[Unknown6]:

on instagram

[Unknown5]:

sixty seven thousand

[Unknown6]:

yeah i'm one of them

[Unknown5]:

what it says it right here

[Unknown6]:

go it's so interesting

[Unknown5]:

uh but like you know getting back to the concept of like what you believe is going

[Unknown6]:

ah but like you know getting back to the concept of like what you believe is going

[Unknown5]:

to become reality like

[Unknown6]:

to become reality

[Unknown5]:

i see that just everywhere it it's so wild and it really comes to question like

[Unknown6]:

i see that just everywhere it's it's so wild and it really comes to question like

[Unknown5]:

how much of it is projection and how much of it is actually the truth of like

[Unknown6]:

how much of it is projection and how much of it is actually the truth of like

[Unknown5]:

what's going on

[Unknown6]:

what's going on

[Unknown5]:

and i've seen it echoed like with my parents i see it being echoed with like other

[Unknown6]:

yeah and i've seen it echoed like with my parents i see it being echoed with like

[Unknown5]:

people like like the the idea of like i knew that was gonna happen like

[Unknown6]:

other people like like the the idea of like i knew that was gonna happen like i i

[Unknown5]:

i don't know like here's an example this morning i went to jujitsu and i took my

[Unknown6]:

don't know like here's an example this morning i went to jujitsu and i took my

[Unknown5]:

mom's car and a thought i had was is like i never like officially told her i was

[Unknown6]:

mom's car and a thought i had was like oh i never like officially told her i was

[Unknown5]:

taking the car but we discussed jujitsu so it was like oh she's probably gonna

[Unknown6]:

taking the car but we discussed jujitsu so it was like oh she's probably gonna

[Unknown5]:

like think her car was stolen didn't think anything about it other than that um

[Unknown6]:

like think her car was stolen didn't think anything about it other than that did

[Unknown5]:

until later tonight was it

[Unknown6]:

you text her it did you like text her well it was like early in the morning i knew i was gonna be back i like

[Unknown5]:

well it was like early in the morning i knew i was gonna be back i didn't like think about it and then i come back

[Unknown6]:

think about it and then i come back

[Unknown5]:

come back in the night and like you know she went to work or whatever and i what

[Unknown6]:

um come back in the night and like you know she went to work whatever and i what

[Unknown5]:

happened oh we were walking our dog and like half way through the walk she's like

[Unknown6]:

happened oh we were walking our dog and like way through the walk she's like oh

[Unknown5]:

oh the funniest thing happened this morning and i'm like what she's like well when

[Unknown6]:

the funniest thing happened this morning i'm like what she's like well when i took

[Unknown5]:

i took the dog out for a walk this morning i saw that my car was gone and like i

[Unknown6]:

the dog out for a walk this morning i saw that my car was gone and like i had this

[Unknown5]:

had this like russia panic i thought someone stole it and then i saw like the tire

[Unknown6]:

like russia panic i thought someone stole it and then i saw like the tire marks

[Unknown5]:

marks were moving out so like you know it did i knew it wasn't like fully stolen

[Unknown6]:

were moving out so like you know it did i knew it wasn't like fully stolen she was

[Unknown5]:

she was like and then i remembered you going to jujitsu but i wasn't sure if like

[Unknown6]:

like and then i remembered you going to jitsu but i wasn't sure if like he went

[Unknown5]:

you went she was like so i thought for a second that my car was stolen i'm just

[Unknown6]:

she was like so i thought for a second that my car was stolen i'm just like shit

[Unknown5]:

like

[Unknown6]:

that's so crazy

[Unknown5]:

so like

[Unknown6]:

so the question becomes did i create that by thinking that before it actually

[Unknown5]:

the question becomes did i create that by thinking that before it actually happening was i so in tune with my mom or the energy of like you know me cause i

[Unknown6]:

happening was i so in tune with my mom or the energy of

[Unknown5]:

told her i know i told her the night before that like i would be back before like

[Unknown6]:

like you know me cause i told her i know i told her the night before that like i would be back before like she needed to go to work at like ten or something i was

[Unknown5]:

she needed to go to work at like ten or something i was like i know i'll be back before then but but that action of her actually like believing that the car was

[Unknown6]:

like i know i'll be back before then but with that action of her actually like believing that the car st and the fact that she said something to you about it

[Unknown5]:

stolen like

[Unknown6]:

that she remembered to think to say something but it's like when you pick up your phone to like call your friend and they're calling you or you got to text somebody that you were just thinking about and they texted you

[Unknown5]:

no

[Unknown6]:

it's just i'm i'm trying to stop saying that it's like crazy or

[Unknown5]:

c

[Unknown6]:

like that oh my god that's so weird but it's just like aligned and it's perfect actually

[Unknown5]:

yeah i i think it's a pure evidence of being aligned with like and this is where it comes

[Unknown6]:

yeah it's a pure evidence of being aligned with like it and this is where it comes

[Unknown5]:

back to consciousness it it's a pur it's a signal of pure alignment i think

[Unknown6]:

back to consciousness it's a pure it's a signal of pure alignment i think between

[Unknown5]:

between who you are and that you're like speaking your your truth to the most to

[Unknown6]:

who you are and that you're like speaking your your truth to the most

[Unknown5]:

the best of your ability

[Unknown6]:

best of your ability because i because i think that it unlocks like this level of

[Unknown5]:

because i because it i think that it unlocks like this level of like telepathy or

[Unknown6]:

like telepathy or

[Unknown5]:

cla voyants cla sentient and so you get access to this like alternate dimension of that's

[Unknown6]:

or clear senti you get access to this like alternate dimension totally that's and it's there's a

[Unknown5]:

happening

[Unknown6]:

lot of happening and so the fact that like you focused on that thought and remembered that thought and then we were aware of it when it happened again i was um i was walking recently and there was a i was looking in a clover patch like i was like walking and i was like looking for a four leaf clover just like casually looking for a four leaf clover didn't see one that's fine kept walking and this man turned the corner and he had a four leaf clover on his shirt that was the only thing on his shirt and i was just like seek and ye shall find but it won't always be where you want it to be

[Unknown5]:

it's so crazy

[Unknown6]:

that was blew my mind i was just like whoa okay cool i got it i got it

[Unknown5]:

it

[Unknown6]:

i'm listening

[Unknown5]:

i'm tuned in yeah it's like this

[Unknown6]:

yeah it's like this it's like the universe has some way of like

[Unknown5]:

it's like the universe has some way of like like it it'll it'll like show you it's like it's gonna come in a weird way that you're not ready

[Unknown6]:

like it it'll it'll like show you it's like it's gonna come in a weird way for

[Unknown5]:

for almost it's like it'll show up when you're ready but you gotta like let go of

[Unknown6]:

almost it's like it'll show up when you're ready but you got to like let go of it

[Unknown5]:

it being ready and it's reminding me of whenever i came to san diego in december

[Unknown6]:

being ready and it's reminded me of whenever i came to san diego in december when

[Unknown5]:

and we went for that walk and we were talking about the yanang symbol

[Unknown6]:

we went for that walk

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

and it wasn't

[Unknown6]:

yeah oh it's so crazy

[Unknown5]:

yeah it was it like five

[Unknown6]:

it was

[Unknown5]:

minutes after starting that conversation that it just like popped up on that on a

[Unknown6]:

after starting that conversation that it just like popped up on the on a random

[Unknown5]:

random tent what was it like a it was a tent that was like in the middle of the

[Unknown6]:

tent what was it like a it was a tent that was like in the middle of the beach

[Unknown5]:

beach almost or something like

[Unknown6]:

almost yeah so we were walking we started talking about yanang for some reason i'm not even exactly sure why and then we were just

[Unknown5]:

one

[Unknown6]:

kept walking and there was this random like just pop up tent that had a yen yong and they were willing like incense or like paolo santo or

[Unknown5]:

and it was like

[Unknown6]:

something was just completely crazy no it was aligned

[Unknown5]:

it was like it was like eight a m at on like a tuesday or something like that it wasn't even

[Unknown6]:

yeah right yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah in the middle of the boardwalk it wasn't

[Unknown6]:

so insane

[Unknown5]:

even like there was other shops around it was just that

[Unknown6]:

yeah because it wasn't even down like by belmont park

[Unknown5]:

no

[Unknown6]:

or anything like where there would be tents

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

yeah that was nuts but just one instance of

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

just like being in alignment and that stuff i guess just happens more and more and then people just start to expect it and i think that that's the point that i want to get to

[Unknown5]:

oh

[Unknown6]:

is just expecting the cool and expecting the goodness and the

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

the things to flow you know because

[Unknown5]:

i noticed i noticed recently i i put this in a podcast or like one of my catch up with clayton's is that i think

[Unknown6]:

recently i put this in a podcast or like one of my catch up is that i think like

[Unknown5]:

like once you and then once you start doing like good things for people you start

[Unknown6]:

once you and then once you start doing like good things for people you started

[Unknown5]:

getting more opportunity to do good things for people like that that's something

[Unknown6]:

getting more opportunity to do good things for people

[Unknown5]:

that's like shown real strong in my life recently

[Unknown6]:

that's something that's shown real strong in my life or something yeah

[Unknown5]:

which is

[Unknown6]:

like in what way um it it could be small things to a big thing like i like off the top of my head um it it could be small things to a big thing like i like off the top of my head

[Unknown5]:

it it could be small things to a big thing like i like off the top of my head it was when i was back in san diego like finding someone's phone taking it to like

[Unknown6]:

it was when i was back in san diego like finding someone's phone taking it to like it was when i was back in san diego like finding someone's phone taking it to like

[Unknown5]:

you know s like up to the front desk or helping someone carry something or

[Unknown6]:

you know something like a up to the front desk helping someone can carry something you know something like a up to the front desk helping someone can carry something

[Unknown5]:

somebody drops something so you need to help them pick it up or

[Unknown6]:

or somebody drops something so you need to help them pick it up yeah or somebody drops something so you need to help them pick it up yeah

[Unknown5]:

you know i

[Unknown6]:

it just feels nice

[Unknown5]:

yeah it does too it feels good and it's just like yeah it feels good and it's just like yeah

[Unknown6]:

yeah i was yeah i was out to eat recently and i'm eating my stuff and there was this super old lady that came in with i think it was like her son or something um and so she just like kind of gets in she has to like sit down at the table real slow like you know she's an old person she's not anyway so they were talking about their order or whatever i guess and he had gone inside to order and she like said his name a couple of times and he didn't hear her and so like i'm seeing this go down you know and so i like went inside and i was like hey like your friend outside like is asking for is asking for you and he was like oh my gosh thank you so much and she was like thank you seriously so much and it's just

[Unknown5]:

one

[Unknown6]:

like yeah like when you witness things like where an older person needs help or i was getting on an airplane and some lady has a baby strapped to her chest and

[Unknown5]:

you

[Unknown6]:

she's got ten bags everywhere and i was like do you i want to put the suitcase up for you she's like please she didn't even say like thank you or anything she's just like yes like i need you to put that up for me right now

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

like i'm at the end of my rope and the girl behind me was like oh my god that was so nice and it's just like well that's just being a person you know and the opportunities will continue to present themselves if you act accordingly in the

[Unknown5]:

go

[Unknown6]:

moments where you know that you should be doing well

[Unknown5]:

i truly believe that

[Unknown6]:

no

[Unknown5]:

and just like has his ripple frack

[Unknown6]:

rev drag across everyone

[Unknown5]:

across everyone else like you probably inspired other people to now like make those

[Unknown6]:

mhm

[Unknown5]:

little helping you know gestures you know

[Unknown6]:

yeah totally and it's like you don't like you don't even want recognition it's just knowing that you're doing the right thing and having integrity yeah

[Unknown5]:

it feels good it's it's weird and i mean there's a level of it and this is partially my ego talking but there's like this weird like it

[Unknown6]:

i mean there's a level of it this is partially my ego talking but there's like this weird like it feels good but then i know good things are gonna come because

[Unknown5]:

feels good but then i know good things are gonna come because i did this and it's

[Unknown6]:

it did this and it's like there's like this belief that you know when you give the

[Unknown5]:

like there's like this belief that you know when you give the universe gives you

[Unknown6]:

universe gives you like seven

[Unknown5]:

like seven fold back and it's like it's so

[Unknown6]:

yes my mom always says double for your trouble

[Unknown5]:

yeah is that what is that

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

saying your mom says

[Unknown6]:

so that's what my mom

[Unknown5]:

uh

[Unknown6]:

says yeah she's like i'm gonna get double for my trouble and she freak and does

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

it's crazy yeah yeah

[Unknown5]:

it's so wild but it just it comes to you like when you need it the most it's like

[Unknown6]:

like when you meet it the most its like you know when you need something that's

[Unknown5]:

you know when you need something that's when it will be provided to you you know

[Unknown6]:

what it will be provided to it's not you don't need like and this was something

[Unknown5]:

it's not you don't need like and this was something that i always kind of

[Unknown6]:

that i always kind of

[Unknown5]:

got into trouble with

[Unknown6]:

got into trouble with i think mentally is like always trying to like even the

[Unknown5]:

i think mentally is like always trying to like even the balance sheet like right

[Unknown6]:

balance sheet like right away like if a friend of mine got a uber like i would

[Unknown5]:

away like if a friend of mine got an uber like i would want venmo them even if it

[Unknown6]:

wanna fs

[Unknown5]:

was like five bucks like i'm in ave you so i don't owe you something and

[Unknown6]:

totally

[Unknown5]:

it almost like takes away from that mysticism it's like no dude just let him buy the super for

[Unknown6]:

almost like takes away from that mysticism it's like no do just let him buy the

[Unknown5]:

you you'll do something else for somebody else like down the

[Unknown6]:

super for you you'll true

[Unknown5]:

road yeah

[Unknown6]:

right well especially like if you talk about it and they're like no you're good

[Unknown5]:

but see that still that still felt weird with me like i was like no

[Unknown6]:

you know and well so then why why aren't you allowing yourself to receive a gift oh yeah that's

[Unknown5]:

oh well yeah that's yeah that was yeah that was the issue

[Unknown6]:

that yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

like let yourself receive the gift you're worthy of an uber ridley and it's fine

[Unknown5]:

yeah you can't receive if you don't let yourself receive yeah

[Unknown6]:

no and i'm saying that from experience because i totally struggle with that same exact

[Unknown5]:

it's crazy

[Unknown6]:

stuff it's just like just let let let things happen for you it's okay doesn't always have to be a struggle

[Unknown5]:

well and yeah and this and this kind of gets into the perception of money and like

[Unknown6]:

and yeah and this and this kind of gets into the perception of money and like

[Unknown5]:

wealth which let's talk about it because i think this touches on consciousness

[Unknown6]:

wealth which let's talk about touches on consciousness really well is like

[Unknown5]:

really well is like the value of something

[Unknown6]:

the value of something

[Unknown5]:

is behold like perceived by the beholder and i knew there was a website that did

[Unknown6]:

is behold like perceived by the beholder and i knew there was a website that did

[Unknown5]:

this really well where it was along the lines of like i mean you could like at

[Unknown6]:

this really well where it was along the lines of like i mean you could look at

[Unknown5]:

craig's list for instance but if you just give away something for free like

[Unknown6]:

craig's list for instance but if you just give away something for free like

[Unknown5]:

somebody else wants it right or people will pay you for stuff that you no longer

[Unknown6]:

somebody else wants it right mhm or people will pay you for stuff that you no

[Unknown5]:

want like if i'm no longer using something i could very easily take it to goodwill

[Unknown6]:

longer want like i'm no longer using something i can very easily take it's a

[Unknown5]:

and they'll give me ten cents for it right which is more money than i had before

[Unknown6]:

goodwill i not giving ten cents for it which is more money than then i had before right

[Unknown5]:

and so

[Unknown6]:

and so you know even the idea of value and money it's like one dollar to me

[Unknown5]:

you know even the idea of value and money it's like one dollar to me doesn't mean one dollar dollar to you it doesn't mean one dollar to another person like we've

[Unknown6]:

doesn't mean one dollar dollar than you doesn't mean one dollar to another person

[Unknown5]:

tried to articulate what one dollar is worth but it's different for everybody else you know like you can even expand that

[Unknown6]:

one dollar is worth but it's different for everybody else

[Unknown5]:

to like a book or something where you know i would pay twenty dollars for a book you that you wouldn't pay

[Unknown6]:

like look at something where you know i would pay twenty dollars do for a book that you would

[Unknown5]:

you'd be like that's overpriced for that book you know

[Unknown6]:

oh a thousand percent yeah it depends

[Unknown5]:

and you can see that with arch for sure

[Unknown6]:

hmm oh totally what

[Unknown5]:

and so what

[Unknown6]:

are your thoughts on nf ts

[Unknown5]:

i think that they're the future

[Unknown6]:

i think that you do

[Unknown5]:

yeah we we can get into that but um let's

[Unknown6]:

interesting we but no but let's stick with this right now yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah yeah we can we can definitely do an nf d conversation

[Unknown6]:

an

[Unknown5]:

but

[Unknown6]:

but

[Unknown5]:

where this comes into the whole like consciousness realm and wealth consciousness

[Unknown6]:

where this comes into the whole like consciousness realm and wealth consciousness

[Unknown5]:

is say this person buys me that five dollar uber right

[Unknown6]:

is say this person buys me that five dollar uber right

[Unknown5]:

my mindset was oh now i owe that person five dollars when in reality it's like i'm

[Unknown6]:

my mindset was oh now i owe that person five dollars when in reality it's like i

[Unknown5]:

going to the fact that i'm able to receive that let's say five dollars for this

[Unknown6]:

am going to the fact that i'm able to receive that let's say five dollars for the

[Unknown5]:

uber i should now i will now in a way

[Unknown6]:

sober i should now i will now in a way

[Unknown5]:

assuming i'm like in this giving state i will give something worth more than five

[Unknown6]:

assuming i'm like in this giving state i will give something worth more than five

[Unknown5]:

dollars to somebody else like

[Unknown6]:

dollars to somebody else

[Unknown5]:

because i needed the five dollars in that instance like to me maybe that five

[Unknown6]:

because i needed the five dollars in that instance like to me maybe that five

[Unknown5]:

dollars was to him the five dollars was probably nothing right maybe to him it's

[Unknown6]:

dollars was to him the five dollars was probably nothing right maybe to him's like

[Unknown5]:

like roughly my version of five cents but me receiving that five dollar uber to me

[Unknown6]:

roughly my version of five cents but me receiving that five dollar uber to me

[Unknown5]:

that's like whoa like everything

[Unknown6]:

that's like whoa like everything

[Unknown5]:

and so then if i help someone with that bag like you helping that lady lift up

[Unknown6]:

and so then if i help someone with that bag like you helping that lady lift up

[Unknown5]:

that thing like to her that that could very easily be worth twenty dollars you

[Unknown6]:

that thing like to her that that could very easily be worth twenty dollars right

[Unknown5]:

know what i mean

[Unknown6]:

yeah totally

[Unknown5]:

it it

[Unknown6]:

well and there's like there's a prosperity consciousness and then there's like a poverty consciousness you know of just like you thinking that like oh shit like that's five whole dollars like dang like i need to give that to him because i wouldn't want somebody to pay me for an uber but like you being able to receive

[Unknown5]:

what kind of

[Unknown6]:

that five dollar gift is probably great practice in for you moving forward to receive a hundred dollar gift or a thousand dollar gift you know but it's like practicing the art of receiving

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

and also like with a giving mindset of course not being super selfish for sure

[Unknown5]:

oh for sure and i i know my mom listens so mom i love you but there's a story i have with her and

[Unknown6]:

and my mom listens so mom i love you there's a story i have with her and this is

[Unknown5]:

this is where it comes from is

[Unknown6]:

where it comes from is

[Unknown5]:

i realize that

[Unknown6]:

i realize that first of all this is a great thing about living with your parents

[Unknown5]:

and first of all this is a great thing about living with your parents is you get to see so many things that like you know happened in your that h help you

[Unknown6]:

is you get to see so many things that like you know happened yeah how you

[Unknown5]:

cultivate the psyche of like what's going on in your life

[Unknown6]:

oh yeah hi mom yeah

[Unknown5]:

god

[Unknown6]:

oh god bless them but so what i noticed was is like she's a great cook phenomenal

[Unknown5]:

bless them but so what i noticed was is like she's a great cook phenomenal cook

[Unknown6]:

cook and what would happen is is that when i would complement the meal she would

[Unknown5]:

and what would happen is is that when i would complement her the meal she would make there would always be like ah well but you know this

[Unknown6]:

make they would always be like a well but you know this thing got overcooked yeah but that it up and it like clicks with me

[Unknown5]:

thing got overcooked or yeah but that it and it like clicked with me it was like mom you're not like receiving my compliment and my mom is like the biggest giver

[Unknown6]:

it was like mom you're not like receiving my compliment my mom is like the biggest

[Unknown5]:

in the entire world like like that she's

[Unknown6]:

giver in the entire world like that she's a lady who you know would help anybody like ever sees on the

[Unknown5]:

a lady who you know would help anybody like ever sees on the street any little thing that's wrong she would give like i would live with my mom very st much as a

[Unknown6]:

street any little thing that's wrong she would give like i would live with my mom very much as a giver yeah the problem is is that she doesn't allow herself to

[Unknown5]:

giver the problem is is that she doesn't allow herself to receive these compliments for instance right like that's a very simple symbolic like just you're

[Unknown6]:

receive these compliments right that's very simple symbolic totally you're welcome

[Unknown5]:

welcome instead it's you know i i can see that layer of like blocking the

[Unknown6]:

instead it's you know i i can see that layer of like blocking the receiving it's

[Unknown5]:

receiving it's like oh but the you know i

[Unknown6]:

like oh umhum

[Unknown5]:

overcooked this or overdid that and it's like this level of like self judgment i guess but

[Unknown6]:

family self deprecation yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah and so how are you ever

[Unknown6]:

how are you ever supposed to

[Unknown5]:

supposed to receive if you're constantly blocking when the universe is trying to

[Unknown6]:

totally

[Unknown5]:

give to you

[Unknown6]:

umhum females do that all the time you know i'll be like hey like that's a really cute shirt or somebody will compliment mine and i'll be like oh it's only five dollars and it's like that literally doesn't have anything to do with the fact that they just complimented you but why are you trying to like bless what you know and so one of my friends called me out she's like don't don't reflect my compliment like i was like thank you and then i'm like are you just complimenting me for me to say thank you like where does it end

[Unknown5]:

oh that's two forty yeah i mean that's

[Unknown6]:

yeah i mean that's like that's the core essence of it is like just the littlest

[Unknown5]:

like that's the core essence of it is like just the littlest things like you can

[Unknown6]:

things like you can receive

[Unknown5]:

receive and it has like this like transpiring effect right like i i mean there's

[Unknown6]:

it has like this like transpiring effect right like i mean there's so many

[Unknown5]:

so many examples that i can think of but you know there's the reason here not

[Unknown6]:

examples that i can think of but you know there's the reason you're not receiving

[Unknown5]:

receiving what you want is because you're not allowing you to receive like the

[Unknown6]:

what you want is because you're not allowing you to receive the little yes so i

[Unknown5]:

little things

[Unknown6]:

listen to this his pastor michael todd and uh it's called transformation church and he just finished a series that was basically called like here is holy like right here and right now this is where all of the magic happens and when you're worried about being there

[Unknown5]:

what

[Unknown6]:

you aren't able to receive here you're not able to learn the lessons that you're needing to learn here you're not able to get the blessings that you need here in order to get there like when you're focused on there you're not here and you know obviously it's like kind of like the power of now stuff too but it's just really interesting i

[Unknown5]:

i never

[Unknown6]:

just like yeah like you need to learn how to receive a five dollar gift before you can learn to receive a thousand dollar gift or a million dollar gift

[Unknown5]:

right

[Unknown6]:

it's like you have to be here and do your work now where you are instead of always worrying about the next place

[Unknown5]:

and something that's kind of coming through the ties of this is you brought up

[Unknown6]:

and something that's kind of coming through the ts is you brought up poverty

[Unknown5]:

poverty consciousness and i started thinking about this pretty pretty deep and

[Unknown6]:

consciousness and i started thinking about this pretty pretty deep and what i got

[Unknown5]:

what i got to was

[Unknown6]:

to was

[Unknown5]:

you know poverty consciousness isn't just

[Unknown6]:

you know poverty consciousness isn't just

[Unknown5]:

like based

[Unknown6]:

like

[Unknown5]:

on your ba bank account so for example

[Unknown6]:

on a bank account for example people who have

[Unknown5]:

people in poverty consciousness can have billions of dollars stored up in wealth

[Unknown6]:

can have billions of dollars stored up well

[Unknown5]:

what happens is is

[Unknown6]:

what happens is that the there's like a duality effect i believe that happens in

[Unknown5]:

that the there's like a duality effect i believe that happens in this poverty consciousness or scarcity mindset where you can have billions of dollars look at

[Unknown6]:

its part of consciousness or scarcely mindset where you can have millions of

[Unknown5]:

banks for instance and yet still believe that you need to have more and this is

[Unknown6]:

dollars like at banks for instance and yet still believe that you maybe that's gary's eight

[Unknown5]:

well there may be

[Unknown6]:

yeah yeah we continue with your thoughts

[Unknown5]:

um but for well

[Unknown6]:

but for well

[Unknown5]:

i well

[Unknown6]:

i uh

[Unknown5]:

maybe we'll just leave it at that but like for

[Unknown6]:

maybe i'll just leave it that but like for it but like i i i noticed this because i know back in and this

[Unknown5]:

it but like i i i noticed this because i know back in and this touches on your crypto and nf t stuff is that whenever um this is probably two years ago it was

[Unknown6]:

touches on your crypto and nf t stuff is that whenever this is probably two years ago it was like a a chief level officer of jp morgan

[Unknown5]:

like a chief level officer of j p morgan uh went on and said like bitcoins a scam

[Unknown6]:

went on and said like bitcoins a scam bitcoins terrible it's a blah blah blah blah

[Unknown5]:

bitcoins terrible it's ala blah blah blah and like it dropped twenty percent like

[Unknown6]:

and like it dropped twenty percentage like within the next week

[Unknown5]:

within the next week well in the next week j p morgan also bought like a hundred million dollars worth

[Unknown6]:

well in the next week j p morgan also bought like a hundred million dollars worth

[Unknown5]:

of bitcoin

[Unknown6]:

of big of course

[Unknown5]:

and so

[Unknown6]:

and so you know what happens there and this is what president with me is like the

[Unknown5]:

you know what happens there and this is what resonated with me is like the fact that he believes that there's not enough that he has to have more and this is a

[Unknown6]:

fact that he believes that there's not enough but he has to have more and this is

[Unknown5]:

guy who easily is a millionaire you know like he a billionaire probably it's like

[Unknown6]:

a guy who easily lose a million you know like yeah the billionaire probably it's

[Unknown5]:

he because of his scarcity mindset he is putting more people in actual poverty and

[Unknown6]:

like he because of his scaring mindset he is putting more people in actual poverty

[Unknown5]:

like actual physical having less like less than

[Unknown6]:

in like and like lide yeah

[Unknown5]:

yeah sure i mean i well

[Unknown6]:

i well

[Unknown5]:

yeah i mean maybe he believed yeah i mean he probably literally lied because he

[Unknown6]:

yeah i mean maybe he believes i mean he probably li or maybe his mind magically

[Unknown5]:

probably knew

[Unknown6]:

changed when he saw it go down and saw

[Unknown5]:

she right

[Unknown6]:

the opportunity you know

[Unknown5]:

but that's i mean but that's the thing is like that that poverty mindset has this like wind lose

[Unknown6]:

but that's i mean but that's the thing is like that that poverty mindset has this like wind lose

[Unknown5]:

conundrum but it's like in reality you're

[Unknown6]:

reality you're

[Unknown5]:

creating lose loose situations because

[Unknown6]:

situations because okay great you just bought

[Unknown5]:

okay great you just bought po bought uh bought bitcoin at at a like at a cheap price but he still has the scarcity mindset like

[Unknown6]:

the f bit co at at a like a had a cheap price he still has the scarcity mindset like it doesn't matter if bitcoin goes up to a

[Unknown5]:

doesn't matter if bitcoin goes up to a billion dollars the next day he's still

[Unknown6]:

billion dollars the next day he's still going to be in the scarce mindset of like

[Unknown5]:

going to be in the scarcity mindset of like there's not enough money

[Unknown6]:

there's not enough money yeah totally totally i mean i went through a period of like getting financially sound and you know instead of being like uh like i'm struggling to save money or like i'm not saving any money or anything it's like you have to change your beliefs and it's like i'm better at i'm getting better at managing my money all the time there's always enough there's always more than enough you know like can i could i buy a random coffee for somebody could i give somebody a five dollar gift okay yeah i have more than enough money and so like just believe that and then it will you know come into your life

[Unknown5]:

and and this kind of goes back to what we were saying about whenever things will

[Unknown6]:

and and this kind of goes back to what you were saying about whenever the things

[Unknown5]:

come into your life when you need them is like if you had let's say a million

[Unknown6]:

will come into your life when you leave them is like if you had let's say a

[Unknown5]:

dollars on your bank account and it's because this is something i'm very similar

[Unknown6]:

million dollars on your bank account and it's because this is something i'm very

[Unknown5]:

have switched made this mindset flip myself

[Unknown6]:

similar to have switched to make this mindset flip myself

[Unknown5]:

where if you

[Unknown6]:

where if you

[Unknown5]:

i lost my train of thought oh where if you're

[Unknown6]:

i lost my train five oh where if you're

[Unknown5]:

oh because right now if you had a million dollars like you wouldn't learn that

[Unknown6]:

oh because right now if you had a million dollars like you wouldn't learn that

[Unknown5]:

lesson that of the abundance right you wouldn't go on this interpersonal discovery

[Unknown6]:

lesson that of the abundance right you wouldn't want this interpersonal discovery

[Unknown5]:

adventure of oh like you know although my bank account reads a thousand dollars

[Unknown6]:

adventure of oh like you know although my bank account reads a thousand dollars

[Unknown5]:

it's like well a thousand dollars is all that you need right now if you keep

[Unknown6]:

it's like well a thousand dollars is all that you need right now yeah if you keep

[Unknown5]:

giving and going through this process the universe is going to give you in other

[Unknown6]:

giving and going through this process the universe is going to give you in other

[Unknown5]:

ways than monetary value like whether it's knowledge which will perpetuate itself

[Unknown6]:

ways than monetary value like whether it's knowledge which will perpetuate itself

[Unknown5]:

throughout the course of time and go to an exponential rate but regardless

[Unknown6]:

throughout the course of the time to an exponential rate but regardless

[Unknown5]:

the point is is that you know the the fact of thinking that only having a thousand dollars is in

[Unknown6]:

the point is is that you know that the the fact of thinking that only having a thousand dollars is in scarcity it's not you need value coming into your life and

[Unknown5]:

scarcity it's it's not you need value coming into your life in maybe different aspects or you're blocking or there's lessons you need to learn that will then

[Unknown6]:

maybe different aspect or you' there's less you need to learn yeah that up in

[Unknown5]:

open that up in order for you to enjoy life and enjoy it in a more sustainable way

[Unknown6]:

order for you to enjoy life and enjoy it in a more sustainable way as opposed to

[Unknown5]:

as opposed to like these n f l or n b a players who get millions of dollars and

[Unknown6]:

like these nfl or mba players who get millions of dollars

[Unknown5]:

then go broke in five ten years because they don't know how to manage their money

[Unknown6]:

know how to money yeah i heard somebody talking recently that like there was an nfl player that got their money like their payment for the year whatever in bitcoin and then the market tanked so he got like i think thirty grand or something was the equivalent of how much he actually got paid for the season because like he put it

[Unknown5]:

oh really

[Unknown6]:

into bitcoin and then bitcoin went down which i just thought was like kind of hilarious but also like cool i mean you know if you really believe in something then do it

[Unknown5]:

yeah um

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

he i think he probably messed up with his structuring of that he should of

[Unknown6]:

he i think he probably messed up with his structuring of that one thousand percent

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

but it's like if you stay in the like if it wasn't his first season so i'm sure he's like already a

[Unknown5]:

a

[Unknown6]:

millionaire so it's probably marginal at that point which again it's like your perspective like if you were already a millionaire and you lose a million dollars like it doesn't really matter to you but if it's like your first million and like you lose everything then like yeah you're kind of screwed i mean it's just i guess

[Unknown5]:

i mean it's just i guess there's a level of a lesson that you need to learn is the

[Unknown6]:

there's a level of a

[Unknown5]:

way i guess

[Unknown6]:

the way i guess

[Unknown5]:

i would look at it personally

[Unknown6]:

yeah i read the daily stoic every day and yesterday it was talking about how like you know everything happens for a reason and even if it seems like everything is not working out in your favor maybe it's because somebody else needed it you know in that moment and not like everything you know butterfly effect

[Unknown5]:

yeah i notice you you've been posting that on your story more frequently now

[Unknown6]:

yeah i really like it and it actually holds me accountable to read it every

[Unknown5]:

i

[Unknown6]:

day and i think that people gain value from it even if they

[Unknown5]:

well i thank you

[Unknown6]:

don't say anything yes great great

[Unknown5]:

i'll i'll put it out there right now yeah thank you

[Unknown6]:

i love that bus do you think so

[Unknown5]:

i think you actually posted whatever you

[Unknown6]:

posted

[Unknown5]:

posted today i resonated with me

[Unknown6]:

resonated

[Unknown5]:

i'm gonna go check that out real quick because i remember you

[Unknown6]:

yeah

[Unknown5]:

posted something and i was like oh my gosh i'm going through that right now maybe it was

[Unknown6]:

something i was like oh my gosh i do that right hm

[Unknown5]:

today or yesterday

[Unknown6]:

yeah i can't really remember what my story was

[Unknown5]:

self deception is

[Unknown6]:

self deception

[Unknown5]:

our enemy i think it was yesterday's where i was like oh shit that was that

[Unknown6]:

i think it was yesterday where i was like oh shit that was a hm

[Unknown5]:

resonated i don't know

[Unknown6]:

it's gone with the wind

[Unknown5]:

for another time just let go

[Unknown6]:

for another time yeah like a fart in the wind it's gone

[Unknown5]:

yeah oh so before we wrap

[Unknown6]:

so before we wrap it up is there any other elements of quantum biology that you

[Unknown5]:

it up is there any other elements of quantum biology that you want to discuss that you're thinking of that you were like i really need to bring this up or anything

[Unknown6]:

discuss that you're thinking of that you're like i really bringing so for

[Unknown5]:

that's fascinating

[Unknown6]:

not necessarily and i do just want to reiterate again that like i to i just recently learning about this like within the last couple of months so i'm newly in the rabbit hole

[Unknown5]:

so

[Unknown6]:

but just some like actionable steps that i think would be very beneficial for anyone listening to apply to their life if they would like to rise with the sun and look at the sun every single morning first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up go outside get outside signal to your body and your circadian rhythm that it

[Unknown5]:

where did you

[Unknown6]:

is the morning and following that at night time when the sun is going down try and watch the sunset if you can that's always a great way to end the night but wear some blue light blocking glasses if the lenses are clear they are not working so get some red lensed blue light blockers there's a really cool company called raw optics ra like the sun god

[Unknown5]:

nice

[Unknown6]:

raw optics he's super cool based on what instagram says and

[Unknown5]:

is it

[Unknown6]:

he's got some nice ones they're kind of higher end but i have some cheapies from amazon too that i can send you a link for if you wanted to throw it in the show notes

[Unknown5]:

yeah please do

[Unknown6]:

but uh so blue lake blockers at night trying not to eat food at night eating food in the morning first thing is really great too 'cause your gut has circadian rhythm as well so your gut clock sync that with circadian clock um drink water with minerals in it uh purified clean good water with minerals uh get in the sun ground your feet

[Unknown5]:

real quick with is

[Unknown6]:

um is there any validity i've got a question about light and then

[Unknown5]:

there any validity i've got a question about light and then water w for water the ph i know that was like a big thing going on is

[Unknown6]:

for water the ph i that was like a big thing going on like alkaline water yeah is

[Unknown5]:

yeah that is that over hyped is that actually a thing

[Unknown6]:

that yeah i could not care less about alkaline water honestly um i think that it also has the potential to maybe be harmful uh because you want your stomach to be really acidic so if you're putting like something super alkaline in it like that can like mess up the ph of your stomach acid is something that i've heard which i think is a valid observation

[Unknown5]:

one

[Unknown6]:

um so you want your stomach to be super acidic like you don't want

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

it yeah

[Unknown5]:

it

[Unknown6]:

anyway so and also i think that like it's going through

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

your stomach acid and so is it going to stay alkaline throughout your whole entire system who really knows

[Unknown5]:

is it mitochondria you'd be gonna be able to use it

[Unknown6]:

does the mitochondria even care right i know right right right um and i heard that water can only stay alkaline for like two or three days max

[Unknown5]:

so

[Unknown6]:

so if you're buying like alkaline water and a plastic water bottle then we've got other things to talk about you know i get water from a water store it's like ozan you know reverse osmosis water and i have a glass five gallon jug so it weighs like eighty pounds when i'm carrying it back

[Unknown5]:

i was gonna say

[Unknown6]:

into my house but it's fine it's super heavy it's super heavy um yeah it's a great workout but i also have friends that

[Unknown5]:

it's a good workout

[Unknown6]:

like put in and under the sink thing so um spring water in a bottle is great you know mineral water i'm drinking to achoo of glass bottle topu chios is a little bit higher in sodium so probably not the best if that's something that you're worried about but glass is the best and then i put a trace mineral drops into my water to re mineralized it

[Unknown5]:

i

[Unknown6]:

um you can find those online like twenty bucks

[Unknown5]:

and then i think the last question i was curious about because we briefly talked

[Unknown6]:

and then i think the last question i was curious about because we briefly talked

[Unknown5]:

about like candles

[Unknown6]:

about like candles

[Unknown5]:

is i need to look at something or illuminate something

[Unknown6]:

is i need to look at something or illuminate something

[Unknown5]:

before sunrise or after sunset would candle be a good tool to use

[Unknown6]:

before sunrise or after sunset would candle be a good tool to use candles a great tool and so my friend corey wears a head lamp a red led head lamp

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

and so i live in an apartment he lives in a standing home in talahassee and so he has the luxury of being able to turn off the circuit breaker in his whole house so that there's no ambient blue lights anywhere so he wears a redhead lamp you don't have to go that far i would just say switch out your bulbs to incandescent bulbs um don't have them on a dimmer cause again the flicker rate will be kinda weird and then i have like a book light for when i'm reading at night like an anti blue light book light you know so they

[Unknown5]:

two

[Unknown6]:

saw all sorts of goodies

[Unknown5]:

and then and then i guess that's the best way to kind of like purge it out do some

[Unknown6]:

and and then i guess that's the best way to kind of like purge it out decent

[Unknown5]:

grounding if you for some reason have to be like around these lights before you go

[Unknown6]:

grounding if you for some reason have to be like around these lights uh before you

[Unknown5]:

to bed

[Unknown6]:

go to bed yeah the grounding i wouldn't necessarily doesn't really have anything to do with like the light situation

[Unknown5]:

okay

[Unknown6]:

but like if you have to be out in those lights like just get out of them as soon as possible like get and get out like if i'm going out to dinner or something um i often will not wear my red blends blue light walkers just cause it's like you know enjoy your life like have fun but then like as soon as they get in the car i have them on

[Unknown5]:

well that's probably

[Unknown6]:

you know something that's like a similar thing with like the whole example i had

[Unknown5]:

something that's like a similar thing with like our the whole example i had with me waking up in the morning looking at instagram versus now it's like you know

[Unknown6]:

with me waking up in the morning looking at instagram versus now it's like you

[Unknown5]:

write things you're grateful for meditate stretch you know it's now instead it's

[Unknown6]:

know write things you're grateful for meditate stretch you know it's now instead

[Unknown5]:

just like you know do the do one little thing at a time you know you don't have to

[Unknown6]:

it's just like you know do the do do one thing drops in the bucket out up and another thing so if you guys did not

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

change your phone screen to red when we were doing it earlier i would encourage you to rewind and go back to it um just because like whenever you wake up in the morning first thing and you look at your phone and you have that blue light right in your face you're signalling to your body that it's high noon and then your circadian rhythm is like oh shit and then you're going to wake up earlier and then your sleep is disrupted because your body doesn't know what time it is

[Unknown5]:

that's a super good point because whenever i meditate in the morning i so like even whenever i have to

[Unknown6]:

that's a super good point because whenever i meditate in the morning i so like

[Unknown5]:

turn off my alarm on my phone there's like a level of me trying

[Unknown6]:

even whenever i have to turn off my alarm there's like a level

[Unknown5]:

to like put my hand over it or like kind of guess where the pen is but

[Unknown6]:

yeah so just put it on the red like at night

[Unknown5]:

yeah

[Unknown6]:

i mean cause hopefully you'll be doing it at night when the sun goes down anyway um so it'll be red throughout the night airplane mode at night to stop the cell phone from emitting non native electromagnetic frequencies while you're sleeping plug the wi fi router if you have access to that i know that you're staying with people so it's kind of hard to do but my wifi router the only hook up is in my bedroom so i have to unplug that of course

[Unknown5]:

carer

[Unknown6]:

um even though i'm sure my neighbor is not but that's okay you gotta do what you

[Unknown5]:

yes

[Unknown6]:

can with where you are and what you have you know but so then that way when you wake up in the morning to go on headspace or whatever you're at maybe you were looking at the red instead of blue

[Unknown5]:

love it hannah you' wealth of knowledge

[Unknown6]:

i appreciate you cleon

[Unknown5]:

i appreciate you thank you for coming on and we'll have to do it sooner than

[Unknown5]:

once we get once we get the phd in quantum biology

[Unknown6]:

[Unknown5]:

i mean it was like it was great and a lot of it

[Unknown6]:

it was great and a lot of it resonated with me um i guess we have to see

[Unknown5]:

resonated with me i guess we'll have to see what other people think but i i loved

[Unknown6]:

[Unknown5]:

[Unknown5]:

[Unknown5]:

[Unknown6]:

[Unknown5]:

[Unknown6]:

[Unknown5]:

[Unknown6]:

she'll give her a follower on ig and whatever other way she wants to connect um

[Unknown5]:

yeah with that being said let's grow together

[Unknown6]:

yeah with that being said let's grow together
